1421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you move to a tax haven to protect your crypto trillions? on: February 25, 2018, 08:18:29 PM
I think that bitcoin is a blessing to every partaker irrespective of where the person is from or operating and being a member of this forum is a plus blessing too.

My point therefore is that, we earn an additional pay that is different from our daily jobs(for people who are not depending only on bitcoin) in this forum either by joining bounties or doing other jobs in the forum. So, whether we are from America, Asia, Europe etc, bitcoin value is higher than any fiat money when converted,  we can avoid to disrupt our lives if we want. Is just a choice and life style.
1422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: February 25, 2018, 03:10:48 PM
Ethereum will be more massive in the future,it is the most commonly used platform for the new altcoin projects, these developers are using erc20 tokens for their new project so yes it is still a good time to invest in ethereum,i am holding ethereum for more years because i am one of those lucky people who bought it when it was less than a dollar, now it gave me millions of dollars from only a couple of thousand investments 2years ago.

Oh!  This is an inspiring and great story. Buying a coin that cheap and laughing having it as very close $1,000 at the moment. Yes, etheruem has done very well and it is successful because icos are using it more.

I wish I will be this lucky to have any of my cheap altcoins getting to $1,000 and above  Grin
1423  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what if bounty manager for signature campaign gives you merit on: February 22, 2018, 08:26:49 PM
I think what Op is asking for is whether it is possible for an individual to get a merit point from a campaign manager and I believe that is possible because the campaign manager is also part of the forum member and are also entiled to exercise the rights as a member.

Being busy and not being able to spot nice post is out of it. The issue I think is that the merit is not being given justfully.
1424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: February 22, 2018, 05:32:52 PM
Not having anything at the end is different from what the purpose of the holder is. It is an investment strategy to even hodl in the first place, so if the hodler sleeps of it and not knowing when to let go of the coin, it is at the peril of the hodler and not called greed.

We have different views about a coin and if we believe that a coin would give us profit more when we hodl it, I don't concide to it as greed but as a perfect investing idea.
1425  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you start from zero cash and make a living with the opportunities in crypto? on: February 22, 2018, 03:59:17 PM
Very possible to acquire the wealth of bitcoin without having anything with you. You can absolutely do that if you are hardworking, you join bitcoin paying campaign . For instance, imagine you save up all your bitcoin payment as a senior member in your wallet since bitcoin was less than $500  Huh
1426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN : Oppotunity Or Challenge? on: February 21, 2018, 07:01:08 PM
I'm a new investor who is talked about Newbie, and I'm know Bitcoin by Ebooks and Internet.   Smiley I found that the history of Bitcoin is relatively short, to talk about benefits, it is digital currency, not through convenient medium and relatively fast. But there are many limitations, it is anonymous and easy to be Hackers possession, difficult to universal throughout the world as well as all types of business. I want to borrow money from my parents to buy more Bitcoin, because I believe the value is increasing but they still doubt it is multi level ponzi, should I invest a lot here or not? I need more advice. Thank all of you a lots.

Well, some people would say borrowing to invest is not their thing but for me, I will borrow to invest or to save life. Having said that, if you believe in a thing like bitcoin to make profit, it could be wise.

I also think it is better done with better timing like a post above said, with the example of buying higher in $20,000 and lower in $6,000. Check for timing.
1427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, What's next? on: February 21, 2018, 04:21:04 PM
If you have 100% trust of your campaign just let the token there, if you have a feeling that many people will buy your tokens just put it there and wait for the price increase but when you feel like your campaign is a seasonal only the last step is to withdraw it and trade it to actual money. Actually I don't received tokens in airdrop but one of my colleagues once they receive the token they convert it immediately to actual money because as long as you stay your tokens in your wallet and you kept on signing up on different airdrops it can be hacked. This happened in one of my friends wallet. So be careful, I think the best way is to withdraw it immediately for the roots of your hard work will now lead you to your reward.

With this hack stories, I think it is better to just sell the token when it gets to the exchange then rebuy from your wallet direct to the exchange instead of losing it to hackers while waiting for price to appreciate.
1428  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that Bitcoin could become a popular payment method? on: February 21, 2018, 02:24:58 PM
How would you solve volatility problems in new currencies? Backing it with something?

