You need not worry. In my opinion, you are all right. I remember your thread where you set very high posting standards. And since then, I can say that you are moving successfully. Although you are not close to your idols, striving to be like them is always better than sitting and doing nothing.
Everything takes time, and for some reason, it seems to me that as a woman, you will certainly achieve your goal. Do not give up, and ignore various things that annoy you. Above all, love and respect yourself. You have the right to whatever you want, which means you will achieve everything.
1402  Economy / Reputation / Re: Questionable Merit History From: deadsea33 on: July 27, 2023, 05:49:54 PM

I have not had the appropriate time over the past few days to give this matter more time but I will definitely find time. I have already decided on several accounts which will be tagged. As mentioned earlier, I will tag all of the accounts at the same time that I feel have participated in merit abuse.

If he has accumulated a few merits from a giveaway that he finds easy, he will need more merit to participate in the subscription company. As you can see, he has already applied for a donation of merit in the appropriate thread. But what's next?
To participate in subscription companies, he needs at least some knowledge. Posts in the WO thread are not counted by managers. And in the Arabic local section, his posts often consist of a retelling of events with a link provided.
I think the user himself should now understand that a lot of eyes are directed at him, and there would be less fuss if he did not "develop" his alternative account so noticeably. But he made a choice, thinking that he was the smartest of all.
1403  Other / Meta / Re: Deleting Several Previous Posts/Comments To Reduce Post Count... on: July 27, 2023, 04:51:25 PM
There was a user who posted the same topic a few times. They used to delete the previous topic and create a new one exactly with the same content. They were trying to get merit twice for the same post lol and sadly they were able to get some merit until they were exposed.
The case was solved and second chance should be given to any member who deserves it.

I believe it is the case you are talking about as I have never known about any similar case. He can receive merit by bumping his threads and don't need to archive old ones and create new ones.

That's right; thanks for the reminder. I couldn't remember the details, but I remembered that I had seen it.
Pretty tricky behavior, probably. Then I suggested that perhaps there are such craftsmen who, by deleting old posts, can write them again.
Thank you for pointing me to the right topic. There are so many events on the forum that some topics simply remain in memory but without specific individuals. Smiley
1404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A neighbor next door on: July 26, 2023, 03:08:36 PM
First of all, you should report the neighbour to the police, as you yourself said he is a drug dealer. Moreover, is your neighbour too dumb? Nowadays, anything and everything is available on the internet. If he wanted, he could have easily learned about Bitcoins and how to implement them in his business. But he still went to ask you about it. Nevertheless, as a Bitcoiner, you should tell him about Bitcoins, but along with this, warn him about the consequences if he uses Bitcoins for illegal means.

I would say the opposite, but I won't be rude to the OP. Why does anyone even know you're into Bitcoin? Are you spreading knowledge about Bitcoin in your area? Then your tongue is your enemy. Expect two things: either your neighbor will attack you one day, since drug addiction and crime always have the same face, or if you do not want to be in enmity with your neighbor, you will become his accomplice.
Whenever your neighbor has things going against him, he can blame you for not helping him.
The best thing to learn for yourself is not to shout from all sides what you are doing. This is the best guarantee for your safety.
1405  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What's your OS on: July 26, 2023, 02:45:32 PM
If we are talking about an Operating system that runs on a computer, I would surely pick Linux. It's the best and the most secure, private, Open Source Operating system existing in the market.
There are some other mods available for Linux that you can use however vanilla Linux is the best.

For me, Linux is the system with which I have been familiar for a very long time, and I am not at all going to change it for something else. Anyone who will one day take a serious look at Linux systems will see their convenience, and I know a lot of people who have abandoned Windows forever, knowing all its constant jambs.
There are a lot of versions of Linux, so it's quite a mistake to talk about anyone as the best. Anyone can try several versions and see what suits their preferences and convenience.
Difficulties in familiarization only seem difficult, but everyone should understand that only we ourselves are responsible for our devices and therefore for their safety.
1406  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency to be used as an investment asset on: July 26, 2023, 02:30:41 PM
For people just getting into crypto, the practice of investing will always be the best way to start with Bitcoin. In addition, investing in Bitcoin will save many from today's inflation; keeping your savings in it, as well as holding it properly for a long period, will undoubtedly bring more profit than altcoins that periodically turn into dust. It is better for beginners not to associate their investments with alternative coins at all unless they have some kind of extra capital; if they lose it, they will not have any drama. Smiley
1407  Other / Meta / Re: Deleting Several Previous Posts/Comments To Reduce Post Count... on: July 26, 2023, 01:57:48 PM
Was a story, the user deleted his old posts, and in the future, he published the same posts. I can't find this user right now. It did not arouse suspicion of plagiarism until one day someone noticed that the same post had been written several months ago. Sometimes it is better to show such users, perhaps they can also participate dishonestly in the forum. Smiley
I deleted my old post history as there were a lot of junk bounty reports. The mistakes of youth sometimes make it better to clean up after yourself.
1408  Other / Meta / Re: Report plagiarism (copy/paste) here. Mods: please give temp or permban as needed on: July 26, 2023, 01:08:01 PM
They wrote me a PM and asked me to publish the user who committed the plagiarism. The behavior is not clear, this user cannot be called a beginner. However, plagiarism exists.

