1601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you trade? on: December 16, 2020, 03:32:12 PM
Hi,

I'm trying to learn how to trade and I was wondering what people here tend to trade between? Do you just have a set list of trading pairs that you stick to? What are your most common trades?
When I am trading I usually choose those coins that have a higher volume because they are more certain than the coins that have low volume. Bitcoin and Ethereum was my primary coin to trade with while on the other hand, I am using USDT to liquidate or preserve their value when the downtrend comes. For you who are only about to start trading, I highly recommend using Bitcoin as well before going into some volatile altcoins because this really contains higher risk exposure. Investing in high volatility coins requires a lot of experience and knowledge in dealing with them otherwise you will only be filled with remorse.
1602  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price increasing slowly. on: December 16, 2020, 02:38:53 PM
After a slippery week once again BTC is slowly gearing up is this the last resistance level of the year? Right now the market capitalization is healthy and that's why we are seeing some positive trends also i' ve been watching the price of BTC pumps most of the times only In the weekends, Is this means there is a surprise for crypto industry? Guys share your thoughts Cool

I'd like to believe we have a big pump coming and we have a big surprise coming and whales are just positioning for a big surprise, the new all-time high is just $800 to $900 away it's manageable we just need a big 10% pump to set a new record and I hope the whales will deliver before the end of the year.

We are in positive side right now which can give the possibilities that we can see some good figures this year or maybe In next year so let's hope for something best to come so that we can see the price surpass to $20k and maybe if that will be reached by this year we will might get a healthy market next year.

Hopefully this will happen, because we haven't seen a healthy market until now,
Pump and Dump are always happening in the market, it looks like whales want to manipulate the price of Bitcoin,
we know there are still many whales who have large amounts of Bitcoin, and this makes the market unhealthy

Now we see it the new record has been landed and bitcoin price is continuously pumping now, for sure many are celebrating since the one who hodl their coins and trust bitcoins are so lucky today. Hopefully we can see more pump and we can reach for even $25k until the end of this year.
Despite the strong resistance we have been through at last we have seen Bitcoin reaching the $20k mark. After several attempts, Bitcoin manages to break the resistance. Honestly, I've been thinking that we will see the $20k mark through next year due to the fact that most of the people are now selling some of their holding for near Christmas but I was wrong. Now that we've been break the resistance I hope the next year we will seen Bitcoin reaching the $25k USD mark.
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming Projects Doing Scam on: December 15, 2020, 03:19:32 PM
why all upcoming and new projects doing scams with bounty hunters for example P2P and YOUengine when bounty distribution is near they dump the token price and fail all hardwork of bounty hunters who help promote their projects many weeks after this promoters get nothing.

Actually this kind of issues in bounty scene exist for long times and it's a total gamble for bounty hunters right now to join on several campaigns, maybe the best thing you can do for now is to be selective and be accept the fact that almost all of the time that will happen when bounty distribution happen.

That's the reason why I left bounty campaigns for almost 3 years, since the scamming is so rampant and it's a waste of effort to join them.
Indeed, you gotta take your time in researching the campaign/project before participating because more or less if you didn't do it there's a high percentage that you will end up in scam projects and wasting your time. You know what luck is also mattered in choosing a bounty campaign because they might perform a good service in the early stage but after the allocation, there's a lot of problems occur leaving the coin hopeless. And this also the reason why I only barely participated in bounty campaigns. This is just based on my experience maybe yours is different but you must still be wary.
1604  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: December 15, 2020, 01:26:58 PM
Should I hold for more time?
It all depends on you, if you think your profit is enough then you can make a call, don't wait up for more because we don't exactly know what will be the move of the market. You should learn how to set your exit point or target price because in that way you can mitigate the risk exposure of your holdings. Simply as say don't be greedy.
Quote
Should I buy some more now only or wait if the price dips a bit?[/b]
Well technically yes, you should buy at a low price but in crypto, however, you don't even know if the price would go even lower so I recommend taking the opportunity as you saw it and then you can adjust now your selling point. The thing is, you don't need actually to wait for a cheaper price and purchase whenever time you want because Bitcoin grows over time thereby, the profit is still certain.
1605  Economy / Speculation / Re: Three weeks to the year end - what will be the high? on: December 15, 2020, 12:12:57 PM
$19,500-$20,000 for me.
The resistance is quite strong, in fact, I think it's been 3rd time we reach the $19k USD mark but it is still not going beyond it. Currently, the price is hovering around $19200, showing no movement and I think it will stay for a couple of days. However, 3 weeks was still a long time, and there's could be some surge happens, who knows, no one exactly what will be the next move anyway. But one thing for sure, if it breaks the $20k USD mark which I think probably will occur next year, the run will take up again.
1606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you believe in bitcoin/altcoin market stock predictions? on: December 14, 2020, 04:40:21 PM
It's been so long since I stop using my account here for Campaign use and decided to ask some questions to get suggestions before going back and doing something new to increase and widen my income source at the same time holding my earned bitcoin a very long time to use it for trading this December.

