1421  Economy / Gambling / Re: Looking for paying online casinos for refer on: February 01, 2023, 09:17:03 AM
I started earning money online before crypto through affiliate marketing and other, I still have my tools and I feel like taking the next step to crypto and online casino, I am looking for list of online casinos that pays people for referring other people even if they have to make deposits first, what is important to me is finding the highest paying ones as I have ways of promoting that I believe will not fail me or waste my time, also is there anyone into this type of side income thing? What type of  Smiley advice can you give a dude like me?

Promoting casinos and referring gamblers is one of the best ways to make money especially if you referred whales or players who upgrade to VIP but the competition is very stiff, high rollers usually sign up to affiliates who offer them a percentage of their income but if you're good at it the best way is to first compile the most trusted casinos in the industry, don't think of just making money refer people to reputable casinos, so you'll not be blamed by gamblers for referring them to scam casinos.
I've seen review sites still promoting known scam casinos because of the high payout they are getting as a promoter.
1422  Economy / Services / Re: Lost access to MY Google account paying 10k on: January 31, 2023, 10:48:38 PM

I'm happy to do it with less amount and with escrow if needed, assuming OP is serious about it.
My only concern is that OP is not being serious about the offer and just randomly came up with an insane amount.

If you think that you can do it, I don't know because it seems OP has exerted all efforts to recover it, then offer him to do an escrow and ask him a proof of funds, my only concern here is he really doesn't own that Gmail, anyone can have a Gmail id and password but once you opened it in a different location and with a different device Gmail will trigger a verification if the one who opens it is the real owner, if there is valuable info on that email the owner, should have secured it, in case of a breach or loss.
1423  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Being Lonely drives you towards Gambling....! on: January 31, 2023, 01:42:17 PM
Yes and I agree, when you have nothing to turn to and you feel lonely you want an escape and gambling is one of them, but your case is very different you should do first what matters most, I hate to say this but it's irresponsible when your love one is in the hospital and you are gambling, I also experience being lonely and gamble and lose a lot but this is when I lose a job, I just want something to do and gambling is the one that is accessible.
1424  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Power Slap League on: January 30, 2023, 11:23:52 PM
..They are professionals in the first place so I guess there's nothing to be worried of. But I'd still wish for weight division in order for match ups to be more exciting.

Honestly, the first time I watched this slapping contest by the Russian I was horrified I've seen one's face getting his face deformed but they still let him continue the match, I hope it will not happen here in Dana's version of the slapping contest, utmost care should be implemented because participants have no defense and cannot do anything on what's coming but to endure it, I'll follow this slapping league to see if they are a better version than the Russian version.
1425  Economy / Gambling / Re: I accidentally deposited to self-excluded stake.com account. on: January 30, 2023, 08:56:29 PM
I'm not familiar with the terms of the Stake but upon checking their terms it is stated that you are not allowed to withdraw any amount on that account during your self-exclusion period. I am not sure whether they will return it or not but I think the terms and conditions were pretty clear here. May I ask how'd it become an accident? Have you forgot that your account is in self-exclusion? Please see attached quote from the Stake's Self-Exclusion Policy.
Quote
You are not permitted to leave any balance in your account during a self-exclusion time period. You will not be able to access your account to withdraw any funds during your requested self-exclusion. If you have an account affected by a self-exclusion that has any active bets, the Cash Out function will be applied at the point of self-exclusion confirmation.
...
• You should not attempt to, deposit or place any wager on any of your accounts from which you have requested to be excluded during your selected self-exclusion.
[Source]

It's your fault and not Stake, they expect all their players to fully understand the rules and what's on their terms of service, and now the only one who can answer you on this issue is the support because it's unlikely that anyone here experienced what your issue if you can still see the amount you deposited in your account, there's a possibility that you can use that amount after the self-exclusion expire, how long did you apply a self-exclusion apply.
Next time log in first and check your account before depositing.
1426  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Hit And Run Gambling - Can The House Be Beaten This way? on: January 29, 2023, 07:30:06 AM
Hi gamblers, it's a simple question I want to ask...

Remember it is said that, in gambling, the house always wins, I Want us to look at this two scenarios and tell if this are not actually a way to win/beat the house..

Imagine yourself as a new gambler who just joined a casino, played a few dollars and with luck on your side, you win money running into thousands of dollars, will withdrawing your money plus winnings from that casino, never to return there to play again, mean you have beaten that casino?

