1401  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK]CBCM SHA-256 Mine IPO start 11-th of June, priced from 0.042Btc/10Ghs on: June 13, 2014, 03:32:03 PM
@Spondoolies-Tech
@omehenk
Thank you for clearing things out !!

@NotLambchop
Sorry for my wild speculation Smiley

@jonsi
IMO, It is ok for management co. to take reasonable initial profit for organizing and starting up IPO (a lot of work it is). Question is only what each person sees as reasonable profit Smiley

@cbcm.co
Taras, thank you very much for fair reply! Great integrity with going forward and confirming that part will be to cover costs for starting up IPO and part for profit, respect.

IMO
IPO positives:
+1 SPTech backing (with miners for 1st round and possibly in the future)
+1 Cowboy miners group backing (with hashing power needed)
+1 Havelock integrity (+can buy/sell shares in time)
+1 Well thought through IPO
+1 SPTech & Cowboy group vouching for management team at CBCM

IPO negatives:
-1 Price per share to high for longer term risks shareholders are taking
-1 To small decision power about running this fund for shareholders = increases the risks
-1 Shares not backed by physical miners (if I understand it correctly), it is management decision when and for how much to buy/sell them
-1 Revenue prediction calculated with to low diff increase m/m
-1 CBCM guys have no history here on BTCtalk (or am I wrong ?)

Total: Draw for me atm, but I am not to sure if CBCM can deliver successfully all 8 rounds at their target funding without stepping up their efforts here among members and at the same time trying *hard* to get at least one serious small-mid investor on board longer term...  probably, wait and see the state of this IPO around June 18th.
Anyway good luck with this IPO Taras!

It's not ok for them to take a large part of initial profit. An ipo should be a lot of work, they are asking for YOUR money. Until you are paid back what you put in, they shouldn't be paying themselves large paychecks, it sounds like the idiot running this hasn't put any of his own money into it.

I dont get why there is a default trust list. I dont trust quite a few people on that list, it also makes adding neg rep to people almost useless as other people dont easily see it

Well the trust system could be improved quite some, newbies that see -12 trust = this person is a big time scammer, but that is not the way it works.
You need to decide who you trust and then change the settings in your profile. Otherwise you might see minus trust on a good guy and plus trust on a criminal.

Exactly, a lot of people don't adjust their trust settings / know how to, and Im pretty sure you can't edit out the default trust lists. Im not sure I trust a single VIP member, from what I have seen they are all scammers (so far).
1405  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction]CryptoThinker.com, domain,template and vps with discount on: June 12, 2014, 08:32:23 PM
Leaving you negative trust. You cant set a reserve after the auction starts, if you want a reserve put it in the details. And two, private bids should be posted here.

Private bid was me, happy?

Also i agree with the reserve choice, i don't like that you have posted it after the auction started, and you should know that you're breaking the auction rules. Rather to have a legit auction where lots of people will bid instead of one where you anger people, i will retract my bid until you sort this out, thank you.

Thanks for posting here, Im always weary of "private bids".

My bid still stands. It seems like you did this on accident (you are a rookie account), but this forum is basically trolled by users offering auctions and than decide to put reserves / fake bids after the auction has started which is getting to be very annoying.

Cheers

May I ask what happened with the June dividend? Until now it has always been paid the first days of the month...
take a look to the report... no payment this month

Oh I see... I guess that also explains the drop in price

Drop happened a few days after the no dividend was announced

How is havelock operating at a loss? Don't get generate 1BTC from each issued share per month + any initial entrance fees + trading fee's? They must be pulling in $5-6,000 a month, I don't understand how thats not an operatable budget at this point :O

1416  Economy / Securities / Re: Klyemax Studios IPO on: June 11, 2014, 03:28:30 PM

Klye made his weekly payment on Sunday so it all depends if that trend continues or not. Assuming his talent shows up and continues what they've been doing for the last month then there will be money coming in. It's up to Klye to step up his game and grow his business. The business wasn't a scam, he just did what he did but AFAIK there's still a product being sold. We shall see. Smiley

You keep saying this but you are missing some key indicators. For instance, I have some things that would allow Kyle to increase his weekly profit to an acceptable level for the amount of money he raised with this offer and these could be put in place immediately. However, I have no interest in doing this, even though it would make me money as well, because of his behavior on the forums and elsewhere. And I'm not talking about the gambling.

Money is money Tongue

Any updates on the appliance store?

i'll buy in some, lets see how it goes.  Cool

Your opinion is irrelevant considering your signature shows your another spoondolies fanboy

Cant believe havelock is letting this go through
1418  Economy / Securities / Re: BMF has lost access to it's wallet [UnModerated] on: June 11, 2014, 02:35:44 PM
Does BMF still not have access to its wallet (I read a few days ago that they might be able to recover it)? If not, what is the BMF operator going to do for shareholders? Considering that they lost the funds, shouldn't they reimburse all investors at the last current price?

If not, I would like to hear why you don't think you should have to do that usagi... Your the one that fucked up
1419  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK]CBCM SHA-256 Mine IPO start 11-th of June, priced from 0.042Btc/10Ghs on: June 11, 2014, 02:33:24 PM
@The OP, you said cloud mining doesn't reinvest and your dividends go down. True. But you have the liberty to choose to reinvest OR keep your profits, having options is better. Not to mention its a lot cheaper. And PBMINING is more reputable than either of you chumps, Ive already received back nearly my entire initial investment, so my gut is saying they are not a scam.

This IPO reeks so badly. There are already better offers with already running business's. Anyone that invests in this is brain dead  Undecided
1420  Economy / Securities / Re: ASICMINER Speculation Thread on: June 11, 2014, 02:26:54 PM
If you are selling please tell me why. Thanks.

Because this company is way over valued? BTC based investments makes people stupid. They throw BTC at it, just because its in BTC. This business is HIGH RISK. Now with larger competition thats only growing, its going to be interesting if they can maintain marketshare. BTC is worth much more than it was a year ago when the dividends were a bit meatier. Dividends will never reach those levels again unless BTC plummets, in which case its likely this company will go under. If you think this company is worth $68,000,000 (current market cap @ havelock prices), you are a fool. Im flipping a few shares I bought and will continue to do so, its easy BTC made.

Only being realistic here. I doubt they will make over 5% a year in ROI at its current price, and thats in a good scenario. You might as well just go with a real Blue chip stock such as Procter & Gamble that has a nice year dividend, much less risk.
