You seem to have lived under a big concrete slab of ignorance Hippy Tech  In films: you see people in films sleeping on beds with Fait Currency, you see people blowing their noses with Fait Currency, you see people stuffing Fait Currency down their underpants, you see people wiping their bums with Fait Currency after a sh*t, you see people burning Fait Currency, etc. There is nothing rare in Fait Currencies and this kind of stuff is OK. For example: if a rich UK citizen gathered up £50 billion (Fait Currency) and set fire to it would not be any problem at all for the UK government. One quick phone call by the Prime Minister to the Bank of England and another £50 billion would be manufactured up to replace it. However, if a rich person gathered up £50 billion of Gold or Silver and dropped it into the Mariana Trench - no country could replace it. It is rare and cannot be replaced when it is lost in place that no-one can reach. Or, if a rich person bought 30 million STARTcoins and dropped the only wallet on a USB drive into the Mariana Trench - no-one could replace it. StartJOIN is the best place to find out whats happening with StartCOIN. Thanks. Just trying to get me head around the coin (accidental bag holder  )... so are you saying that startJOIN is driving the price of the coin whenever a project ends? Speculation is driving the price at the moment. I don't think StartCOIN can maintain any significant gains until the ATM, PoS, and mobile wallet is ready. There are big things happening, we just aren't there yet. When the TREWs supporters and Keisers' followers can obtain StartCOIN easily, things will really start rolling. And remember, StartCOIN is yet to see it's first anniversary. I think the future is very bright. |

First time i have heard of block halving what block does it happen?
Not sure about what block but it will happen after one year as stated in the OP and startcoin website. Block reward halving every 12 monthsWe have a few months before that happens. |

the thing with StartCoin is 50% pre-mined I was part of the first bump and I can tell you StartCoin team sold many many coins when it reached 50k and I see the same trend all over again. StartCoin only has 25% in the market and those holding it will always pay the for the extra new coins. Btw I don't own Maxcoin!

This coin moves on delivery, so you will not find those typical pump & dump behaviours here. no pump and dump? every coin is pump and dump, look at the whole startcoin chart pls, pump and dump already has been done, this is just another round and who knows how high it can get, last time was 60k. This is not correct. Max has not ramped up his hype train other than his normal 'buy Startcoin' tweets since this rise started over a month ago. Anyone that has followed Max for sometime can see that. I think it is less of a gamble than it was at 4k as we now have the Russell Brand endorsement and his followers are starting to get on board to support his projects on StartJOIN. Next up, accepting Startcoin at the Trew Era Cafe. So yea, things are certainly progressing quickly. I'm in, baaaaa. |

These aren't jaded Bitcointalk users, they are genuinely new to crypto, and their first coin is Startcoin so they can donate to projects. On top of that they get rewarded for holding Startcoin on site and pledging. He also offered equity in the StartJOIN platform so the user base has a stake in its success. Talk about brand loyalty.
