1581  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $50k? on: February 16, 2021, 08:58:53 PM
in fact, I've seen the bitcoin price hit that point a few times on preev.com. however, the price did not last long and fell in the $ 49000 range. however, I feel that the price will stabilize in the $ 50k range this week. Well, this is still speculation, but the current price is really close, and I'm pretty sure with that.

I don't know what period you mean when it comes to stabilizing at $50k, but if it does, I don't think it will be more than 2 days.
It seems that $ 50k becomes some kind of psychological barrier more than financial. Therefore, I expect the price to go up and stay longer around $55k than below $50k when it is exceeded.
1582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [Pre-sale] Sovryn - Brings DeFi to Bitcoin on: February 16, 2021, 03:30:09 PM
I am thinking of joining the Sovryn bounty campaign. So I will ask you directly, because I can see that there are many doubts.

If I have an ERC20 address created in Myetherwallet, will I receive a reward in SOV to that address, or not?
1583  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $50k? on: February 16, 2021, 03:03:12 PM
The situation is quite nervous today. I don't know how you see it, but on my end ATH at level $49791 was reached two and a half hours ago.

To be honest, at first I thought we would jump over the $50k level fairly easily, but even now I'm not sure if we'll get it today.
1584  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: February 16, 2021, 12:56:17 PM

The idea is bad if they think that buying at this time is good for long term hold, they'll experience the market crash and that might affect the way they think on the future of bitcoin once the crash will start, in here, we call that correction but since they are new, they'll call it a market crash with a worry that the market will not anymore recover.

Whether or not now is a good time to buy will depend on what level grows new ATH. If it turns out that the market collapses after ATH is at the level of $ 0- $80k, it is actually a bad time. However, if the price rises to $300k, it will all depend not on whether someone buys now, but when they sell it.
1585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming Defi projects on: February 10, 2021, 01:18:20 PM
Projects that are just DeFi itself are no longer attractive to investors. Now the project has to present something more in order to appear on the market.
I am now waiting for the Alchemy World: https://alc.cash/#/
They have mixed DeFi+NFT+FOMO liquidity Mining
I am very curious how this project will turn out.
1586  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $50k? on: February 10, 2021, 11:49:42 AM

The $40k level has been crossed at lightning speed and we are facing a $50k resistance. However, the market seems to have slowed down.

Do you think the $50k will be exceeded in the next hours or will we have to wait a loooot longer for it?
Who Knows ? and also this same question has been asked for how many times since last year when the Bull started and you know the answer , Nothing is certain.

and if People Knows this then everybody in the world had already invested in this coin?

I asked this question mainly because of the information that has recently stimulated the entire cryptocurrency market. Do you think that the information about Elon Musk's investment in Bitcoin will raise the price over $50k, or is this the end of the increases and we can expect a correction, and we will wait a few more weeks for exceeding the $50 level?
I personally believe that this is just the beginning of the increases, and the $50k should be exceeded by tomorrow at the latest.
1587  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 10, 2021, 11:06:24 AM
I think this thread has already serve its purpose, I believe it should be lock now since bitcoin has already reach $40k, let's now go to the topic on the $50k speculation as that is probably the next movement of bitcoin.

I fully agree with you! As no one has done it so far, I took the liberty of opening the $50k thread myself. Here you are:

1589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GHOUL] Poltergeist Exchange - Cryptocurrency Exchange for privacy coins! on: February 10, 2021, 10:23:37 AM

What complaints are these? Sorry, I tried to look it up myself, but I can't bear scrolling ups and ups, reading something rather mundane or questionable (like a user that made a blog post about hitbtc, and certainly has some experience in trading since he wrote a blog about an exchange, but somehow didn't know how orderbook works) to find the right topic.

About signing up with them, I guessed some people actually did, but that's just for the sake of their airdropped token.

I found information that three days ago they did AMA with a fairly popular service that prepares such things:

https://esatoshi.club/ama-satoshi-club-x-poltergeist-exchange-february-7th/

Unfortunately, I don't know where the report from this event is. I will try to look deeper..
1590  Economy / Speculation / Re: Apple is buying Bitcoin on: February 10, 2021, 09:47:07 AM
It seems that the title of the article and topic this thread is a bit misleading. After what Tesla did, many companies are wondering whether to do the same and invest in cryptocurrencies. By doing what the author of this article does, we can now write the same of about 80% of companies in the world.
1591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [GHOUL] Poltergeist Exchange - Cryptocurrency Exchange for privacy coins! on: February 10, 2021, 05:19:40 AM
The Exchange looks like a cemetery. Nothing happens.  Roll Eyes
I don't understand why they showed it to the public at all if it hadn't been tested yet.
It is possible that they wanted to show that they are not just an empty project on paper, but are doing something.
I am curious about their comment on this.
1592  Economy / Exchanges / Re: COIN AT 0.48.... KRAKEN CHARGING ME 0.50 on: February 09, 2021, 05:03:00 PM
As they wrote above, there is no exchange that would not charge any fees.
Sometimes there are some promotions or short periods in which the exchange does not charge a fee.
However, in my opinion you just missed something.
Don't worry, it's tough at the beginning, but you'll get used to it  Wink
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Bitcoin dominance falls Isn't it common for altcoins to rise? on: February 09, 2021, 04:26:41 AM
Isnt it when btc pumps/dumps the alts will follow afterwards?

