The South Korean Justice Ministry has backpedaled somewhat on its proposal to brazenly shut down all domestic cryptocurrency exchanges following a public statement by the country’s Presidential Office. Earlier today, South Korea’s Ministry of Justice organized a press conference wherein Justice Minister Park Seng-ki spoke of drawing up legislation to shutter local crypto exchanges in the country. The move would effectively halt trading of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin in the Korean market which resembled “gambling and speculation,” Park said in his briefing. The official’s remarks have seen a backlash from everyday citizens petitioning – some 71,000 signatures and counting – against the proposed ban to such an extent that Korea’s Presidential office, through its chief press secretary, moved to issue a statement stressing that the proposed ban was “not a finalized decision.” The Justice’s Ministry’s proposed ban hasn’t found support from within the government either. “We do not share the same views as the Ministry of Justice on a potential cryptocurrency exchange ban,” read an official statement from the government’s Ministry of Strategy and Finance.https://www.ccn.com/koreas-justice-ministry-softens-crypto-exchange-ban-proposal-after-backlash/A welcome development. I think S. Korea will not take the wrong step and ban cryptocurrency trading, seing that Japan their bigger neighbour and economic pacesetter in that block has a positive attitude towards cryptocurrency generally. The S. Korean authorities are probably concerned about the high exchange rates of cryptos in S.Korea, which of cause is higher there due to the unfavorable forex and fiscal policies of the goverment which extremely limits the amount of money Koreans can invest or take abroad. The consequence of that policy is that cryptos that enters the S. Korean market are exchanged at much higher rates than in other markets because Koreans apparently have a high demand for cryptos as it provides other means of taking more money abroad. That potents economic loss in a way and the worry of the authoriies in Seoul.

Have this in mind. Cryptocurrency investing is not a solidiarity walk. It is strictly business. Plxcoin is dead, so don't sit here to try resurrecting it. If you fell for their con like me and invested much just come to the acceptance that you lost, leave plx behind and match on. That's my advice.

I don't think he will be cleared because this project is proving to be more of a scam. The team isn't responding to support mails. Such arrogance you can see. The best we can expect is that SEC orders them to refund investorsfund.
That would be great, but if that were to happen, how long do you suppose it could take? Weeks? Months? Years? I guess with the government, the latter is probably more likely. :/ Yea. 1yr, 2yrs maybe. That's a hell of a long time to wait... But if someone were willing to put even a few bucks in now and take the risk, it could pay off like crazy later. That being said, I'd consider it like investing in an obvious ponzi scheme. Maybe you see a return return, or just lose your money outright... I'm sure there are some gamblers looking to take the risk. I won't risk a dime on PLX as it is. Not with such awful support team. That is if they have any. |

I was pleased to read that the project is delivering and sharing the revenue with the token holders. Very few are the tasks set on the roadmap and deadlines are quite spread over time, but the they are massive. When is the ICO deadline? I better get a few more coins before it gets sold out.

I think it will not be totally correct to take the most recent rise in the price of sone cryptocoions to mean that more people are joining the crypto world. While that may be true we must have also noticed that while many altcoins soared in the past few days bitcoin hovered lower between 12k to 14k usd within the same period from a fall from a high 20k. I therefore think that the push factor for the recent price gains by some altcoins has to do with panic investments into other coins by some bitcoin holders fearing further dips in btc price, after it dropped sharply. Notice that most of the gainer altcoins are either stagnated or dropping value since bitcoin began an upward climb.

(UPDATE: It seems that both their Android and iPhone app is totally different, written from scratch, and they don't have a web app yet... so no access from Windows PC) Sphere is a clone of our project, Social.
