861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: June 05, 2023, 04:13:27 PM
Yep reportedly Newcastle will target several new players in the transfer window obviously they want to prove that they deserve to compete in the top 4 Premier League and even the Champions League, Eddie Howe wants to strengthen in the defense Kieran Tierney is one of their targets besides that the attacker is also a concern rumors Joao Félix may be on their target list it's just that this will not be easy because Atletico Madrid set a high price but yeh anything can happen because Newcastle has a considerable fund.

Does anybody know whether there are still allegations against Manchester City for violating financial fair play rules? This could be important for those other clubs like Newcastle, too. When they want to make their investment decisions, they should know what to expect from the relevant authorities in this matter. But whether Manchester City, which is now the flagship of the Premier League, gets really penalized is unlikely.

But for the future they should slowly but surely come up with rules that everybody has to either stick to or not and it should be the same across leagues. When they apply sanctions in Italy but they don't in other leagues, the whole FFP chaos will never lead to more fairness, but only to more tricks being applied to find loopholes in the system. Newcastle could be the next one to be under constant investigation.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: June 04, 2023, 09:54:22 PM
It's really a shame, this is really one of those sad stories that really tell the dark side of sports betting and gambling in general, I could not help it, but had tears rolling down my cheek while reading this story..

Another future father, a future millionaire maybe, young 22 year old boy with a promising future lost to suicide after losing his school fees, and that of his friend to sport betting due to gambling addiction..

We are in the 21st century, until when before people realize that suicide does not put an end to problem, but rather create more for those living??

This is really a sad story though, ya all can read it on https://punchng.com/how-ogun-student-committed-suicide-after-losing-school-fees-to-sports-betting/?utm_source=telegram&utm_medium=social

I hope we all as gamblers learn a thing or two from this, and go back and look at our gambling life and see if there is a thing or two that needs to be adjusted..
I pray non of us, and any of our relative shall ever be a victim of such a sad story 😢😢.

When I read articles like this or the summary of yours, I immediately think that there could well have been much more to that suicide than "only" those losses on sports gambling. If this true or partially true, the next step by the media would be to find one catchy reason that they focus on and then spread the story as far as they can. I am not generally doubting that this happened. It probably did. But when one of us would gamble away the tuition fee of ourselves and that of a friend, I am not sure how many would really pull the trigger and kill themselves immediately.

It is possible that sports gambling was one problem of a chain of negative events that this young guy had gone through. I don't know what your thoughts on this are but you can think for yourself whether you would kill yourself when life is actually alright but you fuck up and lose money for yourself and a friend in the amount of a tuition fee.
863  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does the world still see Bitcoin as a scam, or is it just a lack of interest? on: June 04, 2023, 09:28:41 PM
This question has been raised several times, and I have noticed that some people conclude that the lack of adoption is due to people not understanding Bitcoin or seeing it as a scam.
But I don't think the world still views Bitcoin as a bad thing today, though I know a lot of you thought that, but it is not the case.

I feel the reason for the low rate of adoption is just because people think it's not for them. Bitcoin has been around for over a decade, and any thought that most people would have had about it being a scam must have faded by now.

But at the same time, if you look at it, Bitcoin is a risky business; if you invest money, there are two possibilities: it will either yield profits or losses. Many people today are not fans of investment, not to mention buying assets that heavily fluctuate in price. They would choose to save money earned from hard work, and a few might invest in low-risk markets, even though inflation is still eating them up.

So it would be hard for them to consider holding Bitcoin to use it daily.
Nevertheless, the community is still growing bigger 💗, and people's interest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency keeps growing.

Most people still see BTC as a scam for an obvious reason: they simply don't need it. Cryptocurrencies are interesting for certain groups of people, since there are no possibilities to use it as an everyday payment method, at least now. Nearly nothing can be bought nor sold via BTC without fiat transfers.

You forget that it wasn't the people who needed Bitcoin the most who mostly advanced the Bitcoin ecosystem. It was very likely mostly the people who needed it the least.

The whole OP title is misleading because asking whether "the world" still sees Bitcoin as a scam implies that the world in its entirety ever saw Bitcoin as a scam. That's not true. I have never seen Bitcoin as a scam. I have seen scammers using Bitcoin, but that is quite normal. I have heard there are thieves escaping with a bike, but that doesn't make the bike a scam. I believe that most people don't care, some people think it's a scam, some people hold it, some people truly embrace it and few people advance the industry.