I guess that OP,was busy doubling his Naira notes and investing his profit in bitcoin. He forgot his purpose here, which is to learn and grow in rank on the forum. Though, everyone have their reasons of coming to the forum and our reasons vary from one person to the other. Some person can take three to four years to grow in the forum, while some grow very fast. OP knows the reason why he is not consistent with forum activities. I love this wisdom of yours that you used to make profit during the cashless policy time. Life na calculation, if not things go over you.

1409  Other / Meta / Re: Merit source and top merit earners on: July 25, 2023, 09:22:37 AM
My guess is that, following the OP's statements, merit sources should have at least 36 hours per day.
Giving merits to numerous users and at the same time developing your own alternative accounts and participating in signature companies—don't you think it's a huge job? Given that you can keep track of all regularly merited accounts that may be with your version of alternative accounts, their posts should also be of appropriate quality. Have you thought about it?
Giving an unfounded accusation without evidence from a new account is an indicator of cowardice and self-doubt.
Shame on you, OP!

...And yes. I also checked my text and saw the results. I think this is also influenced by the fact that I used popular AI expressions...

Or maybe everything is completely the opposite? Maybe it wasn't you who used popular AI expressions, and AI uses popular expressions of people so that his messages are more like those of a real person. After all, this AI is trained using our knowledge, and not vice versa.

There is an expression: "Captain Obvious", It suits you very well.

It is clear that AI imitates human text. But after numerous checks of AI texts, I see that when writing AI texts, a certain number of words and expressions are always used, for which the test will most likely work in favor of AI. It is obvious that these words were not invented by a robot, and it is also understandable that people sometimes experience difficulties with translation for obvious reasons.
1411  Economy / Reputation / Re: AI Spam Report Reference Thread on: July 24, 2023, 09:03:19 AM

Look at this result. It's frustrating

I will show you how the AI tool works. Compare my post with the post that was actually written by the AI.
When a person writes, he rarely has an ideal formulation of the text.
And in the case of using AI tools, Watery practically does not exist.
I can't say that this is an exact determinant, but in most cases, it is.

There was only one statement in this thread from a user saying that the allegations were not correct. But even so, Nutildah added further evidence.
However, even knowing that Copyleaks can falsely work, you can look at the user's early posts and see if all the other posts were as good as the ones that are suspected of using an AI tool.
As you can see, there were no false positives in this thread, and the moderators successfully removed all posts that were reported.

Thank you for commenting, don't mind, who you believe or not is your personal matter. You said I am already participating in the quiz, this is wrong, I have not joined the new quiz, I am posting on merit count down, this is a help post. Yes, it's true that I haven't posted except on WO threads and local boards, and I've been looking for merit since I created my account. So I can't learn anything. Of course it can be learned. And who will post where is his personal matter. And I did not come to this forum for any alternative account.

Are you serious? Your first post and already participated in the quiz. Who do you want to fool? I do not want to repeat myself, but for those who are stupid, once again, in the WO branch, newbies spam in the hope of getting merit.
Are you saying that you accidentally found out that GazetaBitcoin is giving away merit in the quiz? Likewise, as a beginner and as a visionary, did you immediately find a suitable topic?
I don't care what you're going to do here, but yes, after gaining some merit the easy way, now you'll have to show your level of knowledge for real. You answered questions that beginners are unlikely to answer the first time.
You need to understand that your appearance in the "Reputation" branch indicates that you will be under attention since your behavior is too suspicious.

1414  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Getting started : Guide me on: July 23, 2023, 04:21:50 PM

As a beginner, I felt little complicated in posting in other sections such as bitcoin, altcoin discussion, etc. That's why I went towards off-topic section. I also found some threads about bounty campaign and airdrop related posts. Then thought I can participate those tasks. Thus I start a thread to ask where should I start.
But now I feel, I do something wrong here.
I will definitely go through the mentioned post to gather details for future postings.

