161  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: December 02, 2013, 12:13:14 AM
Correct. Usually Cognitive can solo mine consistently enough to make sizable payouts, but it was an unlucky few weeks and I have changed the pool strategy accordingly.
How about providing the payout address for Cognitive in order to prove your claims?

And maybe address my f*cking issues with the PT??
162  Economy / Securities / Re: AUCTION - 1000 BitcoinBourse shares on: November 30, 2013, 12:03:52 AM
First of all I'm really sorry for your loss. The shares aren't even 0.03 BTC worth (you can see here why). With some insight into the dividends it looks even worse.

If you really want to try to sell them, try the auctions section (since this is an auction..?).

Btw your text states November 4, you may want to correct that.
163  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: November 29, 2013, 11:51:46 PM
Are my concerns not to be addressed?
He seems to absolutely ignore problems/concerns.
164  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: November 29, 2013, 01:56:15 PM
I'm still missing my PT shares in addition to the dividends since 9/15.

I'll add negative trust until this is resolved.
165  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Moving Forward/Resolution Process on: November 29, 2013, 12:42:15 AM
1-Ukyo gambled all the funds on failed stocks

As posted on another thread, to my knowledge this is not the case.

I don't know precisely how Neo will be helping Ukyo but I certainly can't see it being based on selling stock today on Havelock. I think that'd be possible to spot and would make no sense; there's also virtually no liquidity.

Neo's price is hurting because of the Bitcoin price. Neo's actual operation is going great guns but dividends aren't payable for quite some time.

What is your role in NeoBee and bitfunder?
He's just a general Ukyo/BitFunder fanboi.
166  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] (HIF) Havelock Investments Fund on: November 28, 2013, 04:38:01 PM
great start to the IPO on havelock.

HIF last trade ฿0.00015100 - down nearly 80%

It wasn't the best ipo but price of last trade has risen to .0005  today
Havelock used their funds from the IPO to buy everything below IPO share price?
167  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: November 28, 2013, 04:22:12 PM
Migo, when you decided go through the law process, please add me together with you ,I got personally 200K USD in his hand...
We should set him a reasonable deadline and consider legal actions if he does not comply.
168  Economy / Securities / Re: Starting a new FPGA mining farm/contract! Cognitive Resurrected on[Havelock] on: November 28, 2013, 02:49:33 PM
and get the cogf1 and f2 online asap!!
And transfer the freaking PT shares. You've already profited enough from plumeting LTC prices.
169  Economy / Securities / Re: This is the story of your loss. on: November 27, 2013, 05:18:55 PM
There are only 4 stocks on your stupid exchange. And most of the volume (50%) comes from your own stock. Charging 30BTC to register is just sad.
170  Economy / Securities / Re: [Weexchange issue] The fall of Ukyo III - Updates and references on: November 26, 2013, 11:25:46 PM
it looks Ukyo is active and in better mood

<Ukyo> I hope it has a win+/win+
I'd only say that if I actually increased the amount of bitcoins.
171  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] (HIF) Havelock Investments Fund on: November 26, 2013, 03:40:52 PM
(HIF) Open Market Orders will begin November 27th, 2013 @ 12 PM EST
So given that the IPO failed and they're going with it any way, it's save to say, it's a scam. If it were legit, they'd try another IPO at a more realistic evaluation.

What will happen with the remaining shares?
172  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] (HIF) Havelock Investments Fund on: November 26, 2013, 01:59:37 PM
So while the IPO was successful, Havelock was posting actively. Now that they failed, you don't see a word from them, just from potential sock-puppets.

Why is there no clear information on what will happen now? Are they trying to find some loophole to just call it successful and move on?
173  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - ADDICTION - KNCMiner - Now hashing at 14+TH! on: November 26, 2013, 11:07:39 AM
Just saying, can we pay via Paypal for the upcoming gb?
You're kidding?
174  Economy / Securities / Re: Invest in Bitcoin Bourse System shares! on: November 25, 2013, 11:50:00 PM
That's just hilarious.

hm well, but you talking now about current exchange rates at first, we launch IPO 1.10.2013 there is a exchange rate at about 80 USD

As we sell already shares to investors i will not change any prices as the prices are in bitcoin and not as you calculate now in USD or euro.

Than talking to the page is ugly in your eyes, it can be is momently not the best design but the base functions are here and a redesign will be done if we have time, we are not searching price of best websdesign, we are simple a bitcoin exchanger. Anyway i not like the green of bitstamp too, but who cares if the site do what have to do.

About current volume, yes is maybe not at the moment as we expect in prospectus, but this will change soon.

You talking about bitcoin.de and about inferior business model do you know what bitcoin.de does and what not? do you know why Fidor bank buy Bitcoin.de? Do you think about what you talking for?

Do you think all the millions investors spend to all the US startups ( mostly of them not exists yet and are only in prelaunch or any other phases ) are worth of? Investing in Businessplans and nice designs? Oh my god do you kidding me?

Ridiculous is only one here and it's not me nor Bitcoin Bourse!

@pascal257

176  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] - KENILWORTH - Real World Mining Opportunity with Bitcoins on: November 25, 2013, 11:37:05 PM
Everything is moving along nicely.
And what does that mean? When will the asset be listed on Havelock?
177  Economy / Securities / Re: Invest in Bitcoin Bourse System shares! on: November 25, 2013, 11:06:10 PM
explain why ridiculous
With great pleasure.

Let's start off with your IPO itself. With 10k shares @BTC.1 and 40k (90k) shares @BTC.15 you're evaluating your company at BTC7,000 respectively BTC14,500 if counting privately held shares (available for sell after period of time).
At current exchange rates thats roughly $5,600,000 / $11,600,000.

Now least take a look at your page. It's not that ugly that I want to scratch my eyes out, but it wouldn't win any design awards either. I'd say you can get a student to build this within a week for generous $1,000. Let's say you have some funky code behind your site (although you're actually only handling bitcoin, but I come to that in a bit). Let's hire a professional programmer for $200/hour (although he'd tell you, that you shouldn't build a site which aims for a volume of BTC100k/week in PHP, but that's another story). Let him work for 2 whole weeks, so @ 40 hours per week, that's 80 hours or $16,000 for the trading system. Total cost including extreme super high performance hosting let's say $20,000. That's 0,35% (0,17%) of your IPO.

Onto your prospectus. Let's start off by asking what your current volume is. You stated that your trading system started in October. Given that you want to hit BTC1,000/week in let's say 2 months (early 2014). You should be at BTC250/week right now. In summer 2014 you want to hit BTC10,000/week, which will result in an ROI of about 1 year. Estimating very optimistically (let's say summer begins in may) that's a current ROI of 18 months.

Given my previous points and that your business model is inferior to other exchanges (buyer needs to transfer money directly to the seller (bitcoin.de does the same and you can do some research on why that's inferior)) and that you're blatantly advertising 0 fees (in fact you're paying an insane 2% fee for what is an escrow service), this IPO smells like scam or you're just delusional or highly incompetent.

So I can only repeat myself:
Another ridiculous IPO

Edit: Forgot to mention another flaw. With a payout of 0,001% per share for all your income (your fees) at 100k shares, that's 100% of your income. How are you going to pay your bills?

Edit 2: It goes on. There's so much BS to cover here. You state that 17k shares are still available. But you're still advertising the early bird price. That doesn't make sense. Shouldn't the early bird shares be sold by now?
Also you state on your website that you'll provide weekly reports. Although you claim your site is already running for almost 2 months and that you sold most of your IPO, I can't find any reports. Why's that?
