I believe the market is big enough to support multiple similar projects, no need for one to be above the other. Before any marketing is taken to the limit I think that the platform should be working to its fully extent. I doubt it will be fully working before sale and if you want the sale to be successful you need a lot of marketing. I don't know these days. People are more careful when it comes to investing in just a white paper. Many scams in crypto world have embarked on people, it is understandable that investors are looking for something far more than just the WP. Not only that. Control measures like escrow needs to be in place and of course as much transparency as possible. I would add a working product and a use case to all of this.This should be minimum to consider investing in a project. Those are the essential parts of any project, aren't they? Do you remember when Charlie Lee said litecoin price could drop to about 40usd - when it was said it seems to be unimaginable, but now we know it is reality - and it seems to it is not a finish of dumps.. While bitcoin is close its bottom (however we have to be aware it could be much lower - about 3k) such decrease could cause much more decreas in altcoins prices (and LTC isn't excluded)
and I don't think any news could help - maybe for daytrading only...

It's literally every single project out there. Bitcoin and a few others have some purpose. i think right now the crypto market have its bottom right now price of bitcoin was lower the 6000$ once in this year and now stable between 6400 to 6800$. litecoin bottom was 47$. this is very cheap if you see liteoin's all time high value. Charlie Lee prediction was right and now nobody knows that what will happens in future. prices goes more down or not but it looks like crypto touches it bottom by my point of views Very cheap is very subjective. Comparing prices to the all time high is not a good strategy in my opinion for future decisions. Better to come up with some system to evaluate these things if possible. |

thats what i think too, the tokens are just proof that you own a certain percentage of the real estate that works with realtyreturns, and therefore that you deserve a certain percentage of the rental income on the other hand, if tokens will be credited %% for vledaneey, this already applies to security tokens, and with them a more serious attitude and sec checks. Still, its gonna be difficult for the team to get people to invest, people are very cautious at the moment and they dont seem to have such a big following They either have something that the people want or not. Ethereum is sitting on well established and solid marketcap which is real that's why it will maintain to keep its second position. It is not big thing to surpass in artificial pump for temporary period of time but important is to sustain the gain. This what makes difference to hold your positions billions of daily volumes is necessary which is very hard. Ethereum is stable with daily volume as well as cap that's why it makes come back easily.
The fact that Ethereum is still so far up shows that a lot of people with money have a brain. Ethereum is a real decentralized solution while others are just some fake shit. |

Many of these projects at some point switch to fiat options anyway and then just abandon all the crypto payment options because they suck. |