It depends on how quickly the Bitcoin price changes. If Bitcoin's price is falling fast, altcoin prices are also falling fast. When Bitcoin's price rises very quickly, altcoin prices drop because people transfer their money to BTC. When the panic buy on BTC slows down, prices of altcoins catch up with it.
1594  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best way to sell in 2021 — to buy more on the bear on: February 09, 2021, 04:08:00 AM
Everyone has the right to decide what to do with their money and how to invest it, but the thought of selling now is a bit strange - at least to me. In my opinion the market looks very bullish and I don't expect it to drop below $30k in the near future. On the contrary, in my opinion, in the next few days I expect a new ATH and further increases. I wish your plan would be successful, but in my opinion the train is just leaving and it is not travel down the chart..
things that must be appreciated from you, we all will certainly have our own perceptions in taking the next step, we only need to give advice that we may know, but now it all depends on them whether they want to save or sell. because of course we cannot know someone's needs with the naked eye, maybe he is more concerned with those needs, so he decides to sell them not the other way around.

even though we know, like you said, that the journey is still far away and is starting to undergo and it is certain that there will be a sharper increase and will form renewable ATH. once again let people decide for themselves and we can only give advice because we will not be able to guess their hearts.

Throughout my post, I have tried to write only in the form of advice. I don't know where I crossed this line, but if it did, I apologize. Of course I have respect that everyone should decide for themselves - especially when it comes to money, because unfortunately it is finances that are the main goal of scammers. So we should be very carefull even witth advices.

I hope that someone liked my words (especially the person who created this thread) and decided to not selling.

I still stand by my opinion and believe that this train is not going to stop for a long time. Make yourself comfortable in your chairs and watch the green chart
1595  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Bitcoin is going cross $40k again? on: February 09, 2021, 03:57:45 AM
It looks like OP should change topic name to "When Bitcoin is going cross $50k again?". Because after Musk's investment announcement it seems that ATH above $50k is just a matter of hours ..  : Wink Cool
1596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Deleted on: February 09, 2021, 03:35:36 AM
That is why one of the popularly used terms in the Cryptocurrency community is DYOR - Do Your Own Research before investing or campaign for a project so as to avoid losing your funds to misleading people to fall into the traps set by scammers.

Actually, in this situation it is the opposite of "Do Your Own Research", because when you see that the campaign or project is launched by this manager, you can safely skip it. So far, he has an amazing 100% score in scam management.
1597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] Hashbon.com - Multi-blockchain Framework and IRM! on: February 08, 2021, 05:30:07 PM
Hello,

I just found your bounty campaign on Bitcointalk. As a reward for participants, you give your tokens (Hash). I see you've been using them since the beginning of exchange, but I haven't been able to determine their value. Is your token tradable on your exchange, or any other place?
Unfortunately links to Whitepaper and Onepager do not works..

Have you contacted the team from this project? if you want answers about this coin has no price you should join their telegram group. But I'm not sure you get an answer.

I also lose hope that anyone will bother to answer me. However, I am not sure if this answer interests me at all, as I have just read that this project did not pay out rewards to the participants of the bounty campaign in 2018. I am afraid that in such a situation, on Bitcointalk this project will not be much popular.
1598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: February 03, 2021, 12:18:40 PM
Its not really that comon for a coin to hit the market and actually recover after a hard dump from the bounty hunters, so the best thing to do is to just stay away from coins that giveaway humengous amount for bounties.

I think what you wrote is an absolute basis for avoiding such project, unless the tokens that are allocated for promotion in the ICO phase will be locked for a minimum period of several months until the project develops and attracts the attention of larger investors who will be able to stabilize the price.
1599  Economy / Speculation / Re: At long term — Could 1 sat equals 1 USD? on: February 03, 2021, 12:02:43 PM
Hi there,

What do you guys think are the chances that at long term (say 10~20 years) 1 sat could be valued 1 US dollar?
Is there any solid foundation supporting that Bitcoin price in the future?

Thanks.

Of course, there is such a possibility, I will say more, in my opinion it is very probable. However, we must remember that Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and it can be said that it is still an experiment. With such projects, there is a risk that something that we are not able to predict at the moment will happen in a few or a dozen years. I think that one of the biggest threats to the realization of the plan to achieve the price of $1 for 1 satoshi is the technological development itself, which in 10 or 20 years could bring an even better solution than Bitcoin.
1600  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best way to sell in 2021 — to buy more on the bear on: February 03, 2021, 11:47:32 AM

What makes you think the price will drop so low to 15k or 16k?

Surely, there will be a price reduction before the bigger pump but the price you are hoping for is way kinda unrealistic. The price of 20k-25k is probably fair enough. And to cash out as you aim for, be ready to leave your coin till the end of 2021 or even longer than that.

Yes, after sleeping on this for a few days and viewing how the market is moving I conclude that the 16k price was unrealistic.
I'm targeting now to somewhere in the mid-20K USD.

Everyone has the right to decide what to do with their money and how to invest it, but the thought of selling now is a bit strange - at least to me.
