It was one of the enjoyable matches of the night for sure. Arsenal got a very solid performance despite playing away and they got a huge advange by totally destroying Olympiacos. After equalizing the score, Olympiacos tried desperately not to lose this but Arsenal were really dedicated to win and finished them by scoring 2 more goals in the last 10 minutes (80', 85'). Elneny's goal was really worth seeing. 

Their main goal should absolutely be winning the Champions League now of course. Something is really going so wrong in the EPL and they still can't prevent the simple point losses. Now they are in the quarter final in the CL and we don't know which team will be their opponent. If they have a draw with Porto, things could be easier for them rather than playing against other harder opponents. Even Porto could make big difficulties for them as Porto achieved an awesome thing by eliminating Juve.

In my opinion, it is an important loss for Ajax. He is at such a young age (19) now and I believe he is also a quite talented striker. He scored 4 goals and made 2 assists in the EL and the Eredivisie in total so far. I hope he glows up at Leipzig and plays at even the biggest clubs of Europe.

The new round will start with a match between Augsburg and Gladbach tonight. Both teams are in a really bad condition right now in the league table. Especially Gladbach have a worse form as they lost their last 3 matches and didn't get a win for 6 weeks. But they are still 6 points away from Dortmund and also being able to qualify for a tournament. I think this is Gladbach's time to finally end their too bad streak. They could defeat Augsburg with one goal difference.

Roma had a really decent performance and got a very deserved win. Shakhtar also were not too bad but they really had not much thing to do against this Roma. We can already say that Roma have guaranteed advancing to the next round. Because in the worst case, we could see a draw in the rematch.

Real Madrid are gonna play their game first before Barcelona and Atletico this week. Their competitor this week is Elche. Elche surprised many people by their win against Sevilla with a 2-1 result but they are really in a terrible condition in the table in general. They are giving a huge battle for getting away from the relegation zone and now they are 2 points away. But I think they won't have too much to do in this away match. Real Madrid are 8 points away from the leader and got 2 draws in their last 2 games. They should gather strength to have a decent form. And this is their biggest chance so IMO they will beat Elche.

I look forward to seeing the Real Madrid-Atalanta match next week. Benzema has come back from his injury and scored even a goal against Atletico.    He is very important for the team now and he will be able to play against Atalanta this time. I expect them to be more effective when it comes to scoring. Atalanta have nothing to lose, on the other hand. And they will play with all they have to eliminate Real away. I'll probably place a bet on 'both teams to score' and enjoy the game. 

Ajax are playing very dominantly against Young Boys. The first half ended 0-0 but I don't think that Young Boys will be able to fight back against them much. It looks like Ajax will be the winner in the first leg. Manchester Utd just scored a goal and got ahead 1-0 against Milan. There was a quite balanced game in the first half. And Man Utd started the second half very quickly with a goal. 

Yes, there is a gigantic gap with Manchester Utd and Manchester City are getting closer to guaranteeing the EPL championship mathematically too. They will carry most of their focus to the CL and they are one of the favorites to win the cup as they are performing really well there too. As long as we don't see an early final like City-PSG or City-Bayern, City have a very big possibility to get to the final.

I think the toughest match of this weekend is Leipzig-Frankfurt. Leipzig have been winning in the league for 6 matches and they are coming right after Bayern in the table being only 2 points away. Frankfurt are one of the teams that are having a wonderful season and they are still at the 4th position. But they lost 5 points in their last 2 matches. And they will probably continue to lose points here. Leipzig are in a much better shape now and I think they will defeat Frankfurt too.

And the new F1 car of Ferrari, SF21 is here. I don't see any fundamental change on the look of the car and it looks nice again I think. The most important thing for them is to improve their engine and get more competitive in top places. But it still looks like they will have another problematic season. I hope they get much better as of 2022 season.

Dortmund will have a really hard job to do for keeping Haaland at the team next season. He is showing a marvelous performance and he is literally a goal machine now. So many clubs will be ready for splurge on Haaland. And Dortmund are in a really bad condition in the table. They are too far away from the championship so it may also affect Haaland's decision about whether leaving or not. If they qualify for the CL final or even win the cup, it could also be a plus for Dortmund for not losing him.

Southampton are seven points away from the relegation zone and there are ten matches left (which is 11 for them) to the end. They finally won a match last week and took a deep breath. They will try to continue a good form to be at a safer position. But here imo, they really have no chance against City. The main goal of City will be making up for the loss vs Man Utd. I think that City will be victorious with at least 2-goal difference.

It looks like you were nearly predicting the results correctly.    Both games were really great. Juventus-Porto match was more exciting as it ended after extra time even though Porto got a red card in the 54th minute. Porto's goal in the extra time was really dramatic that it helped them a lot for advancing. It was a nice free-kick goal by Sergio Oliveira and Szczesny was nearly saving it. It was really the defining moment of the match.

It was really hell of a match that Sevilla did whatever they can to make a comeback from the 2-0 score. I was expecting Dortmund to advance to the quarter final with a win here. But after Sevilla brought the score to 2-2 in the last minute, the match became very exciting as there was still a possibilty for Sevilla to stay in the match. It ended 2-2 but I think both teams deserved to eliminate the other. I really enjoyed both games of this draw.

Inter got a very lucky win to tell the truth.    They were so inadequate during the whole match and Atalanta were doing whatever they can to make use of their bad performance. Nevertheless, Inter secured the win by scoring in the first minutes of the second half. They got another very valuable points in such a tough match.

Betis-Alaves was one of the incredible matches of this week really. Alaves got very lucky in the first half that their only shots ended up with goals and Betis missed many chances. But in the second half, there was a totally different Betis when it comes to finishing and they succeeded in breaking their bad luck in the 61st minute. And in the last 10 minutes, Betis managed to score two more goals and made an unbelievable comeback. There is also no doubt that they got a totally deserved win. Betis are at the 6th place and the point difference with Villarreal (which are the 7th) went up to 5 after Villarreal also lost their match vs Valencia away.

We've left another week behind in the Bundesliga. Bayern got a solid win against Dortmund, 4-2 but they scored the last two goals in the last minutes so it may have even ended with a 2-2 draw. And of course, if Haaland wasn't out of the match early, things may have been different too, maybe. Leipzig also destroyed Freiburg away, 3-0 and they still continue to chase Bayern from 2 points behind.

Chelsea got a solid win against Everton. They were so dominant especially in the second half. Everton got only one shot on target in total. Chelsea are getting closer to Manchester Utd and Leicester step by step and there are still ten matches to be played.
West Ham sealed the deal in the first half already by scoring two goals in seven minutes. Leeds fought with everything they got in the second half but they missed too many goal chances. West Ham are one of the surprising teams of this season and they still continue strongly being at the 5th place.
