501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Traditional Payment Processors on: June 07, 2019, 08:12:40 AM
In my understanding bitcoin is much better from the traditional payment processors because it's not only a payment system. First and foremost it's a decentralized store of value. It may not be able to process as many transactions as traditional processors but they depend on fiat money and fiat money can inflate and be gone. Bitcoin allows you to do much more.
fiat money has inflation, while bitcoin has fluctuations, I think it's an equal risk. traditional payments such as cash cannot be compared to the payment of a sophisticated future such as bitcoin, because in terms of innovation, technology and so on bitcoin will win, but for adoption and acceptance, bitcoin is still less attractive. traditional payment in some aspects is more widely used because of acceptance problems
502  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: June 06, 2019, 05:07:15 PM
The government and the banks won't allow the system of digital currencies to rule the world. Even if digital assets are more efficient, low cost and more secure, they won't allow it to happen simply because they have no control over it. And in the future for sure, cryptocurrencies like bitcoin will be the most effective form of doing financial transactions.
Banks really disagree with the existence of bitcoin. they consider this to be their competitor because of the blockchain that makes every transparent transaction able to create a new system that is more trusted.
Implementation is almost certain that each country will be different because not all countries can accept it as a legal payment instrument or even no recognition. although crypto is actually easier to use. because regulations are still not comprehensive, there are still difficulties in their implementation, so there will still be some obstacles.
I don't think bitcoin is easier to use during the adoption process and regulations have not been made for bitcoin. as long as there is no regulation and the ban is still everywhere, the use of crypto will certainly not be as easy as using fiat, bitcoin will not become the leading currency if the legalization of bitcoin has not occurred
503  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happen to bitcoin in india on: June 06, 2019, 04:56:26 PM
What will happen to bitcoin in india. whether it is legal or not.

I really don't know if is now legal or if people from India use it. But last year there was some news saying bitcoin is restricted on India. You are in India now and can't use or buy bitcoin?
According to several sites on the internet, India indeed still ban the use of bitcoin. but we know that the government will not conduct raids for bitcoin users in their countries, it will be difficult to track and cant get strong evidence anyway. actually we need direct comments from bitcoin users from india about this, to get more clear answer
504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto market getting many new people. Is it good or bad for us? on: June 06, 2019, 04:22:31 AM
The more new people involved in the crypto market, the better. Today, almost everyone has somehow heard about cryptocurrency, but very few of these people really use it in everyday life.

More people will open a lot of great things in crypto. the more people the more merchants will accept bitcoin, which means make the use of crypto more maximal, the more popular and of course prices will also increase, there is no negative effect from the growth of users
505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: June 06, 2019, 04:03:29 AM
That's Filipino even our parents we can bonding to thw gambling like playing bingo.  In my country when the family bored they playing gambling which is the Bingo and all the players will be relatives and the bet only is a little and for those person who win they will trear the family that's the bonding of the Filipino citizens. Sometimes my family go to the Casino and we play as bonding too.

I heard that in some countries in Asian, you could play gambling with your parents. If I am not mistaken, some people like to play mahjong because it could be played for every people, including to play with our parents. But I don't know how to play that game because it's a Chinese card. But in another country in Asian, playing gambling with parents can feel embarrassed because not all parents will allow their kids to play gambling with them.
It depends on how the parent allow their children to play with them, but as long as there's a restriction from them I think their son or daughters would not be confident to do it together with them. Well there's some practices of other people that their parents allowed them, because they're lack of proper guidance specially those with broken families and it could rarely going to happen.
Gambling with parents is not a bad thing to enjoy and learn. It teaches both parents and kids how to behave when it comes to mathematics and funds in between. In many cases, there is a lack of confidence in kids and cannot deal with many scenarios because they have   not been exposed to the sought of experience in their early childhood especially when it comes to learning about probabilities. Learning in the field becomes too easy when kids have these experiences.
Even in my opinion the loss you get it won't make you regret to play gamble with your family, I often gamble like poker, playstation, or soccer betting with my family and even though I lose it doesn't matter, because of the happiness I get it more important, if you want to have fun in gambling, then you can play gambling with your family
506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: HOW I BECAME A GAMBLER on: June 06, 2019, 03:28:28 AM
Gambler is a choice if you choose to be a gambler then you will be.
gambling is hard to resist.when you tried to won then it will follow again and again.anything that involve money is a gambling if you bet for a money you is a gambler.
I don't think it's always like that, many people want to gamble just to spend their free time, not want to be fixed gambler, but only
temporarily, but many of them become addicts not because of their choice but because of their instincts and habits.
507  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC hit $11,500 in June 2019? on: June 06, 2019, 01:34:16 AM
June is right now so it means there is a chance we should see 11.5k this month. ... So what do you think? Will it go up or will it go down this month?
For now we more have to fear we dont fall towards the 8k bar.  Looking back much can happen in a month but 11k or more will be a battle.
so far, there has been no significant price development from bitcoin. yes, the price is still at $ 8k. if there are major developments, I think the potential will only be at a price of $ 9k, and it's already very good if it reaches $ 10k.
Even the current price still falls again and is under $8k now. but I am not doubtful about the price that might touch $11k in the next few days, which I believe is that prices fell because prices had touched $9k earlier and down because many people were selling, but I'm sure prices will rise again!
508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you get your daily overview of the market?? on: June 06, 2019, 01:13:57 AM
My routine is to learn from different sources every day.  I don't always look at the same sources. I love exploring new sites and new analysis tools but there is a very nice site that I constantly look at and learn from, but website language is Turkish, because I'm Turkish Smiley
Yeah because there are many sites that give a full picture of the market. I don't see in exchanges, because exchanges only describe the market situation in their exchanges only, such as volume and price increases. I usually see in coinmarketcaps at the beginning of the day, see price movements, marketcaps, number of supplies, and see cointelegrap to find out the latest news in crypto, and after that I start the analysis.
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Bull run bring about the resurrection of ICOs and dead Altcoins? on: June 05, 2019, 11:01:30 AM
Hello forum members, this question of "Can bull run or bull market bring about the resurrection of good ICOs and also help some good altcoins that are almost dead gain their ground and run their project smoothly?"

