1441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Doxxed team can help a new gambling platform? on: January 22, 2023, 02:28:27 PM

with all certainty yes, all people feel more secure when they know the owners of the companies in which they use their services, this is something indisputable. but unfortunately this should not be expected to happen to all online casinos

Is easy to trust casino owners who are doxxed, you know who you will run after, who you will call out, and who will they charge in court in case you've been scammed, and the casino operators know all these so they prefer to be anonymous, and because the regulators are allowing them to be anonymous, if only all license issuer will impose on their terms that they put an about the team page on all the casinos they supervise, casino operators will be obliged to do so.
1442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your take on this crypto gambling use case idea? on: January 21, 2023, 12:27:55 PM
Do you think it makes sense if a crypto gambling platform only accepts it's own token for gambling and gambling on it's platform? If the games they offer are one-of-a-kind, new, and addictive wouldn't this make the gambling token very valuable? I am asking on behalf of a friend who wants to build his own crypto gambling project on the blockchain. Will this work? Will this fail? What's your take on this?

The question is does your friend have a new game that is one of a kind, before coming up with the casino's own token, come up first with that one-of-a-kind game before thinking of a new token, in fact, your friend doesn't need a new token because if that game will be addicted to gamblers then many will play in your friend's casino and that's big profit or him, he doesn't need a token associated with that, accepting Bitcoin is far better than any coin.
1443  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Plagiarized Whitepaper - Portfol-io on: January 20, 2023, 03:55:53 PM
Well, I understand that they do not have enough budget to scam people. They are low-budget scammers and I believe if they get successful scams, they will do it more professionally next time. People shouldn't invest in everything they see on the internet.
These are newbie scammers targetting newbies like them even if they have an original whitepaper I will not involve myself in this project, no platform obviously this is a pump and dump project they are also lying and they have a $150,000 budget and bought top coins in the market, they don't even have $500 with the kind of script they have.

Quote
I agree with sujonali. But, want to add more. They buy the domain and extract the pre-made website script. They do not even design it well. You can find similar websites on the internet. Those are ready-made scripts.
They will not spend thousands of dollars once they are caught and reported to their hosting and domain registrar they are Likely to shut down and they will not recover their set-up cost.
1444  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: January 20, 2023, 01:09:41 PM
I am strongly in favour of desktop applications or even web based, as I think that phones are usually to small and I do not really trust much the apps,
We have the same views when it comes to desktop and phone comparison, I'm more on stability and convenience I find the computer very convenient because I started everything on a desktop long before Android and Play store was created, you are stuck to the one you love doing and where you are doing it.

Quote
but there seems to be many people who would rather use their phone. Is that because they do not have access to a desktop computer? It may also be a regional issue, the same as people that do not use a browser?
These are people who are always on the go, they want to keep up playing and they want to access the gambling platform anywhere they want to be, we are in a modern age and people are going from one place to another, and they want to carry what the enjoy doing and phone makes it possible.
1445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 20, 2023, 09:30:52 AM
There is this thing about shopping and airlines that when you check and forget, they send you bonus or discount for your possible shopping/trip. Same holds true for casinos, if you just register and leave they will send you some bonus to get you started playing.

I can attest to that I sign up to 3 casinos but not playing on them and I get a lot of offers for a bonus for a first-time player, sometimes monthly sometimes bi-weekly, they have it in their database that those players who just sign up, and did not play yet, they want to motivate them to play by giving them a bonus, it's a good strategy for casinos so they will not recruit people they will just motivate their dormant players to start playing.
1446  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Are we legally associated with advertised services? on: January 20, 2023, 12:32:34 AM

Okay, I think the best way would be to ask this question someone who is anti-bitcoin and anti-crypto but is lawyer at the same time. If anyone has someone like her as a close friend, will be glad if we get updated, otherwise I think that our logic and the way of explanation may not be interesting in the court.
Sorry  Sad

Yes that's true but we can give a hint from the advertising giants like Google and Facebook they have a group of lawyers and are backed by legal firms, they allow the showing of platforms that looks legit but ended scamming people unless reported to them and they got notification they will allow these projects to be broadcast on their platforms, same to us here we will only discontinue until there are rulings or there are a lot of complaints and we don't have liability because we are not directly recruiting
1447  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Has an exchange ever blocked your Bitcoins from Signature earnings? on: January 19, 2023, 11:31:48 PM
I am just trying to know from forum members if there is anyone who has ever had their bitcoin payments from signature advertising get blocked by an exchange, citing "suspicious transaction"?

My Signature earnings go straight to my noncustodial and just transfer it to my exchange when I need money or there is a need to trade because of the market condition, some exchange has a term about casino transaction you should be aware of it and check what exchange will allow you to do this and exchanges will not.