It significantly depends on the peoples' experience as well and what their sources of information are. If they talk to someone they know, the impression could be positive unless that someone got ripped off in an alt coin ponzi scheme and says Bitcoin is to blame, which happens quite often. Or people believe it is a scam because an exchange got hacked and that is dominating the news, claiming that Bitcoin is the problem.

Many different issues that would and could have to be discussed in detail in order to derive reasonable conclusions what "the world" right now thinks of Bitcoin. An aggregated, well analyzed broader public opinion requires a lot of work.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of those players that I am interested in knowing what he will be doing next. Such a unique career and I am sure he has received an offer with a lot of money as well from another league. But he is this guy who would also be able to decide that this is it. If his home base is in Sweden maybe he is even thinking about going back to Sweden and play there for a last season.
Currently, news from Zlatan still has a condition where he is still quite excited to be on the Serie A stage. Today's latest news is Monza which will be Zlatan's next destination. Actually I still feel that he is someone who should retire soon but indeed in this case it seems he doesn't want to leave too early as a professional career

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 41 years old and will be 42 years old next season. This age is considered a limit even for goalkeepers. He has a career that is truly admirable. Also, he suffered a lot of injuries but was able to come back stronger each time. He definitely has a career that every footballer would want to live. However, it is not very realistic for him to continue playing football in the top leagues and top teams. Instead, he should play football in easier leagues and enrich his career statistically.

The thing is that it is not up to you or me whether he still keeps trying. It is whether he still wants to and whether there is a club that would be wiling to provide him a contract. From your point of view enough is enough and I think I really agree with that. He isn't 35, neither 38 when it could still be possible to score a goal from time to time or get some minutes as a joker. But the whole body is more prone to both chronicle injuries, but also to traumatic injuries to all body parts that are involved. The tendons, the bones and so on and so forth. If he now wants to go for a comeback and it ends badly for him, I doubt that in hindsight he would ever say it was worth it. 41 years is amazing in and of itself and Zlatan certainly doesn't need another game to prove anyone wrong or right.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: June 04, 2023, 08:45:20 PM
This is just my stupid analysis huh. Maybe at this time all the best coaches in Italy, including Ancelotti, more or less definitely give support or input to Simone Inzaghi. Because of course for the good name of Italian football. Moreover, Ancelotti, whose team was eliminated by Man City, of course, has been able to learn from where their mistake lies.

Plus all the Inter legends in 2010 will pump up the Inter squad's enthusiasm for how to perform optimally, go all out and not be daunted at all by the strength of Man City. Sometimes, giving enthusiasm and motivation can beat anyone even if it's the 'Man City Giant'.

Whereas Man City, who is currently everyone's favorite for them, of course that will actually be dangerous for them. Because they felt they had the upper hand, it seemed as if they didn't have to work hard to dampen Inter. Man City is much easier to learn playing style by Inter. Because so far Man City is very flashy and dominant.

It's as if they already have a role model in every game. And that invites all curiosity as to how to stop them. But on the other hand, Man City was confused to read Inter's game. Due to the inconsistency of Inter's play, it was confusing for Man City to guess where Inter's match was, which was their best game to be used as a reference by Pep in dampening Inter's game. It could be, Pep has guessed and guessed, suddenly in the final Inter will appear far from what Pep expected. Moreover, this is the Final, Simone Inzaghi will definitely work hard to find out how to tame Man City's game.

I would agree that some of the Italian icons might try to pump up the the squad's enthusiasm, but I doubt that any coach would reach out to Inzaghi in order to tell him what to do and how to play against Manchester City. It doesn't make sense because all those other coaches aren't as close wit the players as Inzaghi is right now. They don't have the detailed insights they need to make the right decisions. If Inzaghi reaches out to them with a specific question, that's a different story.

I also think that the Inter Milan squad doesn't need any phone calls or messages to know who of the people is supporting them with all their heart. Being in the final against this team is motivation enough and many of them won't be there again ever in their lives. It is all about this one night and everyone of them knows that they either go more than the possible maximum or it won't be enough. They can't have a better and more exciting challenge than that ever.
866  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Your Kids Aware Of Bitcoin? Teach Them. on: June 03, 2023, 03:10:31 PM
Let's ignore everything and just focus on teaching investing, teaching children to be rich from a young age, and when they grow up, they will be as rich as we expected.