The volatility can be looked from the angle of regulation or control. This is one thing that will help to stable the coin. And when it goes up , it would still be within reach.
1429  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long term vs. short term investing on: February 20, 2018, 01:29:09 PM
It depends on what you want. If you want a quick small profit, you can trade on altcoin. Bitcoin is good for both but I prefer bitcoin on a long time hodl,  it is more profitable and at least with 70% chance of not losing your investment on the long term.
1430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What makes Bitcoin valuable? on: February 19, 2018, 05:51:44 PM
People have realized that bitcoin is easier to earn. You don't sweet on it before you earn it, that is, there are no physical exhaustion of strength before you acquire even enough of it. You just need an internet enabled phone thats all and all is done, from having a wallet to the rest.  It is also decentralized and has high value in price.
1431  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: king of all coins on: February 19, 2018, 02:36:02 PM
Ripple could never dethrone bitcoin. Price wise, by just comparing their total supply, it could never exceed bitcoin's achievement. And with the community bitcoin is having, bitcoin will continue its reign over other cryptocurrencies.

I think you have a point there but it is not all about the total supply of a coin but usage and importance. Bitcoin is blockchain and decentralized, thus, orders can not be manipulated so to speak.

Also, in terms of maximum supply, I think in terms of bitcoin, it is there to be monitored as to the genuity of the totality otherwise I know of certain coin that has just 7million maximum supply but it price is just $0.0243
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i hav 0.5 btc ... on: February 18, 2018, 05:08:36 PM
a lot of references you can see in coinmarketcap there a lot of good ico-ico, depending on your clever pandainya only.

Buying into ico sometimes doesn't pay. It is stressful and delays to start monitoring the progress as it is going. I would prefer to wait till in hits the exchange.

Where to invest?
Any ICO

Maybe it will benefit you to research in coinexchang e instead of trying to buy in ico because of its challenges.
1433  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Private key security level on: February 16, 2018, 11:53:32 AM
Well I really don't have to border much about that where the site has been proved to be a trusted site by the symbol of the locked key. And , if I get hoodwinked after confirming is a trusted site, so be it and it then means the site will not exist again after losing the trust of so many investors who actually believed in the genuity of the site and trusted to invest their money with them.

Or, otherwise, how then do we invest again when the sites we trust with their locked key at the left side of their web page defraud us.
1434  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people want Bitcoin? on: February 16, 2018, 08:48:15 AM
Bitcoin is the first crypto currency and most valuable. The high financial value of bitcoin in exchange to domestic currency is usually the ulterior motive for investors wanting it including me. Then, another thing I like is that of its secrecy. That is decentralized. You choose to tell or not to disclose whether you are operating in bitcoin or how much of it you have acquired.
1435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs on: February 15, 2018, 11:57:44 PM
I was thinking the better caption would have been plenty icos causing distraction. They are now everywhere but I believe with time, we start seeing and knowing the appropriate signs for the genuine ones.

No gain saying, this is the era of cryptocurrency. No wonder we are having lots of icos and airdrops too
1436  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Help please recovering my bitcoin on: February 15, 2018, 10:30:14 PM
I really wish you would find it with your passion to recover it but is really a long time and you might have lost some of its identity.
I still wish you luck in your endeavour to search for it. I guess we are learning our modern day lession. Crypto currency is a big business and it is still emerging - meaning greater financial opportunities are abounds. We have to secure our ids.
1437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When all change... on: February 15, 2018, 09:33:01 PM
the government will not be able to ban or control the circulation of bitcoin and altcoin and if there is any information about those who prohibit the circulation of altcoin bitcoin I will not sell I will always always buy and always buy because I believe the digital currency is the money of the future.

So you want to be like king Solomon in the bible. In your own case the wisest crypto accumulator  Grin

But surely you will have to sell at a point even if you start gathering now. For instance, the early adopters sold at a particular time, I think thats a point about holding.

1438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: full-time cryptocurrency on: February 15, 2018, 07:15:35 PM
Is it good to leave my job to dedicate myself to full-time cryptocurrency?

You can easily become a millionaire by becoming a daytrader in Cryptocurrencies.  All you have to do is start with a billion dollars...

Really funny...with a billion dollars starting up a trade?

Well for OP,  you need to work with your time and merge job with crypto together. Crypto is not a stable means of income because is just a side attraction most times but I believe your job can be more stable as you can plan with the little that come into your pocket.
1439  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why hasn't any government stopped Bitcoin? on: February 15, 2018, 04:46:12 PM
One thing about the internet is that, it is not stationed like a shop or shopping malls that you can easily work into and arrest the staff or stop investors/customers from coming in. The exchanges can afford not to be stationed while carrying on with business and so are not easily traceable. I'm not saying they can't be found but where secrecy is needed for business to go on, this is possible.
Also, the investors because bitcoin is decentralized.
1440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: February 15, 2018, 11:17:37 AM
no, because all the airdrop that I follow does not give me profit

Really some times they don't either because they don't meet there estimated market sales. At other times it also be that the address sent wasn't the correct type of wallet to receive the tokens. So when this is the case, when it is sent, "it misses on the air" and never gets to the wrong wallet.
