Oh, no, you say you refund investors again? I remember you said stratis will be launch 100% even if your target is not met. He did say they would refund if the project didnt move forward. Not they would refund if the target isnt met. didnt move forward= money lacks, so they can claim they refund us if they lack money(1000 BTC not met) I think these 2 sentences mean same. But the main issue here is that we dont know what they need to move forward. At one point they said 1000 BTC, they have also stated that they will move forward with the project if they dont get 1000 BTC and that they have enough to pay the devs. So we dont really know. If the minimum amount needed isnt 1000 BTC, both statements could be true. That's why that guy "limbaugh" mocked him, PR doesn't keep the same promise.  I think this unprofessional action may impact investors' decisions. Of course, it should impact investors decisions. A little critical thinking can save your hard earned BTC. Hopefully, any potential investors will take the time to research and not blindly throw money at this or any ICO. |

And the fact is Krushang mislead investors for weeks on the false premise that BTC would be returned if a certain level was not reached. And a certain level must be reached for a successful launch but has decided to just keep the ICO funds anyway. Minus the secret projects of course. So you might be OK with deceptive fundraising techniques. But I prefer not to see the dishonest prosper. This is not FUD, it is all documented. Just so the new folks know what they are dealing with.