Sounds like you do not even understand bitcoin, so how are you going to teach about it?

It seems to me that bitcoin has already touched upon all aspects of life, and has potential and likelihood to continue to become more embedded in various aspects of life.  Therefore, bitcoin is hardly ONLY about getting rich and investing, even though surely it can be considered from basic (and first principles) as important topic in which anyone (everyone) can profit from investing time, energies and finances into it.. which includes learning about various aspects of it.. even the basics in regards to recognizing the name (bitcoin) and understanding that it is a recently invented (discovered) paradigm-shifting phenomena (still seeming to be in its quite earliest of stages) that allows all people to interact/communicate and store value in ways that had not been previously possible.

For sure, the youngest of kids seem to have more difficulties engaging in abstract thinking beyond the physical.. but as they get older, they should become more and more capable in terms of communicating and understanding various kinds of way that there are kinds of value (including information) that have various non-physical components that have real important economic, social impacts on people - even if they might not be directly interacting with those information systems.. culture, religion and social interaction guidelines tend to be included in the kinds of non-physical subject matters that kids have learned about throughout the ages.. and it surely seems that bitcoin has become part of that informational space, whether you understand it or not.. whether you accept it or not, and whether you attempt to expose your kids to those ideas or not.

I couldn't agree more and I would be bold enough to say that it doesn't only seem like it. Bitcoin is touching upon more areas than we can probably think of right now. Let alone the long-term effects it can have on various aspects of society. To believe that teaching about Bitcoin as a gamble only is equal to teaching about how to become rich is clearly disrespectful towards the technology.

At times I wonder how many of the many developments taking place within the ecosystem (and how it expands) Satoshi Nakamoto himself was able to anticipate. Did he think that one day Bitcoin might revolutionize the energy markets or support the distribution of energy grids in areas where it is usually not worth the risk to build power plants? In rural areas where infrastructure is missing to distribute electricity, it is now a viable option to invest because if nobody buys the energy for some time (or not all of it), it could be dedicated to mining.

I believe these are amazing concepts and it is not the only and last one. I am sure there is much more to come and that is actually what I talk about when people ask me about Bitcoin. Sure, they also ask me whether they can still become rich. But a good answer is that if they listened to what Bitcoin could actually be able to incentivize and facilitate, they could make their own educated guess after doing some more studying.
867  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price is always affected by world market news, why ??? on: June 03, 2023, 02:54:14 PM
I have been in the market since 2018. The paradox I find is
The market is always changing according to world news. It has nothing to do with bitcoin
For a small investor like me, this is undesirable
I want to ask experienced investors?? How can you capture this potential market?

If not news, what else should affect the market? Not all news are true or false to the same degree, but there are usually reasons for news to exist (too sad that this even applies to fake news these days). I think there is some irrationality involved in your thinking. Based on what do you make your buying or selling decisions if you are not an insider in a market or asset class that you hold? In a perfect world news reflect the supposedly underlying actions of market agents. In terms of Bitcoin that can be a ban in some country or a hack of an exchange or some really bad regulation. How would you find out about it if not fron the news?

No Schwartzman is not having a great season this year. It was easy enough for
Tsitsipas 2-6, 2-6 & 3-6. He plays Ofner, the guy who killed my bet on Fognini
today and Korda earlier in the week, does he pose a real threat to Tsitsipas?

Djokovic - I think his popularity has waned a bit iver the last few years, hitting a
line judge at the US Open in 2020, then the messing around with the COVID vaccine
didnt win him much brownie points.

I wouldn't even be too harsh with him myself about the COVID vaccine story although I never really fully understood him, but that was his choice and he had to bear the consequences. A problem is when he touches upon highly controversial political topics. When he says that everyone is entitled to their opinion, he is right, but he can share it "privately" on one of his own social media channels and not get a shitstorm going intentionally. But by now I think I have learned that he is this kind of guy who needs it. Even to that is some truth when people say that hate makes them stronger. But Federer and Nadal are the 180°s opposite. Which I think is good as you don't want too many Djokovic-like characters and this is not by any means meant to discredit his achievements as a tennis player. I want to see him against Alcaraz. Alcaraz has a 4-0 head to head lead against Tsitsipas, who would be his opponent next, and a 1-0 lead agains Djokovic who would be his opponent in the semifinal. That would finally be one of those tennis thrillers again that would keep me watching for five hours straight.