OP, you're lucky already in what you asked, and you've been given a lot of good advice. I would like to hope that you will believe all of us and will not give up, realizing that it is not worth spending time on bounty campaigns, but it is better to spend time reading and understanding the topics.
I understand that many here need additional income, but do not waste your time on trifles. Bounty has not been productive for several years. Better read, understand, ask questions, and rise in rank. After a while, you will see that all the people who discouraged you from participating in the bounty were right.

Hi, finally a genuine beginner I would like to make this forum a better place for. I am sick of new accounts creating random posts,

This is exactly what I also felt—for the first time, a person does not ask for merit. It is a rarity.
1415  Economy / Reputation / Re: Questionable Merit History From: deadsea33 on: July 23, 2023, 10:55:49 AM

Yes, it's true that I couldn't participate in (sygan's 2) because it ended on February 10, 2022, which is about 1.5 years ago since I created my account. But deadsea33 was mentioning him in his game.

I will never believe in my life that you are a beginner. Don't take everyone here for fools. You posted the first post on the forum and had already participated in the quiz. What is the reason for participation? Merit search. Further regular spam in the WO thread, What is Your reason for being there? The same merit. Now that participation in the deadsea33 "quiz" begins, what do we see? Again, the search for merit
You have not created a single post, all the time, except for posts in the Arabic local section.
Is it possible for a beginner to guess the nicknames of people if he has been registered for only a few months? You know many, but in order to definitely know everyone, as you often guessed, several months on the forum is not enough.
As a result, you came to the forum thinking of getting an easy alternative account.
1416  Other / Meta / Re: Icopress ' Merit Source Application on: July 23, 2023, 05:14:06 AM
It always seemed to me that to be a source of merit meant to accomplish a great feat, in the right sense of the word Smiley. Reading a huge amount of information and regularly looking for the most interesting posts is a huge dedication to the forum. I support your initiative, in addition to being a manager of subscription companies, to take on additional responsibility; it is really worthy of respect. To see what is happening in your country and, at the same time, to be so active
occupation for strong people.
1417  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't Rush Whenever Posting: Cross Check and Edit before Hitting the post Button on: July 22, 2023, 08:40:50 AM

Not all forum members have their native language as English, so it is not possible that these people in trying to express themselves will not make some grammatical error. Even people who have it as their Language still make errors sometimes in writing and speaking. I agree with the focus being to make your post understandable not 100% grammatically correct. Try to communicate and express yourself so people understand you and the point you need to make, do not try to impress people only with your writing skills.

In addition, sometimes when checking for the use of an AI tool, grammatically correct text without a single mistake will look very suspicious. And the user can be accused of using a robot instead.
But, OP, I always thought that a person who is ready to be an example for users can teach something here on the forum. I would appreciate your advice on writing good posts and seeing some of your interesting and competent posts. Do not take it as criticism; you contradict yourself. I saw your other post written a little earlier.

I agreed with the op, a newbie is always a newbie, even he or she is experts in bitcoin, as they are joining the forum for the very first time they are newbies in the forum so they have to lie low to observe things to learn about the forum and contribute meaningful contributions from the knowledge they have from outside and not to render services to people to follow. Bitcoin is very deep that nobody knows all, everyone knows there areas of expert and not all areas.
1418  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Every Bitcoin holder Should Take a Cybersecurity course on: July 22, 2023, 08:19:53 AM
I would say that it's not scary to be confident, but it's scary to be self-confident.
On this topic, people often resort to self-confidence, thinking that knowledge about wallets, without knowing what attacks can happen to users, will save them and nothing will happen to them. Well, sometimes people do not want to learn from the mistakes of others; life will present its lessons and experiences to them.
I agree wholeheartedly with the OP. The Internet today is a big garbage heap, flourishing with all possible attractive and not-so-attractive things. How many scams were there, and how were they organized? These are not those sites written on the knee, but rather beautifully designed and advertised scams, which were very difficult not to believe.
And that is why the constant monitoring of all new hacker tricks will be a guardian angel for users who have finances on the network. Talking about the fact that I know this and sleeping peacefully can end very badly. Because as technology evolves, so do hacker schemes. And the best solution for all crypto fans would be regular monitoring of cybersecurity.
1419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My number on: July 22, 2023, 07:53:52 AM
Pretty strange message. The OP has already received a certain amount for this wallet; the flow began two months ago. In addition, the OP regularly transfers from this wallet to another.
I don't think the OP doesn't know how to use it unless the wallet belongs to him.
OP, maybe you want to sign a message from your wallet to secure your forum account? What roads brought you here?

A brand new account is posted mostly in economics and off-topic with AI.
Username: imeycrypto

This appears to be the third entry reporting this user. In total, I reported nine of his posts; apparently, the neutral tag did not stop him. I'll leave it red. If he is interested in the forum, then I can always delete him. If he's going to bring the AI texts here, I don't think he'll be here much longer.