I am having smooth work from school because it's online and seeing bitcoin price increase I was so eager to do trading to earn more, saw predictions that the market/stock price for bitcoin is increasing and will be on a skyrocket on December 2021. Now I am confused and that I should hold it or do short-term trading to get the chances of earning little by little?.

Question here

Do you believe in those predictions? Did the predictions for market price come true most of the time? did you use it for trading? or not?

from what I use to know did you just study how the signs (from what I used to know those signs are helpful and unpredictable) work when It goes down and up from time to time?

(My knowledge for trading years ago is a rookie/newbie and still is until now so if everything is nonsense enlighten me)
Predictions in the Crypto market do not exist. The Crypto market is known for being unpredictable because if so, then there will be a lot of people are now become successful. Even now no one exactly knows when and how much does Bitcoin will set its new ATH, speculations are the most you can see and you can even make your own. I don't rely on predictions but rather on my own instinct. Feel free to make your own TA and don't rely onto others. One thing if you have no much enough knowledge on trading, long-term trade would pretty much perfect for you.
1607  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best thing which I noticed of this forum. on: December 14, 2020, 03:56:14 PM
That is the older members like hero and legendary and others( except the newbies who spam the forum). They always comment on a post if they have knowledge about it and suggest in a right way to the topic creator.
Well, not all the hero and legendary are the same because there are several accounts that have been made a long time ago where merit does not exist yet. Besides, there are still some users who have been merit trading just for them to rank up and if it happens you saw one, you should report it. But you must not only focus on higher ranks though because there are lower ranks that are overshadowed and also been providing a contribution.

Quote
They do not go out from the topic and only share that information which they experienced before or learn from anywhere.
And that is how the forum should work because several members are only here for profit. If you have knowledge that you think everyone doesn't know then share it because they will do the same. Exchange of everyone's knowledge is a good trade after all.

Quote
When I learn a topic from this forum than I make a little research about the topic to learn. ( Is it good please suggest?)
No doubt, this is the best thing to do rather than creating a topic that is already been discussed. After reading some articles you must support it with little research for you to be able to completely understand it.
1608  Economy / Speculation / Re: 3rd times the charm 20K on: December 14, 2020, 03:20:03 PM
here comes the 3rd time for 20K I think it's going to do it. Then 30K pretty quick
Unfortunately, the resistance was too strong lately, it is almost hit the $20k USD for the 3rd time but looking at it, it is now starting to fall again but I don't think the run was over though. Thereby, I don't think $30k is feasible right now. Perhaps, looking at the market performance, Bitcoin will only set its new ATH around $23-$25K USD not by the end of the year coz it seems it will only play around on $19-$18k and so next year, 1st Quarter will be the time.
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: December 13, 2020, 03:37:20 PM
I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?
I've participated in a lot of bounty campaign and I would say that only several of them who provide a good profit and some are not. What happened on the remaining coins was got stock on my wallet and not able to sell for the reason of had not being able to get listed on exchanges and if they got a chance to be listed, it more likely on an unknown platform that I am not familiar with. Thereby, this gives me a reason to sell the coins right after they got listed or distributed, I am no longer hold them. The coins I've only hold is are those certain ones.
1610  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to introduce Bitcoin and blockchain to people on: December 13, 2020, 02:28:31 PM
Hello my good people in the house!

I want to understand something very crucial and important to me because it really borders me and I would love to get some guidelines on how or the best way I could Introduced some of friends to start understanding Bitcoin and blockchain. Though most times wen I made mention of blockchain and bitcoin with other currencies they seems not to understand how it's I have showed them more light but all they says is calling it scam etc, just confused. In my region most Local village don't have modern facilities and many more so whenever I speak it seems is something new to them so I m just seeking the very best way I could narrates to them.