Secondly, imagine that on your first day of gambling, you gambled $200 and in the process, won money running into hundreds of thousands of dollars, you withdraw the money and start up your own business, and never returned to gambling again, isn't this one way to beat the house?
I already did the second, winning a big amount with a small bet, withdrawing it, and promised not to come back playing again investing it in Cryptocurrency, but a gambler is always a gambler, you have certain guilt for not giving yourself more opportunities because you already did it thinking that you beat the house, but when I got back in betting I have a long losing streak and I'm actually chasing losses, so I make it a point to allocate a small portion from then if I win its good and if I lose I'm ok with as long as I'm not chasing loses.
1427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Common Online Gambling Fraud on: January 27, 2023, 03:15:00 PM
The most common of this and even newbies can do this is bonus abuse, because casinos when they are launching are offering sign-up bonuses, this is something that new casinos should be aware of and need to address because some gamblers are good at doing this, and can actually make profit from these signup bonuses, but it's not only gamblers that are guilty of fraud even casinos are guilty of fraud.
Do check the scam section and you will read casinos defrauding their members even if the members have shown all the pieces of evidence that their winnings are legit and they deserve their winnings.
1428  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this safe to say this about casino platforms on: January 27, 2023, 02:27:58 PM
Is it safe to say that casino platforms is running their business with users find only? I read somewhere that they pay winners with losers money, I couldn't ask him or her if a casino can start business with zero fund at hand, I know that most of them wired their system to favour them more ( lose more and win less ) , if not they will run out of business fast I belief, what do you think about this? Was I wrong about this? Come to think of this, there is no prove that they have some money to pay winners.

I am not aware of this but it will be better for this discussion if you can have links to prove this because its hard to run a casino without initial funding, they need marketing and they need funds to do that, and what if in the early days, there's one lucky guy who hit a jackpot, they need to pay that guy within 24 to 48 hours because the guy will file a complaint if he did not get it in the earliest possible time and that will ruin their start.
Casinos or any other business cannot keep up without initial funds, they cannot establish their brand and reputation without it.
1429  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paypal are scammers like the FTX bitcoin exchange on: January 27, 2023, 01:30:59 PM

I think Paypal and FTX are not related in any way, as they are completely  two senate and distinct organizations. It seems like you are having trouble  to withdraw your own money and dissatisfied with verification process. I would suggest you to raise an official  complainant to paypal and if they are unable to assist you to resolve  this issue, then you have the right to seek assistance from a consumer protection agency to help resolve the issue with withdrawing your funds.

You will only find the fault and bugs when you're account is restricted, I have friends whose account was locked after 5 years of using Paypal, and when he cannot get his account unlocked he blame Paypal for being unfair, so it's better to address the issue properly and give them what they asked for, in your case it is your card that you can't remember, why not ask your bank about it, I'm sure they have it in their database, exhaust all means before accusing Paypal.
1430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: We lose on the long run through return percentage on: January 27, 2023, 12:20:16 PM

They are numerous stories of people who won the jackpot and ended up spending the whole money back on the casino within a short period, 1 or 2 years, they lost the jackpot.

Because of two things hoping to win the jackpot again and addiction, we are more addictive and motivate to gamble more because we have tasted winning the jackpot,we are not aware of it until we compute that we lose the jackpot that we've won.
It really hurt calculating what we've loss that what we've won, but if we are playing within our means and treat gambling as entertainment that will be our consolation, so don't expect because you've won the jackpot you've beat the house, because house will get it back  eventually through time.
1431  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I got scam by CardSellerN1 on: January 26, 2023, 03:14:44 PM
I got scam by CardSellerN1 : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3516331

I already sent him 2 cashapp account.
He need another cashapp but do not want to pay the money.
He didn't pay $30
see proof :  https://ibb.co/0mrSFC9

I can see that you just have sent the account details. But where is the proof that he did not pay you? You should provide proof of he is ignoring you or something else. Without the proof, it's unfair to tag him.
But CardSellerN1 can refute this that he paid him by posting the screenshot of his payment the screenshot of the conversation did not tell what really happen it only favors OP, there is still a scroll arrow which means that there is a continuation of the conversation, any one of them can post the whole screenshot.

1432  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Amazing Gambling-DeFi System on: January 26, 2023, 12:21:28 PM
A strange gaming platform claiming in paragraph #23 of its TaC that they are regulated in accordance with the laws of Curacao, but there is no Curacao license, it seems to me that this is just a set of non-binding terms.

23. Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Curaçao.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they may have borrowed their terms and conditions from another website without fully adapting them to their own. This could indicate that the site was put together hastily and and without proper attention to detail, and could also be an indication that the site may not have the best intentions. Of course, this is just my gut feeling and could be proven wrong.

You are right on this they did not omit this, they do not a have license and they are a DeFi project, so it's unlikely that Curacao terms are applicable to their platform, it's good that the owner create a video so first time visitor will easily understand how these things works since this is a Binance chain platform it should be in the altcoin service section, but we never game like this that formatted in a Bitcoin will be accepted will come out in the future, casino players are more likely to support casino platform that accepts Bitcoin.
1433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Nonito Donaire vs Jason Moloney on: January 25, 2023, 10:49:07 PM
I understand why Donaire keeps on fighting and wants to win another title he just wants a graceful exit, his fight against Inoue is the one that hurt the most if he ends his career with that lingers in the mind of the boxing community, and this could be the fight that he wants to win because there is a title attached to it, Donaire can beat Moloney provided that he still has the power of that left hook and besides he is more comfortable in that weight category like all the majority I'm betting or Donaire to win the fight.
1434  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Chips.gg Casino not paying 6,900$ held on the account, Liars and Scammers on: January 25, 2023, 01:52:14 PM

In a period of one and half month my total wagering on there crossed $300K+ and reached the player level of 70+. I had been deposting and withdrawing the funds all through this time amounts ranging of 200$-3K$.