Quote
What was/would be your course of action if they asked for source of funds or proof of source of funds, especially if you were dealing with payments from a bitcoin casino or bitcoin mixing platform (since most CEXs seems to be no so friendly with bitcoins from such platforms)

Please check their terms if they do not allow casino then your funds are good as gone if you deposit or they will allow you to withdraw or trade by asking for understanding for not knowing the rule, it's better to always check the terms when dealing with an exchange like you do when playing in casinos.
1448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: January 19, 2023, 09:53:53 PM

The winner of this fight will dictate the possible rematch and for sure the cash rewards will be more different..
If there is a clause on the contract that one of them can instigate a rematch then we'll have a rematch but still depends on the outcome of the fight, on this fight between these two hard punchers I don't think the fight will end in a decision, one of them will get knocked out but even if there's a knock out in a fight its still possible to have a rematch if the promoters feel that the fans want a rematch, they will see the profitability of the rematch.
1449  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: LeLe Gold Farm accusation on: January 19, 2023, 03:48:24 PM
If it's SEC that has given the advisory then people should be serious about them. Well, there's this different belief and distrust of SEC people in the crypto market. But if it's all about these scam schemes, people must take into account where they're putting their money.
I've researched for some news on the web about this farm game scam and it's said that they are no longer existing. In short, this lele gold already shut down and made a complete exit.

People will ignore the warning sighns only when SEC announced that its a Ponzi scheme, whewn checking the plan and all of its feature it a Ponzi scheme, we should not wait for SEC to announce that its a Ponzi scheme because before they announce it they already scammed you, do your own research and your own judgement, don't get greedy because people are showing you their payout, these people that show you their payout are promoters or the people behind that Ponzi scheme.
1450  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice on choosing a crypto casino on: January 19, 2023, 02:44:54 PM
How to choose a casino, is there a criterion for this, or do you just go to any casino and play? It's a rash move without preparation.
Its the riskiest thing you can do, not all that glitters are gold, so don't just believe in a casino that is being advertised or getting hype, if you want to know what casinos are worth playing, then do these two things, check their announcement thread so what they are offering, their features, their terms, and feedback coming from their players, second check the scam section its  where you can find complaints of players from the casinos they are playing, check if the complaint is legit, take your time you will eventually find the right casino for you.
There are many scam casinos here in the gambling community and those who got scammed failed to do their research and just play.

1451  Economy / Gambling / Re: bc.game dice is better than stake.com dice on: January 19, 2023, 08:25:39 AM
I am not here to shit on all stake.com game they have good stake size for sport betting and will pay you if you win live game casinos.

but they dice is shit. i lose many times on 80% winning chance in a row when i bet big.

on the other hand on bc.game i won tons of times i didnt find anything sketchy with them.

But what if you play next time and Stake gives you a good winning percentage and you suddenly lose a lot on BC.game do you mean that you will change your mind and praise Stake.com and discourage people not to playing on Stake.com, you don't blame a casino when you're losing and then you don't shill your casino over the other because you are winning in that casino, you are not even certain that you will keep winning on bc.game.
You look naive when it comes to casinos you don't know that all casinos are based on luck and you can always check the seed if you have the time.
1452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury - February 25 in Saudi Arabia on: January 18, 2023, 09:12:10 PM
~
Wouldn’t surprise me if Fury pulls out again. His girlfriend is due to have her baby soon, not that he needs an excuse to run away from a fight Wink
How many times they will set this match up and even i am in the opinion that we wont be seeing this fight this time around as well, there should be a betline whether Tommy Fury would pull out of the fight  Cheesy. Hope there is something written in the contract that Tommy Fury cannot pull out of the fight until it is a major injury or the wise move would be to have a back up plan if the fight did not go as planned.

It will be a big embarrassment for Tommy Fury if this fight will not push through again because he is backing out again, people have high expectations of Tommy Fury because he is 8-0 and he is the real test for Jake Paul because now he is fighting a real boxer. but I consider Jake Paul a better fighter of the two, he is getting better in every fight, the last one on Silva, who is considered a big test because Silva beat Chavez Jr.who is a real pro with a good record in the ring.
Let's hope this fight will finally happen this fight will be a confirmation that Paul really can take professional boxers.
1453  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BOUNTY NBA CLUB offers daily profits, is this a ponzi scheme in the form of NFT? on: January 18, 2023, 01:21:38 PM
I tried to check the team page but was triggered to connect the platform to my Metamask which is something I will not do on a platform that has a dubious plan, this project will not last long, one of the prices of NFT is $80k, they only need one big investor to shut down the site, I hope OP will create a flag for this project and give the bounty manager a red trust, I'm sure he knows that this is a scam project but opted to promote this project and hiding behind his disclaimer.