How feasible is my reasoning? Kindly shed more lights. Thanks
Many people think that when a bull run occurs the entire crypto market will rise. it's a wrong statement, most coins do go up but not all altcoins will go up, especially dead altcoin, they don't have volume even most of them have been delisted from many exchange. only altcoins have active dev, communities that still exist, and potential who will rise in the bull run
510  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What if the bull run started and ended in one night? on: June 05, 2019, 10:50:23 AM
I know it is basically impossible but what if, while you slept the bull run commenced and the price of Bitcoin climbs to $50k and then goes back to $3k just as you wake up. Then you see the charts for confirmation of what went down while you slumbered. What will you do by then? I want to hear your thoughts on this.  Grin
Its cannot call bull run if the increase price only happen in just 1 night. and it is impossible if the price rises very high then falls again very in the same price, first the price rises several fold will not occur in a short time unless there is massive adoption and massive purchases by all users which means its impossible, because there will always be people who sell to profit. skyrocket price will occur but not for a short time
511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the day trading profitable ? on: June 05, 2019, 08:57:51 AM
Day trading is very profitable but it is very risky to do so and very stressful because you are over watching the market price 24 hours a day just to monitor the price of the coins that you had. I think OP you are luck of knowledge to handle the day trading you must have deep research first before you go in the battle of trading. Trading is not an easy especially if you don't have experienced it might be a loss you fund.
True, the best in day trading is you can see the market price and you have a timing if when to sell. But if you want to have a good profit just have a best strategy when it comes in day trading, and its an easiest way to earn easily profit that it dont need to wait for a long time.
Indeed its very profitable but very stressful when you miss the opportunity to sell because you holds too long, stressful because the price predictions are different from your expectations, prices don't go up after you buy. daytrading have big risk you need a lot of time allocation to analyze the market, monitor in all day, you have to be ready  in mind and yourself in trade
512  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I hate Banks and love Bitcoin :-> on: June 05, 2019, 08:51:44 AM
We all have our own reason why we love crypto and hated banks ,
For me I love crypto because I could use it easily I could create account without hassle unlike in banks we need to complete some few requirements in order to create a bank account.
And bank theft is also one of the big reason why I hate banks I mean there are some scammers and thieves in crypto ,
But unlike in banks we are the one who are responsible in our crypto we are the one who should control it and take care of it.
Different from me, I love bitcoin, but that doesn't mean I hate banks, I'm not hypocritical that I still really need a bank for my transaction right now. I still use the bank for my business, sending money with people in many places. even though I like the decentralized system, for now the bank is still very much needed for me
513  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Used Computer Equipment For CryptoCurrency Unsafe? on: June 05, 2019, 08:25:10 AM
If you want to be 100% safe, even though you used a used computer, then don't ever connect it to the internet. Use your computer offline, and don't forget to re-install anything. Wipe your harddisk, use Linux, etc. Those keylogger from mouse etc won't be able to cause you problem if it ever exist as long as you don't connect your computer to the internet, unless your hacker somehow lives around you and use some kind of WiFi to transmit the data from the mouse/keyboard directly.

