This is just normally what happens to coins when it is not a pump and dump. It will most likely go up in the long term. This coin is a good investment not necessarily a good trade. There is a big difference between the two. People should get use to regular coins, instead of pump and dump ones. You can't become rich over a night. Have a little patience. Agreed. I just dont get it. On Pump and Dumps most people lose. But yet everyone keeps trying in hopes they hit it right. People need to start buying coins trying to build something real. Sadly I think most people that are new to crypto are introduced in this way! |

Any news on a second exchange guys? I used to like bittrex but now they just appear to be adding crap coins daily and I dont want to be use them anyway.
is there any effort on vote for bter and mintpal? Mintpal voting stops in the next few weeks so we gave up on that one. I have never used Bter. a few of us logged a call on freshdesk over at cryptsy but the coin hasn't been added to the voting list yet. Do you have any suggestion? Let's choose one and promote it here. Ideally it would need to be an exchange that connects to coinpayments as we can't have it taken off there again. we worked hard to get on there! apart from that, it would be a bonus if we had a steady volume at a higher price as that would help KTK get some attention anyway. |

+1 this is looking like a big scam why he didnt pay anyone? the dev wallet is transparent and he has already payed out bounties. shit at least do your research before you start talking shit so you can buy in low I did a translation last week and still not received my bounty. I sent pm and he didnt answer me do you guys send in invoices/requests for works done? or are we not there in the crypto world yet? |

could anyone summarise what's special about it?
were basic aspects ready at launch - wallet, blockexplorer, website, whitepaper and/or features, etc. - or is the [ANN] promise-heavy?
have the devs delivered on their promises?
Any hidden problems -
premines?
instamines?
well distributed? is there a rich list?
buggy code?
are these are hard core programmers, not "copy-paste" devs or middlemen? When bugs/fork challenge pop up, are they fixed quickly?
dev squabbles?
dev complacency?
missed deadlines?
any "proof of developer"? Is the entirte dev team anonymous -- and even if so, does it at least have a solid reputation here on bitcointalk?
How does the coin production/distribution setup provide insulation from the risk of massive miner/whale dumps? Is there an estimate out there of the max # of daily BTC trading volume that might be needed to absorb mined coins?
Anything to worry about?
When is the next significant development update (code, screenshots and/or whitepaper/proof-of-concept or something else?) expected to come out?

lol why don't you do a bit of research, no one should answer this, this insults the people who take the time to research it. your just looking for a quick profit go elsewhere Just trying to save time - lots of coins and markets move so fast. Why not ask? Isn't this a discussion thread to discuss the coin? Surely if you were trying to save time you would have read the front page and had your answers, rather than wait for people to type them for you  |

I'm not personally involved in this coin, but I see the same bullshit on MOST coins these days.
Wise up, people. It's not going to get you rich overnight, if ever. The dev likely has a life, and that life likely takes precedence over his coin.
And as he said, and I have said a million times, these are OPEN FUCKING SOURCE projects. That means anyone can do development work. Even you. If you develop an app for this coin, and the dev don't like it? who cares? If it's adopted, and it works, and it drives the market, what's he gonna say to you? I know if it was me, even if I personally hated it, I'd say "good job and here's your bounty".
Just DO it.
The other day, on a coin I won't mention, I couldn't get the wallet to compile because it had a bunch of Windows specific commands in the makefile. You know what I did? I tracked down the problem, altered the code, and put up a pull request for a linux only project file. I'm not a programmer. A real programmer could have done what I did in five minutes. It took me the better part of a day. But so what? I helped. You know what I got for it? A thank you from the dev team, which is nice, and more importantly, a working wallet. I didn't whine to the devs that I couldn't get it to work and bitch that they didn't fix it for me. I just FUCKING DID IT.
Every day I see talk here about decentralized currencies, followed by blind followers waiting with open mouths like little baby birds for a central developer to "do something". Well, guess what? If you didn't pay them for it, they owe you shit. You want something to happen? MAKE it happen. You got a kick ass idea for your favorite coin? Implement it. Don't know how? Flex that google muscle and LEARN. Even if you fail, you learnt something.
Be men, not sheep.
what's your point? are you serious? His point is don't count on the developer to make you your money. Do something to help the coin. I will continue to tweet and facebook the hell of the KTK brand I don't have any skills on the software side of things so I can't help there, but I will help to try and raise the awareness of KTK |

First of all: newbie accounts created only to start a coin should be banned, unless they are known alt of a trusted member.
Beyond that, I think no rules should be enforced, only we educate people for them to know the risks they are taking(scams - alt accounts - etc), and make maybe a group of experienced users to review the coins. As long the group didn't get corrupted, it will be worth.
