Can you send me a screenshot of that error? Post it here? For the life of me I cannot recreate the issue.

Just wanted to write that the issue I wrote about earlier (mistakenly taken JPC from AllCrypt) has been resolved and the person who we were working with returned the missing coins. They asked to remain anonymous, so we will respect that, but it's refreshing to see someone who accidentally came into a large sum of JPC do the right thing and return them.
The part where I posted about catching them in a lie appears to have been a misunderstanding in our communication.
End of the day: The coins have been returned, all has been righted, and the JPC community once again shows itself to be an outstanding group of individuals.

plus ive used the wallet many many times and its the fastest one out there. the guy who created this coin has an IQ of 140+++
I will say - running my site, I see a lot of shitcoins. JPC is by far the fastest and most reliable one I've seen yet. The transfers are damn near instant. I do love that in a coin.

But, I can state that we've had a bunch of failed login attempts lately. Other than that one report though, nothing stolen (that we've been made aware of. If you lose coins and don't tell us - we have no way to know)
Do you have it set up so that account owners are emailed upon failed login attempts? I know there are some other exchanges that have this feature. If it turns out that it was someone else trying to break into their accounts then such an email may prompt them to change their password to something, hopefully, more secure. Allcrypt has a MASSIVE number of OPTIONAL security features. You'd be stunned how many people do not use them. Email alerts on FAILED logins - we do not have however. We will add it if people want it - but we decided against it. Because if there are failed logins - there's one of two situations: Either they don't know the password, and it doesn't matter, or they are brute forcing it, and you're going to get 10,000 emails. And brute force rarely works unless you're a massive tool and have a really bad password. But if it's something people want, we can add it.

Jackpotcoin Mining Pool Hubhttp://jackpotcoin.miningpoolhub.comThere was a connectivity issue few hours ago for about 2~3 hours. Some miners would have not mined time to time on Jackpotcoin pool. To compensate, we will lower the fee to 0% for 28 hours till June 17th 1 AM UTC. Sorry for inconvenience. Hey MPH, you might want to check your security just to be safe. I'm pretty sure I have not used the password that I have there on any other site and I have no balance there at the moment, but someone was also trying to log into my account on mintpal from Tor. I guess it has happened to a few people but I don't know if they are all just sloppy with passwords and security or if somebody got them from a pool. Just being cautious. Your pool might be fine, but it's the only one I'm on with that registration email so I wanted to let you know in case something is going on. We had a few attempted logins on AllCrypt.com as well. We had someone, last week, report stolen JPC, but we couldn't validate the claim - they had never made a withdrawal before, and every login was from a different IP address. There was literally no way to know if it was legitimately stolen, or if it was a friend/roommate, or if it was them withdrawing and then hoping to scam us by claiming theft. But, I can state that we've had a bunch of failed login attempts lately. Other than that one report though, nothing stolen (that we've been made aware of. If you lose coins and don't tell us - we have no way to know)

jpc going down 0.0000000001 again
i see at 40 still, it may go down 1 or 2. thats not a big deal 36 on AllCrypt.com I'm waiting a little longer before I buy I completely missed the boat. I obviously saw it from the beginning... 1-3 satoshi for a long while... then a skyrocket to 10.. I played a little between 10 and 14... then bailed out making a little over .2 BTC. Then it hit 56. Then I hit myself Even exchange owners don't have any special powers when it comes to knowing where something is going ;0