Leao as reported he has agreed to a new contract extension with ac milan where Leao will stay with ac milan until June 2028. Thus it is over if the rumors about Leao will leave in this summer's transfer window. Some AC Milan players may be released in this summer's transfer window and some even become free agents like Ibrahimovic.

For ibrahimovic, he still hasn't decided to retire because he is still able to play and it could be that the ultimate goal is to find an easier league.

I thought that Leao has long agreed to a contract extension? I thought he agreed while those Champions League games against Inter Milan have been played? I think he signed the extension of the contract right after the first game took pace or at least he announced an agreement.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of those players that I am interested in knowing what he will be doing next. Such a unique career and I am sure he has received an offer with a lot of money as well from another league. But he is this guy who would also be able to decide that this is it. Maguire is still the club captain; he hasn't been playing as much as usual, but the captaincy hasn't been taken away from him. Unfortunately for him, he is constantly making silly avoidable mistakes, the pressure is always on him every time he plays, the fans have lost faith in him, and he is always out there trying to prove a point, and the more mistakes he makes, he needs to move to a club where he can rebuild his confidence, where the coach and fans will give him a fair chance. Maguire's time at Manchester United has come to an end, and I would be surprised if he does not go this summer. He is clearly not in the coach's plans for the upcoming season.

OK I didn't really pay attention whether he still was the captain, but isn't that kind of inconsequential by ten Haag? If it is obviously over for him and ten Haag has crossed him off the list in his mind already, why would you let him remain the captain until the season ends and also for so long? He could have made the cut and given someone else the chance? I am asking this because has ten Haag expressed his final decision already or is there still a chance for Maguire?
The problem is as you described. Once you are the focus of attention when mistakes happen, you can almost do nothing against it. Even when you are 20 meters away from the situation, everyone will say that the problem was that you were 20 meters away. That's why a new start somewhere else could be the best decision.
871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 02, 2023, 09:14:01 PM
At this moment Novak is playing against Alejandro and it seems that without many surprises Novak is winning and could end the game with victory, something that is expected to happen even before the game started, he was already coming to this game as the Big favorite so I hope he wins the game. also in a few minutes we will have the game of Stefanos Tsitsipas against Diego Sebastián Schwartzman, in this game also the favorite which is Tsitsipas is also being seen as a likely winner, with odds of @1.10 in favor of Tsitsipas I don't see any surprises in this game , so in my opinion Tsitsipas will come out of this game with victory

then we will have the game of Carlos Alcaraz against Denis Shapovalov, also in this game the favorite that Carlos Alcaraz has a very low odd, something like @1.04 honestly is very low against Denis Shapovalov's @12.00, I wonder if anyone will have the courage to bet on Denis Shapovalov to win this game, Denis Shapovalov occupies the number 32 position and has been a player who doesn't focus much on the games, this is visible because of his behavior during the games, while the one who currently occupies the number 1 is one of the big favorites to win this tournament, in my opinion we won't see any surprises in this game, Alcaraz will win the game

Tsitsipas played an easy game because Schwartzman was disappointing. Except for a few moments when Schwartzman demonstrated his quality, he failed to play even average tennis most of the time. If it wasn't for Tsitsipas who had some series of unforced errors I think in the second and the third set, it would have been over even faster than that. Tsitsipas was of course the favorite in this game, but I did expect Schwartzman to be a bit harder to beat.

Djokovic is going toe-to-toe with essentially everyone on and off the court! He is fully into politics and doesn't hold back with his opinion even though it is not allowed. The stadium booed at him because he also provoked the crowd and his opponent kind of when he cheered about his second set win in an unusually happy way. Even though he is going to be the best in terms of Grand Slam titles won, he has never been the most popular at all. Not that it is necessary, but he likes to be hated and he shows it.

Yeah, a real thriller this one. Level of tennis showed by both players was simply unbelievable! Both players showed some ridiculous skill even after 5 hours of play. It's the 5th longest match in history of RG! Altmaier wanted this win so badly he even cried after the match. As to the Italian, I believe he ran out of energy and his muscles started to let him down.

Zverev v Molcan about to finish now, good opportunity for Sascha to end this in three.