Thanks for your kind feedback.
You can show them the stuff you get from using Bitcoin if you had one or show them brief of your earnings, by then perhaps that could be a way for them to reconsider of learning about Bitcoin and stuff. If happens that they don't believe then stop wasting your time explaining these to them coz no matter how you present it to them, if they are not interested than it's useless. And based on what you have mentioned it would be a lot difficult to lay out about Bitcoin if you have problems on modern facilities.
1611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dump tactics - where to protect your crypot's when during dump? on: December 13, 2020, 01:03:37 PM
Warning - i'm a beginner.

1.
I'm trying to prepare myself, when BTC would start to "dump", what is the best place to protect your ASSets ?
Is it to convert to stable coin?

2.
What is the best easy way to convert crypto for gold or silver?

Thanks guys!
Yeah, I think converting your Bitcoins into a stable coin could save its value when the bear comes and that is only the way I think about how I can protect my assets. I usually liquidate my Bitcoin on USDT when this time comes.
I think most of the traders like to convert their BTC on stable coins but others put it into some altcoins that could bring more profit to them. Once it plunges you could use it to procure more Bitcoin, it's just a cycle you buy at low and sell at high.
1612  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that the price of bitcoin is going to exceed 20,000$? on: December 13, 2020, 12:05:57 PM
At this very moment, everyone is discussing how the price of bitcoin is going to exceed 20,000$ within this month. But by analysing both current and previous situations, my personal opinion is it's not possible for now. What is your thinking regarding this situation?
The resistance is quite strong in fact the price even drop at $17k usd however, the price goes back at $19k usd and I hope this will continue. Though Bitcoin movement is vague right now and we cannot definitely tell what is going to happen I still believe that it will go beyond $20k usd. We're only at the beginning of the month of December and we have plenty of time yet the price goes back at $19k usd so I think it is possible.
1613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friendly reminder on: December 13, 2020, 10:57:51 AM
For the holders that read this thread on 2030, how does it feel to consider yourself rich by having only 1 bitcoin?

For those that read it on 2020, I have to say nothing but this. Buy. This world-changing project is only 10 years old. Who knows what will happen in the future. So that was it, just a friendly reminder that it's not too late. It's actually too early.
Well, its never been too late and you can invest or purchase whenever time you want because Bitcoin keeps growing overtime. You might find to expensive to buy right now but sooner or later Bitcoin will surge and this current price will be inexpensive. The only thing you must hone in this long term is to control your emotions and your patience. We're only just in the beginning so buckle up and accumulate more Bitcoin as much as you can.
1614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: December 12, 2020, 01:50:16 PM
In the process of trying to be a future whales you could lost everything, trust me this got me no where and I realized that I've lost tons of money because I was never contented, be smart and always take advantage of any project that brings you profit, do not stare at your wallet and say 'im gonna be rich in 3 years later' this is 1% out of 100% chance that it's ever going to happen, remember, been rich isn't the most important part of our lives but living a good life is.
I totally believe in this one. Being rich must not be your goal but rather having a good life. Actually, it is a matter of choice, I mean you gotta take the opportunity even if it is vague and risky because if you don't there's a chance you could miss it or regret it later thereby work on it. The thing here as well is, don't be greedy, you should always set your exit point or target price and this could perfectly fit for holders. You don't hold for too long, if you think the profit is enough then liquidate and then set another goal.
1615  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Few questions about the bitcoin. on: December 12, 2020, 12:45:58 PM
Hey there forum, been reading before joining the forum.
For me would be  interesting to know the way I can earn bitcoins without investing (neither gambling etc) I did invest a couple of hundreds at the beginnin of the year, but now,  I don't know how to procede, since then I lost my job.
Well, there are ways to earn Bitcoin without investing like participating in signature campaigns, however, looking at the current rank you have you are not yet eligible to participate.
If it happens you have skills especially in programming, designing and more then you can probably sell it in the service section. You could also try to find a few events that allow newbies to participate like art, a video review, and more. And while doing this you could work on growing your account for it to be eligible for signature campaigns.
1616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are the best coin in 2020? on: December 12, 2020, 12:01:00 PM
I have $2000 from a source. What will be the best coin invest in for 2020? We know there are trending DeFi. But there are more coins which are too low price but there have a chance to win in 2020 end.
Do you have any suggestion for coins to invest $2000?
It seems everyone who commented on your topic has only one answer and that is Bitcoin. For me, I will choose also the same answers. Bitcoin might be expensive for now compared to other cryptocurrencies but the certainty of giving a profit is higher. Yeah, there can be altcoins that could surpass the rewards can Bitcoin provides in a short amount of time but Bitcoin could secure your future. Besides, even if you bought Bitcoin at a high price you will still not lose because it keeps growing over time as adoption across the world increases.
1617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will increase 20X in the next 5 years on: December 12, 2020, 11:06:51 AM
Dan Tapiero, co-founder of Gold Bullion International believes that it’s only a matter of time before Bitcoin
’s price surges into the six-figure threshold.

