Im sorry you are right and it is comparing 2 different timescales, that 4% interest on any balance (above a threshold) is spread over a year so my mistake to compare them for sure. Your weekly % should compound nicely?

1622  Economy / Speculation / Re: Globb0 BTC charts on: April 20, 2020, 09:04:44 AM

"Sell in May and Go Away" didn't came from nowhere.

Sell in May then stay at home and save lives      Cool

It still feels sideways at the moment, maybe even down on the daily? did we get our up from the up signal? a bit.

Into the hourly view, we see not a lot going on.

The flag pole pattern threatened to happen, would have broken us through but didn't.

Volume is nothing special and we are back to the flip flop.
1623  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: April 20, 2020, 08:37:09 AM
The profit is very small, but I am considering it doing for longterm so I think It's all good for now.
I will at least observe the movement for months and consider if I am gonna continue it or not.
[/center]
LoL  Grin Grin At first glance, I was surprised by the profit value in USD, but when I look carefully, the basic profit in BTC is very small, less than 0.5%. Soaring BTC has made your profits somewhat strong  Grin I expect a better profit, 1% a week is good enough for compounding  Cheesy compound interest is something really big compared to regular profits, I'm waiting 1% for your next week  Cheesy I will invest immediately if it is 1%  Tongue

Yeah but then you used to get 4% on freebitcoin for any balance (I don't know if its running now I haven't looked at that offer lately but probably is). Much above 0.5%

Biggest throw by MIBR that i've witnessed recently.

From 12-1 to 13-16 on the deciding map of 500.000$ grand finals.

Nothing more to say.  Huh Huh Huh

Bummer I was backing this also.

3 days of fail in a row for me. Sad

What a final round of a final match. Virtus Pro came out on top in the end with some great late plays. I managed to pick them up live @5.5 when they were 2:1 down and behind in 4th round. Now I am officially hooked to esports. Some good came from this whole corona bullshit which forced me to find additional betting markets.

Agree with that awesome games.

All these replies looks like there is a market for bitcoins to do something instead of just sitting there.

That is the risk though not your keys etc.

@SyGambler crushed everyone, allowing myself, Betwrong, and yahoo to basically fold into the money. Tongue

i probably could have taken 3rd or 4th if i played it tighter. it folded around to me on the button with K8, i shoved and Improved called from the SB and took it down with A-high. at least i placed ITM and made a few points.

GG guys, see everyone tomorrow.

Glad to see yo back up and about

Have you taken part in this before but not sure you want to spend more to play more?

Have you been sitting on the sideline just waiting to pull the trigger and join the fun but feeling a bit unsure?

I have the solution for you! Quote this message and give me your SwC username and I will transfer you the 2400 chips necessary to play both today and tomorrow!

My username is Globb0 thanks

I may need some help finding the table I don't see it yet, I have the app working.

Either way good luck all

1637  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: April 18, 2020, 01:25:41 PM

But I'm puzzled about the profitability of investing in any casino, I mean, how many% would we get for a week, a month?

I think this is the big question and why we are all following eagerly.

How long would be a good sample length? needs a good period of time to see if it fluctuates.

How frequently will you post the updates? weekly?

1638  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcointalk SwC Championship Poker Series(50 mBtc added by SwC) on: April 18, 2020, 11:41:33 AM

How do you manage to focus for 10 hours? don't you have wives?

Tournaments without re-buys, add-ons last 2-3 hours, more or less depends on the game and starting chips, of course and blind that can be from 3 minutes up to 15. Games with re-buys, long late registration, add-ons can last 5+ hours. Tournament we play have just 55 minutes late registrations, without re-buys and add-ons. The ones we played with re-buys lasted 4+ hours, now we are around 3h!
I have a wife, and kid! Simply I play tournaments every weekend and that's my thing, I finish everything I need before that, so I can play tournament freely!
Right now kid is taking a daily nap, I have a free time to play a bit cash game, have fun on the computer. You can arrange your life as you wish, you just need to know how to find a way! Smiley
And I have a 17 months old little girl and a beautiful wife. Check my girl here: https://bitcoingirl.club
The last was was around 2 hours, the longest I think was 3 hours if I am not wrong. 10 hours is too long and I do not think I have patience to last more than 2 hours LOL

Sorry then that must have been the other poker thread. I'm sure it was mentioned 10 hours, I was like wow.

1639  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 18, 2020, 11:39:50 AM
Any way, to get back on topic it’s good that the PL clubs & officials agreed the season will still be finished.
It really should. There is still time.
Liverpool would be incredibly unfortunate if they don't end up being awarded the Premier League title in case it doesn't resume for some reason.

I think I read somewhere that the UEFA chief said he can’t envisage a scenario where Liverpool won’t be crowned champions. Even if they void the season they’ll be champions like Scotland & Belgium are doing. Possibly nobody will be relegated & West Brom & Leeds will be promoted so we’d have 22 teams in next seasons PL & 5 will be relegated next season instead of 3.

it will be a shame for LFC if they do not receive promotion, like that this is a regular season, they were lacking few points to be Champions many rounds before end, and would certainly end up first, if there were no virus, but it is money involved, and maybe PL will cancel the season, although i do not believe in this scenario, maybe they will play matches without audience and finish the season?

They can do something like a tournament to hurry a competition like that. (I mean get loads of teams together and play multiple games)

What did I missed?

Price did broke $6600, however, I didn't expect the price to bounce back quickly after and move to $7k. I thought we will see some double top to confirmed bearish trend, but I guess it was obviously rejected. So now the trend looks like we are in the bullish zone, but just under the resistance zone. So anything can still happened, need to break the resistance zone though to push the price to $7300-$7500.

yes that's really why Id like to see where the current daily candle will close

it feels right in the balance of up or down
