LTC balance from round shares has just started to work again.
Thanks.
But now the problem where the LTC pool hash rate says zero all the time, has returned.
I see it, working on it now..

Alright, I see what happened.
Last night when I switched over to the new tables I've started using for share summaries, I took a look at the average difficulty and noticed that it was quite a bit higher than what I had projected (I was still using 32, however the average on the vardiff pools is closer to 64-80).
Due to this, the round shares being used for the payout calculations was much higher than it should have been. (more than double in some cases).
I changed the payout calculation to use 64 instead of 32 for the vardiff pools, but I never updated the estimates calculation (which is where the round shares displayed in the page header comes from).
So, it is possible that since yesterday you could have had round shares showing up in your stats in the header, that weren't going to be used for a payout.
This situation is now fixed, the estimates code matches the payment code. Sorry for the trouble.

If you are not mining LTC at the time a block has been found on multipool.in, but you still have hundreds of thousands of LTC round shares when an LTC block is found, I would have thought you would receive a payout for some of those round shares. These seems not to be the case. I watched the last two LTC block be found according to the Last 30 Blocks Found - LTC table but received nothing for my round shares which are of course going down all the time. This doesn't seem fair as the pool switching is not up to me.
This problem is not occurring with my accumulated FTC round credits which are turning into unconfined balance quite happily each time an FTC block is being found.
This shouldn't be the case, I will look at this as soon as I'm near a computer.

Probably insolvent fractional reserve. My guess is that Mt. Gox did what so many crooked brokers have done in the past - they speculated with customer funds. Here's a typical story: Just think, all those millions of dollars in some bank account, where interest rates are zero. It must have been so tempting to put them into something with more earning potential. Nobody would every know, right? ... Well...um...some people might assume it. I mean that's kind of how banks work after all. Wonder who is dumping all that BTC on gox now... Someone who needs cash maybe?

Do you guys still want NVC in the pool? It takes several days to confirm blocks but the price is very stable so it shouldn't be a concern.. Let me know what you htink.

OK here's what I don't get: New Banking Partners Mt. Gox has now formed relationships with several new banking partners both in Japan and around the world, and we are still in the process of finalizing even more. This means that we will have increased stability and ability to transmit withdrawals going forward. But: Current Back-log The new system is just now getting under way, so there is still a back-log of withdrawals that we need to process. Our team is working hard to increase transaction speeds, but there is approximately a two-week back-log we need to overcome. It will take a few weeks to get back to normal, and we thank you for your patience during this time. They have this new great system in place, but the 2 week backlog of withdrawals is going to take "a few weeks" to get through? You'd think that if they had implemented a new, better system, they'd be able to get through the 2 week backlog (minus the million dollars in transactions they claim they have already processed while "testing") in less than 2 weeks, not more than 2 weeks. Something still smells fishy here.

Haha note he even lies in the screenshot above, first stating he has no shares then admitting he has 950k shares.. So which is it?

Thanks for the bump, LOLmoney! About the guy above me, he actually attempted to scam me on Bitmit, and got angry when it didn't work. He is my sole negative feedback on Bitmit, every other one is positive. I certainly didn't spend all my time building a reptuation there so I could scam this little punk out of $10. If anyone's interested you can see a screenshot of our exchange here: https://i.imgur.com/Dk36MvY.pngBitmit actually had a bit of an exploitative situation going a while back, when they were getting their BTC price directly from Mt. Gox. When Gox was under ddos, Bitmit's exchange price would stick at whatever price they had last gotten from Gox, even if BTC was going down on all the other exchanges. Some unsavory types like Niexist took advantage of this situation by buying BTC at the lower price, and buying the auctions at the same time, which used the higher price that Bitmit was using for the exchange. I actually took hundreds of dollars in losses at first due to these bad sales, because I was trying to build my reputation on Bitmit. But eventually I priced my auctions in BTC and reworded the details to prevent that situation. I guess Niexist didn't check the wording the second time. BTW, Niexist, if you had nicely asked for a refund, I would have gladly obliged. But I guess I was in a bad mood that day due to something else, and either way, I didn't take kindly to the way you were speaking to me. So in conclusion, this dude is a wannabe scammer punk. Read the screenshot and decide for yourself. Niexist, please feel free to stay the fuck off my pool.

Hi Flound.
Just joined your most excellent pool today (same username here and at the pool.) Got quick questions:
1. What makes a "Hero Member" i.e. the STAR SYMBOL ? 2. What qualifies as a "Donation Supporter"? I noticed that some users whom are donating (albeit a tinny winnie amt.) but not all donors have "FEATHERS"? Is there a minimum % ? Are there other levels besides "Supporter"? 3. I figured out the "CROWN" trophy (hah) but there seems to be just enuff space to its right (and left of the STAR) that another trophy could be had. True?
Sorry for the bother...
//del//
P.S. I got 3 more blades coming in about two weeks and will put it into the pooling for a total of 5 blades for "sillywhim".
Hi Silly, glad you're enjoying the pool. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Hero members are those whom I chose to recognize for being early adopters/supporters of the pool, or donating something of value (i.e. our logo, technical expertise, time, etc.). The donator trophies are explained on the donations page but basically you get a gold BTC for donating 4% or more of your earnings, a silver LTC for 3%+, and a bronze FTC for 2%+. The only additional icon available at the moment is the Admin icon which only I have. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

What about statistics now I found 5 mnc blocks and in statistics last 30 blocks founder nothing
When we're on MNC we can find 20+ blocks per minute. The pool stats page updates every 5 minutes. So your blocks may never have made it there. Here are the blocks I have you finding: +-------------+----------+ | blockNumber | username | +-------------+----------+ | 112390 | robkoz.2 | | 112444 | robkoz.2 | | 112499 | robkoz.2 | | 112862 | robkoz.3 | | 112934 | robkoz.2 | | 113285 | robkoz.3 | | 113410 | robkoz.2 | | 113485 | robkoz.3 | | 114008 | robkoz.2 | | 114543 | robkoz.2 | | 114621 | robkoz.2 | +-------------+----------+ 11 rows in set (0.02 sec)

The LTC hash rate hasn't been displaying for me since yesterday, should I stop mining it until fixed?
Yours, or the pool's?

Hi
Is there a finders reward for the user that finds the block?
Yes, you get paid for all the shares you submitted ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I'm often seeing stats with zero accepted shares and lots of invalids on some coin. My miners report accepted shares, obviously with some rejects during block changes. I'm also getting paid, though it's a bit hard to say yet if I'm getting the correct amount for my hashrate. The share stats just look really messed up, and are rarely updated. For example, my FTC stats have been stuck at 50 invalids and zero valids for a while now, even though I'm getting accepted shares in constantly.
Do the hashrate graphs include rejected/stale shares, or are they based on just accepted shares? It would also be great if multiport users could view a combined graph of their hashrate.
Also a question to miners here: are you using any backup pools in cgminer/bfgminer? I'm thinking of adding a LTC backup pool, but cgminer README warns against using on multiple blockchains at the same time. Previously I thought that would mean even the multipool concept wouldn't work, but clearly that's not the case. Maybe it's still a problem with backup pools?
I use backup pools on the multiport. If you are going to do this, it's better to use a backup pool of a currency that doesn't have fast blocks (ie LTC or FTC), since your miner will restart work if it receives new block notifications from the backup pool.

Hey, things are fixed now.. No shares were lost. The pool software was unable to write to the db but held all the shares in memory.. It just got finished pushing them all into the db.