You have to back up your story with solid proof like a screenshot of your communication, dashboard transaction id, or anything that can verify your story this is a scam accusation and for it to stand, you need to upload pieces of evidence, there were instances where the accuser cannot provide proofs to back up his claim and he ends up making up a story because he wants revenge on the casino where he losses huge money.
This is why we have this format when opening a scam accusation.

1435  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Too accessible of online casino grows addiction faster? on: January 25, 2023, 01:04:36 PM
I have a discussion with a close relative about online gambling and he said something that about how he hate gambling online because it's too addictive, he claimed real life casinos are better and less addictive because he will have to drive down to Las Vegas to gamble or drive down to a local casino and this still takes some physical effort and it discourages many people from frequenting gambling.
That's not true, the fact is you will get easily addicted if you play in physical casinos because these physical casino operators will give you an ambiance that will make you stay and come back like free food, and free drinks and they even send artists to entertain, that is why so many gamblers keep coming back to physical casinos because of the many perks and ambiance.

Quote
He said with online gambling it's available on through mobile phones and you can play at any time, this means no shortage of gambling around the clock and no shortage of losing money as well, you can easily pull out your phone and gamble with any free time, a bit compulsive and too accessible.
The only thing that online casinos can offer is accessibility but when it comes to perks like food and drinks you have to provide it to yourself.

Quote
What do you think about this claim? Is he right or wrong?
He is wrong both are addictive even before the existence of the internet and online casinos so many become addicted to physical casinos.

1436  Economy / Gambling / Re: How best to report vulnerabilities? on: January 24, 2023, 02:57:12 PM
I think you should change the title of the thread that will call out Owlgame, so they come here and explain their side of the story, we don't know the real story until we hear their version but what you've posted is not good for the reputation of a casino, they just ended their signature campaign and they have one complaint that is still unresolved.
It's irresponsible especially for a casino not to fix the bug or even not acknowledge it because it will end up a more serious issue, no gamblers will want to play in a casino with bugs, as the true result will not reflect on their game.
1437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cheat the Lottery Winner on: January 24, 2023, 12:38:47 PM
There's a saying the love of money is the root of all evil and in this story, it manifested, as relatives betraying relatives just for the love of money, the winner will not entrust that huge money if he is not worth the trust, but unfortunately, she was wrong into thinking that being a relative will not betray you.
You really never know if you can trust a person when it comes to huge money until you entrust a huge amount of money, I'm sure the woman will think twice now or even not trust money to any of his relatives.

"It's hard to walk away from a winning streak, even harder to leave the table when you're on a losing one." -
Cara Bertoia, Cruise Quarters - a Novel About Casinos and Cruise Ships

This quote reflects the experiences some gamblers are facing when they are playing, winning, or losing its hard to make a decision
you either continue the momentum or lose everything, I'm sure the majority of gamblers are experiencing this one time or many times while playing.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: January 23, 2023, 11:01:41 PM

Well, bookies look at the following factor:

1. Past performances of the fighters, including their record and recent results
2. Current form of the fighters, including their training and preparation for the fight
3. Injuries or other factors that may affect the outcome of the fight
4. Public perception or hype surrounding the fighters

since Inoue had better recent performances and records, bookies will really consider him as the favorite.  Also, with the public perception that Inoue despite climbing  weight, will beat Fulton.

The additional weight will not make an impact on his speed and power in fact it will add more, after Pacquiao I consider Inoue to be a breakthrough fighter like Pacquiao he has a chance to reach the level of Manny Pacquiao, remember Manny started in the lowest category and he moves up slowly and conquered every division that he landed, now Inoue will have a chance to trail Pacquiao's path and I believe Fulton's belt and title will be added to Inoue's journey to greatness.

Gambling in Japan is not black and white. In fact, gambling is considered a criminal offence and is generally banned across the country.

Those that are found gambling can face large fines and even serve jail time.

However, there are exceptions to this rule. Betting on horse racing and the lottery are two forms of gambling that are accepted in Japan.

To me, this seems hypocritical. You claim that gambling is illegal, but you may bet on horse racing, Pachinko, bicycle racing, boat racing, and Mahjong, which baffles me. I do not seem to understand. Why is that so? You claim it is unlawful, yet wagering on games that are overseen by the government is not unlawful. Is this not hypocritical? What does the government fear?

https://gamblingnewsmagazine.com/gambling-in-japan/
I don't think its hypocrisy, it's their culture, their country, and their laws, what we think is legal in one's country could be illegal in another, it may look like hypocrisy but the way they gamble has something to do with their culture, all these gambling forms are legal in their country because they deemed it not to be so and they don't want a gambling version of the western so they decline casinos even if their government will make money from this business, they already have a lot of business and they do not want something that they think will corrupt their people.
