About time, Jim has crossed the line many many times, there are dozens of videos of him yelling questions when he shouldn't.

''and is planning on running for President in 2020 as a democrat'' ROFL

I don't know how anyone can believe that lying bastard, you only have to watch one of his interviews about his supposed witnesses, fucking moron.
1483  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: One cent crypto coins on: November 15, 2018, 12:46:50 AM
"one cent coins" has become a broader description than just a literal description. It is similar to "penny shares", and describes low cost assets that may have explosive growth potential. There are not too many of them, and choosing wisely is not an easy task. That is why I thought a private information exchange and discussion could be of mutual benefit.

As most people seem to diss the idea, I might just chuck £100 or so into a pot, and buy a few to see what happens. I'll post after the event with my justifications. If I lose the lot, then I can write it off to "education",

Did you buy? Terrible timing if you did  Cheesy. Crashes like this is why I don't buy cheap/trash coins, Bitcoin goes down 10%? They go down 20%.
1484  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 15, 2018, 12:18:16 AM
So all of this crash was because 2 guys and some more are fighting on twitter over hash power? Ridiculous market.

This is crypto. Hash power is The Power.

"They vote with their CPU power, expressing their acceptance of valid blocks by working on extending them and rejecting invalid blocks by refusing to work on them. Any needed rules and incentives can be enforced with this consensus mechanism."

- SN, Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System

So much for decentralization.

Ah, yes. 'Decentralization'. A means to an end that many have confused with the ultimate end. And a term that appears exactly zero times in aforementioned white paper.

That's ridiculous.

Now decentralization is not important?

That's not what I said at all. What I am trying to say is that decentralization is not the holy grail. Decentralization is merely a means to an end. Decentralization is valuable only in that it serves the ability to transact in a permissionless trustless manner.

Seems like bitcoin's pow is of central importance in bitcoin

Absolutely. A principle that has never been tested in practice. A principle that is seemingly about to be demonstrated conclusively.

To be honest, it's not. No one even cares about it anyways. Almost no one. Look at all the exchanges, all of them are centralized, the ones that are decentralized have 1000$ in volume.

So all of this crash was because 2 guys and some more are fighting on twitter over hash power? Ridiculous market.

Its the same impact as a president tweeting something about any company.

But there is a difference from 1 company and a whole international 24/7 market, isn't it? Plus these are supposed to be currencies. It's ridiculous.

It’s only ridiculous because we implemented all those Wall Street regulations to avoid market manipulation.

Who is the "we" that you talk about?

And what are all of the supposed "wall street regulations"?

Bitcoin is hardly regulated...

Of course, regulators try to make some kyc and aml requirements, and they are going to continue to try to make more and more regulations to fit round pegs in square holes, and they may even customize some regulations to bitcoin and to other cryptos and even ICOs.

So far the kyc and aml regs have to do with on and off ramping from fiat and through bank regulated exchanges... Hardly applicable to overall bitcoin claims, right?  No general regulatory body covering world wide, either.

Are you trying to sugguest something more meaningful about what is going on in bitcoin and various sporadic regs than making vague references to an ongoing desire of various governments (and likely traditional financial institutions) to regulate that some people might have?

But that would hardly qualify as a "we" would it?  Neither in kind of regulation nor amount of regulation.  What am I missing about your seemingly vague point?

I didn't understand it either. I don't know at which point we implemented any sort of regulations to stop market manipulation. I don't even see how that would be possible without fucking up the whole concept of cryptocurrencies.

Funny how all the straight shadows you show us are when the Sun is at a low angle, close to the horizon.

That's funny.  I thought you said the sun didn't drop close to the horizon?

Your flattard map shows the sun wouldn't fall below 30 degrees before it "faded" out of view.

I think bozo just slipped and admitted he is lying.

 Cool

Grin Grin I was just about to say. This guy logic is absolutely amazing, it's not the first time he admits he is lying.

Also, more ships disappearing bottom first.

<deranged nonsense>

dude... seriously...you need to see a shrink.

If Badecker is crazy, exemplar is the next level of crazy, even more than notbatman. He doesn't follow any logic at all. He does seem more like a troll to me though, more than notbatman, which I don't think its a troll.

It's funny because religious people, scholars and even the pope know the earth is not flat. The logical inconsistency between these guys is insane.

is this really a FULL discussion if the earth is flat or round......

its a globe, round as F*** Wink

just gonna spare you guy's some time Roll Eyes

Who the fuck is this guy?