“In the next five years, I can see gold at $4,000, so that’s double. But if gold is at $4,000, Bitcoin is probably somewhere between $300,000 and $500,000, so that’s a 20, 30x.”

Just because we are in bull run we predict Bitcoin in a very high level I prefer to be moderate and realistic, unless I see a dramatic move in the market or adoption will go at the highest, we can only predict a high price for Bitcoin depending on the the level of adoption, if adoption is moderate expect a moderate increase of the price.
Well, we can't blame them since Bitcoin was really unpredictable after all. When we are on the time way back in 2009 where Bitcoin is worth a penny, we didn't expect that it will rise and set an ATH at $20k USD. Thus I think everyone is disappointed in missing an opportunity to accumulate back then and trying to be optimistic, believing that it will perform an unexpected growth once again. Honestly, I also believe that Bitcoin will enormously grow but I think that would take a lot of time, maybe a decade or even more.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I quit smoking and buy Bitcoin every week on: December 12, 2020, 10:23:04 AM
Hey folks,

I decided to quit smoking today and buy Bitcoin every Sunday. A pack of cigarettes I smoke is 8€. It cost me 56€ per week. So every Sunday, I will buy Bitcoin without checking if the price went up or down. Even if it goes to the moon, I will keep buying. I will edit this post frequently in the future. This Sunday I will start investing 56€ in Bitcoin every  Sunday. I will keep this doing as long as possible and let's see what is going to happen.

I believe that at least I will invest in something that I believe, instead of wasting money on unhealthy cigarettes. Maybe some of you can do the same.

Wish me luck Cool
That is the best thing to do mate rather than wasting your money on unhealthy products specifically cigarettes. With the money you have invested in Bitcoin you can even buy things that are better than cigarettes. Through investing in Bitcoin can improve your wealth. Gladly that you shared your experience here so that everyone must be inspired and do the same as you did. I know that it is a tough decision for you to make yet you did because all the smokers I've ever known having a hard time leaving these bad habits.
1619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to call the people into crypto on: December 11, 2020, 11:00:05 AM
You can call people into the crypto world but you have to warn them first. Because the crypto world is full of scammers. I have seen more scam DeFi projects than successful DeFi projects. So I don’t think people should be called to crypto just for DeFi hype. Crypto will bring a financial revolution in the future world. So everyone should know about crypto.
Yeah, I think there's nothing wrong with introducing your peers in crypto but make sure to guide them well. I don't recommend them to invest in DeFi projects though because first of all, they have no single idea about crypto so better if you will tell them to invest in less risky coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum. DeFi can provide good rewards but bear in mind that it is still risky knowing that there scam DeFi projects are everywhere. Besides, don't conclude yet, there are several DeFi that was undeniably good to invest with but the fact it was just on hyped doesn't make it certain.
1620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 best coin or token? on: December 11, 2020, 10:25:05 AM
I know bitcoin is best in crypto word then i like eth.
I want to trade. So need top 5 coin or token for regularly trade.
I hope you suggest me best coin or token.
I think the best crypto would depend on your trading style. Like if you are onto long-term trading then Bitcoin could be the best among them all and if you are onto short-term trade then coins that have high volatility would be perfectly fit on that. In my case, I only trade 2-3 coins and I'm not getting more because the more coin you trade the more analysis you will make, those coins are specifically Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB. IMO, you don't need a lot of coins to trade just choose and focus on them.

I don't always think that the top 5 best coins for regularly trade, because I like to see coins taking turns experiencing a positive uptrend alternately even less popular coins can potentially experience fantastic price increases, always use good analysis of coins which we will trade.
Well, that can be profitable indeed and will certainly give promising rewards however, bear in mind that the less popular the coin is the more risk you will take because there's a chance for it to be a scam.