When I see games like that I am sometimes a bit jealous that I have never made it to that level of sports. How sweet must that win feel against Sinner? It is what these sportsmen are living for and you don't want to beat Sinner in three sets, you want to beat him in 5 sets in exactly this manner. Hats off to that one and I read that he cried, which is quite a plausible emotion after that match... When he lost the third set 6-1 I guess that must have been tough to thin about the fourth and the remaining chances, but fighting back in another tie break and then breaking Sinner in the fifth like that deserves a lot of credit. This wasn't a bad Sinner losing the game, which it is very often that the favorite plays bad, but this was a win for an strong Altmeier.
874  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 01, 2023, 09:09:27 PM
Yes he is out of place especially when Erik Ten Hag has new defenders and is playing better than him, Varane and Martinez. Now that the season is over and the summer transfer market is in sight, I believe Erik Ten Hag has plans to solidify Manchester United's defense by bringing in another defender. And when that happens if Harry Maguire is still at Old Trafford and can't improve his form, I doubt he will get many minutes.
And now we'll see what Manchester United will do, will they keep this player. But I hope Manchester United don't get him on the line-up, it's for their own good and for Harry Maguire himself.

Do I remember it correctly that he was even the captain for Manchester United for a while? I think he was and I also think he showed a lot of great games in the beginning when he was consistent and not making so many mistakes. He cost so much money for a defender and since he played every single game after his arrival in 2019 for quite a while, it is hard to understand why he is literally in a free fall right now. When a mistake happens and he plays, it is usually him even though I have to say that sometimes he was just unlucky. In a few situations he wasn't really at fault, but he was involved too often. The last time it was painful was against Sevilla. He should perhaps try a last time elsewhere since he is 30 now or try to fight his way back into the MU team.

Seeing Inter Milan play in the last few matches in Serie A strengthens me that they will be able to provide tough resistance in the final match later. Now, in this option, the two Inter Milan players on the front lines found a sizeable change in their performance, none other than the duel between Lukaku and Martinez. These two players are to be reckoned with as their prowess in the finish leaves people in awe of what they have done.

This season's champions league final is indeed very interesting because inter milan is not featured will be able to step into the champions league final but they are able to prove their strength and hope they can achieve their dream of winning the ucl trophy.

The biggest challenges can evoke the best performances. Inter Milan is well aware that this is likely the hardest and most important game they will have played in a very long time. What is harder than facing Manchester City in a Champions League final?  Roll Eyes As you said they did their job in the Serie A despite feeling the pressure every day and despite playing in all three competitions at the most intense maximum. It's good if you play in a final and can qualify for the Champions League that way, but what if it doesn't work out and you are left with empty hands because you stop delivering in the domestic league? They have done it in all three competitions, won the Coppa, qualified for the Champions League already and can now still play the final with the highest motivation you can have as a player. It will be a serious highlight of this season.

Lukaku and Martinez showed their best form in the last few matches, I'm sure Inzaghi will prefer to use these duo-strikers in the final UCL. Martinez could score quite consistently during this season, while Lukaku finds his good form again recently. Inzaghi has 2 productive strikers and they are in good form toward the final round. This is a good sign for Inter, they probably will play more confidently against Man City.

I even think that Inter can make a faster goal if Man City is ready for a surprise made by Inter. If Man City is too focused on attacking since the early match, they probably lose focus on their defense. It will be a chance for Inter strikers to steal goals, a counter-attack strategy will be a very good option to deal with Man City offensive style.

Martinez was very efficient recently and did a great job for quite some time now. He is the striker you want to be in a great condition and who can score this one goal that you need to make it very hard for Manchester City.

On the level that both of these teams are it is possible that anyone scores an early goal. Everyone has their opinion as to who is more likely to score early and I have my opinion, too, but I wouldn't rule out that it could also be Inter. However, Inter won't be pressing as hard for an early goal as Manchester City.

In the beginning I was wishing for a different final, but the closer it comes the more it gets me excited and I believe it will be fascinating.

Suddenly, there is high demand of players from Arab countries, seems they want the attention of the Europe or simply want to move the attention of the football back to their region where the world will be watching Ronaldo, Messi and Benzema with Arabic accross every part of the continent and also push arabian companies through ads, but I think it will lose the fun of the usual England and Spain that people prefer.

The offers this clubs are pushing to English and Spain are tempting and uncomparable but I just feel as a popular player, ones they live for those clubs, their carreer will start deteriorating, I think Benzema should think deeply before making moves for that offer.