In short, hackers needs to get or download the data from your computer (if it's hacked), either via internet, other connection devices such as bluetooth or go to your house directly. So you can protect yourself by disconnecting from the internet, make sure there's no other connectivity devices activated, or keep your computer somewhere safe.
Lol yeah if you want to be 100% safe, never connect to the internet, any data collected from your computer will never be sent to the hacker database.

yeah I know there is a lot of chance for a hacker to steal. but I have never bought a used laptop and cracked it because of that, if you want to be safe, reinstall it, discard all the data on the laptop and all viruses will gone.
514  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in thinking, Do not worry later. on: June 05, 2019, 08:14:10 AM
If you think much about investing, investing can not be beneficial. Investments must be understood, but if you think more about investing, you can not invest in the right time. If you want to invest, you must keep in mind the losses. Without the consequences of the loss, success in the crypto world can never be achieved. So, we should not think much about investment.
if you don't understand crypto, you certainly won't be able to make profits from crypto. whatever investment you choose if you have no knowledge about it then you will not be able to profit. You can't gamble on investment if you want greater chance then you have to learn about the investment, you choose in this case is crypto, then you should learn everything about crypto, when to buy, when to sell, about fluctuations and any others thing
515  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats better holding many coins or fewer coins? on: June 05, 2019, 08:04:56 AM
But my questions is, if i have 50k should i rather invest in bitcoin, ethereum or a other high market cap coin compared to a small market cap coin were i could almost own 0.1% if the coin supply is 1 billion and trades at 5 cent.

Small coins you are talking might have low volume at most of the cases. I doubt it can filled your big orders the moment you will take a profit on it.

Don't want to suggest what coins you must put your money but you know what BTC can do and where it should always go*.
You can have 0.1% of the total supply if you buy cheap coins with small marketcaps, but can the small coins benefit to you? while bitcoin, although the price is quite expensive, will guarantee you to get profit? I think you have to invest in bitcoin, ethereum and other coins that have big marketcaps. it will give a big chance to profit rather than gambling to buy in small altcoin
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing casino games online a good idea? on: June 04, 2019, 03:18:04 PM
Sometimes I prefer going to a real life casino if I want to really be entertained but sometimes you just want to relax at your own house and do everything online.  Just always make sure you use casinos that have a good reputation and are easy to deposit and withdraw from.
There is nothing bad between real casino and online casino, if there is a real casino in my place, of course sometimes I will come to visit, but the situation around me makes me require to gambling in online casino and indeed its a good idea for a place that has not been touched by the legality of gambling
517  Economy / Economics / Re: would you give your fingerprint or eye scan for a fair money supply? on: June 04, 2019, 03:00:08 PM
I have never given my personal information other than National ID, I do not want to give up my personal data beyond that, especially if I have to submit fingerprint data or eye scan data.
I will not do that and especialy give it to third parties. we know that third parties are not always safe, they can just sell your personal identity or abuse it? for example if your deposit-box is locked with fingerprints or eyescan, they can rob it with the data they get, don't do it to anyone #imo
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about the gambling site's having a promotion? on: June 04, 2019, 02:46:36 PM
Nothing to have a big deal with that, in fact, it is good to see such promotions in order to be more attractive to the gamblers.
Gamblers are looking for reliable gambling sites where they feel secure and can do transaction very often. If this site is promoting exactly what they do or what they can offer to their clients will be that great but if it is just lies, will absolutely have its trouble.

Promotions and bonus are always beneficial for the gamblers. I am here talking about the promotions which old trusted gambling sites offer. Like on any event they may give free spins or some deposits bonus. Also it introduces competition between sites as to give more and more good offers to attract the customers.
I think it actually provides benefits to gamblers, although some sites do provide a rollover for bonuses so they can be withdrawn. but any promotion will definitely attract a lot of players, and I'm glad that many gambling sites offer lots of promotions for their players. it will make us play more fun
519  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most expensive commodity at the moment? on: June 04, 2019, 02:23:27 PM
People are too focused on mainstream commodities such as gold, diamonds, silver or other precious metals. but many people don't realize there are one commodities that are more important and more expensive than anything, what is that? time!
people try to buy a lot of medicine so that they stay healthy and longevity, many people buy herbs so that they stay young, time cannot be added, time cannot be repeated. time is the most expensive thing for humanity!
520  Economy / Economics / Re: Which form of investment has highest ROI? on: June 04, 2019, 02:15:39 PM
We knows that the crypto currency investment can give us lot of profits even in short time but this is very new there are lot of invesments like real estate, gold, mutual funds silent partner in businesses and lot more but what you think which has highest ROI in short term other than crypto invesments.

My opinion is that real estate can be that one, since my grandfather used to be like buying and selling the lands and made tons of money in his life time but I didn't do that such kind of traditional invetment.
It's traditional but it's still very popular nowadays, many people do real estate business and they only wait a few months, real estate prices will stay higher. the world population is increasing, which will make real estate more expensive, and this investment is very profitable even though it is traditional
