161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My greatest crypto regret on: August 30, 2019, 07:57:35 AM
My greatest crypto regret was when a friend wanted to give me 6btc in 2010 and i told him this 'you are just wasting your time with all this useless internet things' and even the guy wasnt sure if what is holding will worth it in future so the guy replied 'it costs me nothing' ,after few months i stop seeing the guy again even till date,i thinks he is not in my city anymore, what is your greatest crypto regret?

That is actually a typical regret that almost everyone in cryptocurrency have.
We will never know about the future my friend. Even if there are some new coins which will be mooning in the future,
i don't think we will buy and keep holding that coin because we never know which one will be moon.
could other altcoin or other crypto have a future similar to bitcoin story? so we can buy another altcoin and expect have the same movement and not be disappointed for the second time?
I also feel the disappointment, because I joined bitcoin when prices were still very cheap too, when many people were still demeaning bitcoin. I was wrong not to buy as much as possible, and not to save it for the future Sad
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: August 30, 2019, 06:59:34 AM
The most safest and fastest way how to buy cryptocurrencies is a way when you buy crypto with creditcard. Because international bank transfers are so slow and expensive (many intermediary banks). Or you can buy crypto in a crypto ATM but these ATM are avaiable only in some countries.

That is true using international credit card is easy and fastest way to buy cryptocurrencies,
But I suggest search what wallet available in your location(local wallet) and learn it legality to avoid lose or stealing your money.
Yeah right, especially credit cards can be used anywhere such as visa and master cards can certainly be used in many countries and without a long time wait, your money will be instantly credited to your account in exchange site and you can buy crypto after that. if you don't have a credit card, and only have a bank account. so I suggest buying on a local exchange site, because they usually have a similar bank account.

You think 2 out of Ajax, Valencia and LOSC will advance before Chelsea?

And Barcelona not to overcome Dortmund and Inter?
yes and yes.

Oh boy, can't wait to see what the Messi fanboys are gonna say on social media  Grin
There will be many haters who protest with the results of the best players. Many haters said that Van dijk did not deserve to get the title, starting from the reasons, bad perfomance in national team, not get EPL champion, and so on. But in my opinion, indeed the appearance of Van dijk was not perfect last season, but only Van dijk was the most appropriate compared to the others player last season. Win Champions league, Super Europe, is proof of that.
164  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which do you think is better, buy at tokensale or buy at public exchange? on: August 29, 2019, 01:03:11 PM
I think you can buy coins at a tokensale, if the token is offered by a reputed organization. We know that many ICO's are scams from which we cannot get any benefit. I feel it is better to buy a coin at reputed exchanges like Binance, Coinswitch etc. It is up to you which one do you choose. Before choosing any option, it is always good to do some research on that and buy later.
If you are afraid of an existing scam possibility on ICO investments then buy coins that are already on the exchange site, it will eliminate the risk of existing scams. You only need to research on the development of that coin in the market, and it's not complicated to research teams, innovations, and other things like you doing when invest in an ICO project
165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: August 29, 2019, 01:01:03 PM
Champions League group stage draw pots

We could get some very strong groups, it will be interesting. Especially  if Dinamo Zagreb and Red Star Belgrade end up in the same group, those 2 clubs have  very interesting history, to say the least, and those would be high risk games.

Draw will be made today at 18:00 CET.
Interesting, besides the two historic teams, there are other things that are more interesting to me, because there will be 2 big teams that will be in one group. Look at Real Madrid and Athletico in pot 2, they will definitely meet the another big teams also in the same group. I can't wait for that, if Liverpool can meet again to Real Madrid, it will be revenge mission for Liverpool.
166  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't complain for too long. on: August 29, 2019, 12:52:45 PM
Complaining is the most useless thing. That's not going to change anything. Prices will never go down indefinitely, so do not worry about it. In addition, constant complaints can have a negative impact on beginners who do not know how to trade, because they can make rash acts.
But I think complaining is a natural thing right? because we are disappointed with the results, but prolonged complaints are a bad idea. it will have a negative effect on you and what you will do after that. Complain for short period of time, self-introspection for what you did wrong and fix it, make a strategy so that you do not lose at the same thing, it is much better
167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: August 29, 2019, 12:48:39 PM
Anyway, next match against Burnley. Away match but I predict we are going to win by 2+ goals margin. To be precised I would say 3 -1 win for Liverpool.
I also feel it will be a 3-1 or 4-1. Burnley have some stubborn chap in the forward position who can provide them atleast a goal, Ashley Barnes, He has score 4 goals in the last 3 games and doesn't seem likely to stop soon. Liverpool Centre backs will have to be extra alert on him.
Liverpool have a good trend the last few match, of course winning is the main goal to strengthen their position at the top of the table.
choosing Liverpool to win does have a small odds, choosing -0.5 goals for liverpool is not a bad idea Smiley
168  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who Else is Expecting the Ultimate Rise of Bitcoin? on: August 29, 2019, 12:40:51 PM
The ultimate rise will come after the halving, it may take up to 18 months post halving but it will come. I hope you’re all holding coins ready for the rise.