Benzema is at an age now where it is reasonable to deal with different ways you can choose from. He is not playing for another 5 or 6 years and still win titles all the time. I might be wrong, but he is a player who is coming from the bench then. He has achieved it all, has his title as the best player in the world and now he has the opportunity to accept a contract that pays so much money that it is even hard to believe. I know that Ronaldo gets more and Messi would get even more than Benzema, but if he comes to the conclusion that this is a good career ending with that salary after having achieved so much as a player, why not do it?

Well, its just common sense but we know that not all would really be having those actual realizations on which they would really be believing on whats into their mind which is something that people should really be avoiding on doing so because this would really be creating that bad and wrong impression and mindset towards gambling. This isnt something that could be considered as a source of income because we know that
when it comes to risks then this one goes up to the roof.Only fools would really be believing on such condition but there are actually people who do make a living but of course we are speaking about here
on those poker gamers and to those who are really good on sports betting too or any other card game which it is really that having that strategic ways of approach.

You would really be chasing up your losses if you arent really that good on having that self control or simply with having that moderation towards your gambling habits or activities which it would really be something
a must thing to be done.

In every single discussion we have about this the fine line remains between pleasure, unhealthy behavior and horrible addiction. Pleasure is a good argument and it also implies a healthy approach as nobody would call it a pleasure when they are actually losing serious money - unless they can afford it, but that would still not really feel very pleasurable.

The so called pros are rarely successful forever and those times also have drastically changed in poker as well. When someone takes money that they can afford to lose and play some rounds on the weekends or whenever they want, that's cool. But calling it a steady source of income at any point is problematic because of the word "income".

If you play a large poker tournament and you win big prize money, does that mean it is steady income? No you could get lucky and win a huge jackpot that allows you to live without working for 10 years, but it is still not steady income.

It is funny when you see those casino streamers and they pretend to be earning all the time. Let me ask them then why don't they stop streaming and only play the casino Cheesy Because their casino gaming is no steady income ever. Their streaming is when they have a big number of followers.

Sevilla have very good experience and record in the Europa, they have a really experienced goalkeeper and a striker that can score. Roma are not playing with five defenders but just three, even though the midfielders will be dropping back deep, Sevilla can play wide and make the Roma defenders leave space behind for them to play into. The two teams will be playing with full intentions to win so they can get a qualification for the champions league.  The stadium is full with supporters, this game will be certainly interesting.

The intention to win is obvious. Nobody plays a final just for the sake of playing it. If you play it, you want to win it. The first few minutes are interesting as both had their first corner and Roma had a first shot, but as expected Sevilla has the ball possession. Though Roma doesn't care about that.

Finally Mou decided to let Dybala play. I think this is the right decision and perhaps also the perfect moment to give him a chance to be part of the starting team. But when it is true that he has fitness problems, it could be a danger that he can't go the whole game, which can then turn into a disadvantage.

Im not willing to take the risk in this game. Dortmund is surely trying to go all in the last match against mainz. I think that i shall remind you that if dortmund won in the previous meeting against mainz. Im sure that edin knew so well what was the weakness point from mainz.
Since this match will be determining the winner of bundesliga and im sure that edin will be using all of its power to win against mainz.
If we look at normal time odds it seems too small for Dortmund and it won't be able to generate enough money if we bet using 1x2 odds. For other options, such as over goal results starting at 2.75 with odds @1.25 and in my opinion that is still too small unless we dare to take over 3.25 with new odds @1.44 it is quite worth what we are betting.

But the -1.75 handicap betting option with @1.55 odds for Dortmund's win looks good too and we seem to be given a lot of options that are quite risky if we want to get more decent odds. My prediction is that Dortmund will score more than 2 goals in this match and to ensure victory they have to be ahead by 3 goals from Mainz, otherwise Mainz can catch up. But I still hope that Dortmund will win in the last match to determine the league title this season.

The odds on this one aren't worth it. The bookmakers are sure about the outcome and you would have to be willing to select some crazy bets in order to get a decent win on this game. Over 4 goals gives you odds quite far below 2. More than 4 goals is not even unrealistic, but it would still be an outlier and is definitely not the norm to see 5 goals no matter how important this game is. I have had a look at all the betting options across different providers and there is really nothing that struck me as being worth a bet.