We are welcome to hear any and all feedback. You can submit a support ticket on the site or send an email to contact # allcrypt , c0m (trying to keep the spambots from grabbing that)
Thanks
I moved from your exchange to Bittrex due to lack of price and orders auto-update. And I like current price in the page title on Bittrex. Price and orders update? As in on the page itself? We have that... are you using Firefox?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. An exchange is a place to trade a coin. 99.5% of all trades (in my experience) are simple limit orders. That means the overwhelming majority of people make the most simple of all trades.
All exchanges support that type of trade.
So - at the end of the day - since all exchanges support the type of trade that (hyperbole-ly speaking) "everyone" uses - there is functionally no difference in what exchange your coin is traded on.
For a few days, JPC was 50+ BTC daily volume on allcrypt. Today, it's at 32 on bittrex. Allcrypt obviously cod handle the volume.
So, other than exposure, why does JPC need to be on mintp? A site that functionally offers nothing more than other exchanges do for the vast majority of all traders.
Yes, it has higher volume. Allcrypt had that higher volume until people decided to move to bittrex - why? Because it's "better"? Why? Not volume - allcrypt HAD the volume until the JPC traders decided to do business elsewhere.
My point is twofold.
First - an exchange is what YOU make of it. Allcrypt's volume is low because people left for the "better" exchange at first chance. Allcrypt has the biZare problem of "we are small, because we are small". Bittrex is bigger, solely because they are bigger. Which is a psychological thing. It's like shopping at Walmart, even though the customer service is horrific and you wait in line for 40 minutes because 27 unused registers sit dark, to save about 5% over what you'd pay at Target, getting a sometimes inferior product, and wasting a huge amount of time in line.
Second - a question. WHY is Allcrypt small? Why, although we have the speed, and features, and customer service that rivals the other guys - why are we the "stepping stone" before a coin gets on a "real" exchange? That's an honest question, because we've had meetings about it and cannot for the life of us figure it out. We are the ONLY exchange active in the community forums of the coins we support, we are faster, we are more innovative, we are more responsive - yet - we cannot seem to come close to getting the volume the big guys have. We HAD it with JPC - until bittrex added it and boom - mass exodus. You guys - the JPC community - killed the volume on allcrypt.
I understand the UI isn't the best. A major overhaul is coming. Maybe that's it. Maybe the site just isn't pretty enough. I don't know. None of us understand how we are functionally better in almost every aspect, yet still lose out to the "big guys".
I guess it's like BETA vs VHS. Betamax was the better format. VHS won.
Just trying to understand the mentality behind it. That's all.
I personally started allcrypt because I wanted a better exchange. I wanted a site with the features everyone wanted. I thought we delivered. Yet - we are still treading water.
We are welcome to hear any and all feedback. You can submit a support ticket on the site or send an email to contact # allcrypt , c0m (trying to keep the spambots from grabbing that)

So we just upgraded and are only seeing 6821 blocks - is that right?
Will the old addresses work?
I'm completely baffled why there are less blocks...?

If everyone that wanted this volume just actually USED AllCrypt.com - AllCrypt.com WOULD have that volume. We were 50+ BTC in volume for a few days.
The site itself is just the medium. You guys are what make it happen. Not trading because you're waiting for the WalMart of exchanges to list it just makes the better exchanges not thrive. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
Build the footing now. Just a thought.
That's the snake biting its own tail. People want volume but don't make the effort to build it when they have the possibility. Anyway, you made a smart move when you added JPC before anyone else. Thats what gets me. AllCrypt.com has more features and better speed than Bittrex and MintPal, but we're smaller because people flock to the big guys. Yes, the site's ugly. We liked it when it launched and now we're reworking the look. The LOOK, however, has nothing to do with functionality. Craigslist is the ugliest, most plain looking site ever, and it's the #1 worldwide classified site. We considered a craigslist-like site when we were building AllCrypt but decided that looking like we spent money on design would inspire more confidence. Regardless, we're doing final testing of shorting, margin trading, and liquidity offering/interest on BTC deposits, and have a new UI in the works. Hoping that helps convince the masses Still though, 11 BTC daily JPC volume isnt bad. Still the top performing coin by leaps and bounds. Just miss the days of 50+ BTC volume. (And for anyone doing the math... 11 BTC volume per day, plus all the other coins, say thats a total of 13 BTC. 13 x 30 = 390 BTC volume a month. Times .39% for total trade fees (.195% on sales and buys, not counting the current 50% off on JPC) is a whopping 1.52 BTC a month. That doesn't even cover the bills. We're not here making a killing - we're here because we love crypto and want to offer a better option)