I'm sure that expectation will be high for the halving but don't be surprised that price might start increasing even before this year runs out. I just saw price below $10,000 now while it was $10,200 few hours ago. Bitcoin is highly unpredictable coin.
It's not a new thing anymore, volatility is part of this industry so who knows what can happen after, there's people who's calling for a big bull to comes up anticipating that it can happen even before the halving comes, if there's more good news to show up before next year's halving then the possibilities that  it can happen and brings the momentum high for higher value will be experience.
From that fluctuation we realize that fluctuations make price changes unpredictable and can fly and move anywhere. High expectations are not a matter in this case, when you see fluctuations have started to attack the market. especially if the fluctuations have moved because of positive news and trends, we will see the high prices happen.
169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: August 29, 2019, 12:24:57 PM
People like to chase the big jackpots that a lottery provides even though the odds are a lot lower overall compared to blackjack.  Also many lotteries are used to fund government programs like the public education system.
The high pays that is in lottery make many gambler to be in love with the their platform, their olds are far better than that of the bet especially that of the soccer bet. Have been involved in the national lottery but have not be able to win from my bet, but when the luck comes, the money always come in volume.
I do not think that gamblers have a small chance in lotttery, you right who dare to spend their biggest capital who will have a greater chance of winning. that's what make some big players love, because they have the chance to eat the little fish that play in that game
170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market will be recovery current year 2019? on: August 29, 2019, 12:15:48 PM
Today there are a lot of forecasts regarding Bitcoin for the near future, but analysts at Digital Asset Research, a cryptocurrency market research company, have made a more categorical statement that Bitcoin will skyrocket to $ 50,000 and this is primarily due to a decrease in mining rewards.
You mean this year? I would disagree with that, it seems unrealistic from where we are sitting right now.

If there's a positive effect this year, I believe price will only reach at least $20,000 and make a new ATH, maybe next year that $50, 000 is possible, but until we see a new ATH, I will not be too confident on the exact year, bitcoin will have its bull run at the right time, what is just easy now is to determine the buying period and I still think it's good to buy now if we haven't accumulate yet when btc was still below $10,000.
For this year, I think so. the price is still stable at $10k, it's impossible to go up that high in a very short time, then for what reason can the price go up that high? means the new ATH will happen this year? I dont think so. the most likely thing to happen is the highest price that will occur is around $15k
171  Economy / Economics / Re: What are some not so obvious things that damage a country's economy? on: August 29, 2019, 12:00:16 PM
Things that damage the economy indirectly.

For example I feel that fast food and an unhealthy lifestyle leads chronic health problems that probably affects the economy not just monetarily.

Of course we can't just deny these people care, just promote a healthier lifestyle.

What are other things that we can change that will affect the economy in a positive way?

fake news, biased news and news that push a certain propaganda etc... it can cause division to the citizen, can affect certain company
and may lose investors and other stuff. theses things can affect the economy. the effects may not be big but it is still able to affect the economy
in a bad way.
Agree, you know why a country's economy is deteriorating, currency rates are falling and there are many other problems. one of them is because of the country's political problems, the many divisions, propaganda and other internal problems in that country. look at some Asian countries that have horizontal problems, or vertical problems between the government and the people. it will make investors hesitate to enter the country so that the country's economy is weak
172  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: August 29, 2019, 11:39:39 AM
No, bitcoin is the exact opposite of the principles on the basis of which the government of each state works. Bitcoin is not only unprofitable for governments; in fact, it is hostile to them. However, blockchain technology itself is very useful to governments. Stable coins, especially those created by themselves, can also be of great benefit to them. A decentralized cryptocurrency can benefit the state economy if it walks in society along with national currencies.
Exactly!I don't know where they do get the idea that Bitcoin might be created by Government? They wont make things that would oppose into their own system of governance.

They are just creating their own poison on that case.So its impossible to think for them to be the creator of a coin which is anonymous and decentralized.
Lol its funny, how could the government make a system that is outside the authority of the government itself? the government wants to control all their people's finances, then they make the system decentralized? that is a funny thought. Many governments even ban crypto? how could crypto be made by the government? lol
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the ICO dead? on: August 29, 2019, 10:05:57 AM
It doesn't mean that most of the ico became an instruments by the scammer, ICO will going to die of course not!
there are still good ico out there, we just need to become wise in choosing before we invest as an investor or join join
before we get in to the projects. Though, in every ico project there is always risk involved that's why it needs to be smart
as a bounty hunters or capitalist.
Agree, just because some ICO are scams, don't generalize that all ico is a scam. I do not deny that many ico become scams, but that does not mean the ICO business will die. this business will continue to survive and remain exist, even though many have become scams. if you are afraid to try this investment, then learn which ones are potential and have a future for growth. I believe that ICO investments are still profitable, all you have to do is be good at analysis.
174  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How profit from Bitcoin will be taxed in India? on: August 29, 2019, 05:02:58 AM
Really depends on how you have earned that Bitcoin and since India is the country we are talking about the only possible tax they will have is through capital gains since we all know there is an official ban on cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment in their country, it cannot even be sent p2p as no one can declare it as their income legally. Aside from your trading history you have online my advice is you also back it up on the books so you have another offline copy in case you need to show both to the authorities.
To apply taxes on bitcoin income is not as easy as imagined. with financial records/offline copy will not be enough because it will be prone to forgery. the tax for income in bitcoin is indeed very charming to be applied in various countries because its profitable. but a system for collecting taxes from bitcoin does not yet exist.
175  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: crypto banned? on: August 29, 2019, 04:41:46 AM
Government bans cryptocurrencies for following reasons :-

1. They are afraid of the power it's giving people
2. People are using it for illegal activities and government is not able to control it
3. They want to bring their own cryptocurrencies
4. People are hiding behind it to save them from paying taxes

Etc...