1454  Economy / Gambling / Re: PVP Games Lounge launching soon on: January 18, 2023, 12:02:10 PM
I am happy to announce me and my team are developing couple of table games , that will be played versus player and multi player tournaments , a public chat room for players:
more information will be released , we are building it around a Defi Token project for it to get enough publicity for the games platform.
Sounds interesting but if it's a DeFi token project then it should not be here or classified as a Bitcoin-based casino and you should move this thread to the altcoin service section where it belongs, you did not give us a specific or targeted date on its release I don't know if it will generate support from the gambling community but it will surely get support from the gaming community, the chain that you will use should have a large community to get more support from your soon to launch platform.
1455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tank Davis vs. Ryan Garcia betting and discussion (May, 2023) on: January 18, 2023, 08:23:29 AM
Finally, the last obstruction to make this happen is cleared as Dela Hoya posted on social media the contract of the Ryan - Davis fight, so glad that they did not make this another Spence - Crawford scenario, this is the biggest fight coming in April I'm eager to see their press conference and their face off and what they are going to say to each other.

Tank Davis vs Ryan Garcia deal appears done, De La Hoya shows off contract

1456  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit return my money on: January 18, 2023, 05:45:12 AM
@OP you need to revise your subject, at first I think 1xbit is pay your winnings, but when I read the post 1xbit actually is scam you. You can change to "1xbit scam me for 1,471.66 USDT" or "1xbit not give my money for 1,471.66 USDT'

Well the bad thing here is the 1xbit's representative in this forum is active because they have a signature campaign, but they're don't care with any complaint from their gamblers. Don't hope too much, you need to move on and choose the other reputable casino.

I was about to castigate OP for the title that 1XBIT is returning his money because it's out of 1XBIT character for them to do that, but he is actually asking 1XBIT to return the money this scam casino owes him, another victim of 1XBIT, I don't he'll have a chance to get that money back and you are now part of a growing group of people that 1XBIT scammed it's better to move this in the scam section for reference and to populate 1XBIT scammed keywords reference on this forum.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Online Gaming Competition for Gamblers on: January 17, 2023, 10:44:53 PM

But as it currently, the interest on both
-Decentralized games
-Wax blockchain
-The game itself
are all very low, so this explains why it looks as if the team behind the game arent or werent ready for the business.

Its because this is a gambling site and what OP is showing us is some sort of game that we are not familiar with, and this is something new even gamers will have to take some time to fully grasp the concept and how it works, we are accustomed seeing casino games and features on this section its better to move this topic on section frequented by gamers like the service section of the altcoin because this is not even a Bitcoin-based platform.
1458  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nebeus: the easiest way to send money to a Crypto Casino!! on: January 17, 2023, 08:53:39 PM
It really is easy I've checked the TOS and there's nothing there that says that you cannot use it in casino transactions our local exchanges don't allow this, like all the others here I prefer using my wallet to deposit coins to casinos, and never use a third party, some third party is strict when it comes to depositing to casinos and withdrawing from casinos, so I prefer my own way, I consider it safe and much easier than involving a third party.
1459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 10 Biggest U.S Lottery Jackpots Ever...(Until Now) on: January 17, 2023, 03:02:51 PM
Hi Guys ..

I found this information online and thought i should share it to our gambling community here, And also, I would like to find out from you all what your thoughts are, Do you think winning enormous amounts like in the records below, is possible online lottery Casinos?

Lets dive in - 10 biggest lottery jackpots ever in the U.S Until when this post was created...

1. $2.04 billion
The largest lottery jackpot to date, a Powerball drawing, was won on Nov. 7, 2022. The ticket was sold at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena, Calif., just north of Pasadena.
Lottery officials said the ticket holder was the first lottery billionaire in the state. It was unclear as of early January 2023 whether the winner had claimed the prize. A spokeswoman for the Powerball said the vetting process for winners in California could take months.

So Two Questions..
1. Do you think its possible to win such an amount of money in online gambling/Sports betting ?
(my own opinion: I don't think its possible, as I've never seen.
The biggest winning I've seen is on millions I have yet to see Billions and I have no idea if its possible to win billions on online casinos I don't think there's a casino with assets that can reach billions of dollars to be able to pay a winner of billion dollars.

Quote
2. Is there any online lottery casino available where it is possible to win such as enormous amount of money? Please share ..

I like to have one, but offline lottery is bigger than online lottery because people tend to trust offline casinos because they can easily reach the operators because they have a physical office, compared to online lottery where your means of contact is through online support.

1460  Economy / Gambling / Re: Kryptogamers Hive No KYC Casino on: January 17, 2023, 01:44:57 PM
Normally, since I've registered on the forum I have been warned many times to stay away from projects that gives insane reward when staking their tokens and now that this is coming from a high  rank member I am so confused, are you saying you believe in this project or what? 50% is so unrealistic.

Not really unrealistic as long as they have a platform to speak of, and this is profit sharing casino
Quote
Native token called 'Gamer', staking it makes you eligible for 50% casino profits
they are talking of profit sharing, not APY percentage, so depending on the profit of the casino, you need to stake their native token, this what Betfury is doing they are sharing their profit on their token investors, so this is not something new and nothing to be alarm with.
