So is this a good Stock to get into right now?

If you like train wrecks.
1002  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO-cancelled] BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 14, 2013, 08:34:23 PM
So are we going to let this bite the dust? Yes, we probably are all happy to even see all of our BTCs returned but what happened stinks. That story seems to be like they didnt even try to make a good excuse. And what, you didnt think that was an option before you raised 36k Bitcoins ? And how were these bitcoins just sitting somewhere in wallet just like that doing nothing for 2 weeks when there was all the fuzz about how fast you need to raise this IPO to begin with all your plans?
As I see it (from the talk about how you are continuing with your plans just without IPO money) there could easily be some big private investor and you just cut people from IPO as it would be easier and probably benefits you more. And that probably is some sort of breach contract therefore OP should be wearing SCAMMER TAG.

If you have concrete proof of what you claim actually happened, then he should. Otherwise no.

They had a contingency plan but chose not to use it. He doesn't deserve a scammer tag.
1003  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 14, 2013, 07:36:33 PM
Investors want the big pop of early investment in Labcoin vs. johnny come lately returns at ASICminer where the big early gains have already occurred. If they had wanted a mature stock they would have invested in ASICminer instead of BTCgarden to start with.

What makes you think people can afford ASICminer?

ASICminer is almost 4BTC a share so at this point share price can't go up much more.
The whole point is to get in early while shares are cheap. People who want to sell their entire positions give us cheaper shares.

4 BTC isn't that much money.  Most people that should be investing can swing that, if you can't you should really rethink what you're doing.

So I just should take my 2 BTC and go home?
1004  Economy / Securities / Re: ActiveMining Overview and Speculation Thread on: August 14, 2013, 06:35:05 PM
Any ideas for why Labcoin appears to be taking so much of the free BTCGarden coins? Cheaper share price?

Neither are good choices  but LC doesn't have the preorder overhead that ActM has which will be its demise.

You're awfully active in the Labcoin and ActM threads to be of that mindset.

What's the play then?

Heck if I know, BTCGARDEN was our best chance for a shot at the hashrate title. But I think there is no way ActM is going to pull off a development, mining, and retail operation as a startup.

Exactly, I wouldn't touch this Italian owned "train wreck in the making" with a 10 foot pole, I'm not yet convinced this is a not a scam. IMHO after btcgarden has gone private, the only other trustworthy asic mining operation IPO is MYMINER from the people at bter.com.

MYMINER is at the mercy of chip suppliers which has been unreliable at best. My money is on a self sufficient mining operation which unfortunately leaves LC as the only option.

Someone just loaded up on LC. Insider info?

Nice work Sherlock.

Better pull your low bids, they are going to fill...
1010  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 13, 2013, 06:43:30 PM
btcgarden is gone. Is labcoin the next to go?

After the swede finishes dumping his shares he will give his update.  Tongue

If you think the Swede didn't dump his shares at a 3x profit like the rest of us you are nuts.

This one never had a chance, but BTCGARDEN hinted at a move of operations and another IPO. So there is hope.

Bitcoin as a whole is full of people who can't get out of their own way.

So true, and when they realize they invested in an abandoned project the price will plummet.

seems to be the opposite of what you're saying.

What was that?
1013  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 13, 2013, 06:28:46 PM
I mean the website, not securities....

the website down.。。。 not good.....

I have traced labcoin.com also 178.79.173.51 and it's in England Brockworth

It's not look like a company , it's look like someone's home........

and....... i don't know... how to trust that "labcoin" and TheSwede75
since i got no answer for anything  ...

To be fair that's just where the website is hosted, apparently on someone's PC. Frankly at this point you need balls of steel to hold this one and maybe a little retardation.

did anyone know why the labcoin.com is down?
You expect an answer from Labcoin? They appear to be long gone.
1015  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO-cancelled] BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 13, 2013, 07:05:21 AM

Again, sry for wasting your time and trust.

But in an environment that even google&youtube are illegal,to ensure the safety of our staffs( i.e.your coins)is indeed a priority.

Oh don't listen to him. You would find plenty of support if you find a safer place to setup shop and still wish to include the community.

It goes to show that even though BTC Garden lost a bunch of funds on this project, they were willing to put investors first above their own interests.

This is really a shame as they were most likely the only public company with the ability to take a shot at the hash rate title.
1018  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 12, 2013, 04:37:35 AM
Wow, 1 Chinese guy pushed you around a bit and that's all it took!
I would hate to see you dealing with REAL battles with actual competition..
maybe it's a good thing that you're out, seeing as how you can't handle a little heat in a high stress environment  Cheesy
better now than later

Why not just set up shop somewhere else with the quickness and resume business as usual? Maybe they determined the funding wasn't needed.
1019  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 12, 2013, 04:29:10 AM

I bought shares above the IPO price and was holding during the insane dumping, because I believed BTCGARDEN would do well in the future and now I only get payed back the IPO price?  Angry

I would be thankful if you even get the IPO price returned. Good luck!
1020  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 12, 2013, 04:10:40 AM
Thanks for giving our Bitcoins back at least.  Will certainly be investing if you ever put out an IPO again.

You think you are getting your BTC back? Lol