Whatever they are doing , they are just making it more likely that people will use more underhanded methods to use it.
More reason behind that for sure and maybe those big companies are also controlling the government and influence the decision of the government to ban bitcoin and other cryptocurrency especially the BANKS.

They can't stop this market anymore, many countries make this legal and they are good enough to influence the whole world in the future.
That statement has become commonplace in my country, rules are bought by people who have big money, in order to smooth out their interests. Bribery cases have become commonplace in politics and government. Could it be that the rules of the ban were made because of the request of a certain company, because they felt threatened their business because of bitcoin?
176  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Now the Perfect Time to Buy Bitcoin? on: August 28, 2019, 12:03:33 PM
Currently can not decide, whether this will be a good time to buy Bitcoin. According to my observations that Bitcoin prices are seen to decline again. And I will wait for the Bitcoin price to decline again and at that time I will soon buy Bitcoin.

In 2020 I think Bitcoin will be back pumping, although it is also very difficult to predict. However, I am sure if next year will be a year for Bitcoin and Altcoin.
What makes you predict that prices will go down? at the moment the price is still stable and there is no any confirmed news that will
make the price fall. As far as I know, the demand is actually rising because halving will come next year.
177  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Becoming Financially Free With Bitcoin on: August 28, 2019, 11:51:52 AM
Go with your maximum goal with is x10 because that goal is realistic.
At the current price of $10,000, bitcoin just need to rise to $100,000 in order for you to achieve your goal, if BTC continues to grow and we will see some great adoption, I think in less than 5 years, you will already achieve your goal.

You have created an impressive plan, you are not exposing much of your income in BTC so I know you can wait if it will take longer before it will be realize.
Everyone has their own plan to achieve financial free, holding is one way, but for bitcoin itself achieving such high goals is difficult. unless you try it with altcoin. 5x profit is possible even in a short time, Try these methods repeatedly, in a consistent profit then you can get financial free if you are patient and tenacious
178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what way bitcoin gets increased usage? on: August 28, 2019, 11:43:17 AM
why not all of the above?
bitcoin is growing in all fronts and all of them contribute to its adoption and the increased usage of it not just one. maybe in some fronts the usage is going to be more (like online payments that require more privacy such as paying for VPN subscription) but others still exist and contribute.
Indeed, bitcoin is widely used in all aspect but the use of bitcoin is more dominant on investment only. although basically the use of bitcoin is for currency and payment methods. but bitcoin is more famous as investment and commodity only. maybe it's about the adoption of merchants that are still limited so that the use of bitcoin is more inclined or increased to investment.
179  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 76% of dark market using Bitcoin on: August 28, 2019, 02:47:36 AM
I doubt those data are accurate, other research shows Bitcoin have lower "dominance" on darknet. Privacy-focused cryptocurrency and altcoin such as LTC gain popularity.

See https://go.recordedfuture.com/hubfs/reports/cta-2018-0208.pdf

I don't think privacy coins are suffering from problems, but it's more so that not many are willing to accept them with how it becomes more difficult to convert them back to actual dollars.

But they always could exchange it with Bitcoin (and use mixer if needed) before convert BTC to USD to circumstance the problem.
I think so, there isn't just bitcoin which is the main center of use for the dark market. Moreover, the focus of bitcoin is not on privacy and anonymous transactions, there are many other altcoins that are far more anonymous that focus on the privacy of its users.

For mixer itself, it is more likely to be used for money laundering, not for darkmarket transactions.
180  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: With Bitcoin, a future is not clear on: August 28, 2019, 02:34:59 AM
After researching the news sources, I decided to pledge my land and houses worth $ 40000. I use it to buy 4 Bitcoin
I will rent a small apartment with my family
I'm happy now
I believe that the BTC will increase to $ 20k next year.
I am truly amazed by your courage to buy 4 Bitcoin and hope that the price of BTC will rise high in next year. we will not know what will happen in the future and cannot predict the price of Bitcoin, in my opinion it is very high risk and hopefully you are lucky can to get a big profit in next year if Bitcoin prices can to reach $ 20K. if I have a lot of money like you I would also do the same thing.
it's the bravest choice I've ever heard, and it's also the dumbest choice you might choose. bitcoin investment is risky, many people said you have to invest with the amount you can afford to lose and you have just invested with all your wealth? if you lose, then not only you that feel the loss but also your family? Have you considered the risk carefully dude?