I see what you did there.... Wink

Some fucking bitch from the Wall Observer Gang. I don't think he knows how things work in here.

I did not witnessed that myself YET, but you can always analyze footage that you already have.  Look and it is obvious:

Do you realize that even believers know the earth is not flat? Like 99%+? Even Badecker knows the earth is not flat, what does that say about your conspiracy that even someone like Badecker thinks it's stupid? Keep in mind he is a deep believer in God.
1491  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: November 14, 2018, 07:54:05 PM
So then, how do you know they crashed into the ocean? Surely someone could see that? Have you seen it? Have you seen the rockets crashing into oceans? Do you have a single shred of evidence for that?

^^^ The shadows from two sticks in the ground proves nothing but the fact you're a sack of shit who needs to die.

Here's some proof the Sun's rays diverge and that you're an absolutly worthless human being.

How is that proof that sun rays diverge? Lmao. You see the inconsistency with your logic? How many millions of pictures and videos you think are faked by NASA and yet a single photo is enough if it fits your agenda? Yea.. Dishonesty.
1498  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated: Guess who is Sicker? on: November 14, 2018, 03:13:18 PM

Bullshit. Vaccines are not that great for profits. ''Sometimes this includes doing a good job of making sure people stay alive' Are you saying vaccines work?

An ideal citizen (or 'cattle' translated to the language of one's choice) to maximize profits would have the following characteristics:

 - Alive and well enough to perform desirable tasks.

 - Chronically ill and in need of pharmaceutical products on an ongoing basis.

 - By virtue of being semi-functional, can trade labor efforts for pharma products through a traceable and taxable exchange currency system.

 - Docile and unable (or unwilling) to understand the system dynamics impacting his/her life past a certain trivial level.

 - End life with a critical and expensive medical event which consumes any savings of real property which the subject may have accumulated over their lifetime.  Cancer is a great candidate for this purpose.

Yes, vaccines are working very well to get the victim 'configured', but there is always room for fine-tuning.

With socialized medicine it is not necessary to target specific individuals based on their net worth.  Historically this is tricky but our modern tracking systems are making it more practical.  It is still dangerous because such individuals tend to be less docile a lot of times.  (One notes how it is the 'affluent' who are catching on to the vaccine program details.)

Anyway, with socialized medicine you can make the poor and ignorant sick and the affluent will pay the bills.

Medicines for patients with chronic diseases, which are taken every day, would be more profitable than a vaccine which provides a long-lasting impact and I do agree that pharmaceuticals are evil sometimes, it's true, they want to profit as much as possible however it's important to remember that ''the pharmaceutical sector in general is one of the most heavily-regulated industries in Europe. Production standards, safety monitoring and marketing activities are very tightly controlled by public authorities.''

The problem is that the 'regulators' are assigned by the governments and the governments are installed by the people who profit from the finally engineered system.  It's their system and their bread-n-butter and the governments they own are not going to be allowed to fuck it up.

This is why it is no surprise that no 'science' is allowed which casts any questions on the 'safety and effectiveness' of vaccines.  If the 'science' which produces the correct results is not practical then it is not done at all (or thrown away with no traces except that which a whistleblower tucked away into his safe in the bowels of the CDC.)

''Yes, vaccines are working very well to get the victim 'configured', but there is always room for fine-tuning. '' Prove it, you guys can't even agree with each other. Some of you say vaccines are there to kill us long term, some of you are saying they simply don't work, etc etc, just conspiracy theories, which one is it?
1499  Other / Off-topic / Re: Flat Earth on: November 14, 2018, 12:59:15 PM
What about the people that witness the rocket launched from the launch pad upwards, and into space? Are they all just faking it just because?
And if there was a magical dome around the earth, that rocket would hit the dome.

Just some common sense

4D, Just amazing watching the days pass 12h day and 12night and on and on.....

The rocket has to land somewhere, doesn't it? If it's not going into space. It would be quite easy to track it, someone somewhere would have seen hundreds of rockets land when they shouldn't have, no?

^^^ Look what pieces of shit these guys are! If they were interested in the truth they would just go watch the video on youtube.

I did and seems like only some nutjob flat earthers think he said that, If you watch the video I linked or the other post you will understand quite easily. Also why do you believe him now? Even if he said the moon landings were fake, why believe him now but not the other hundreds of times when he said the moon landings were real? What makes him more believable now? His old age? Logic, notbatman, you have to use logic. I know it's hard.
