Premine moving back now. Address for you guys to see will be up soon. More exciting news coming later this evening.

great, thank you, if you keep it like that (transparent and honest) there is no other place but up, will revisit thread later this evening, have a nice position in this coin already, but your statement makes me think to buy more (this and some twitter chatter among some serious people that trade coins for living)

 Cool

1664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ★LiteBar★ [LTB] - Rare Coin - Growing Fast - Now on CRYPTSY! on: June 05, 2014, 07:21:31 PM
coin dead?

mining several coins like that are in the limbo, I have 0 problem with that, if dev returns swaps algo if not. I believe regardless coin depletion will be happening , but at much slower pace, that's all

maybe not doing anything here is on purpose! after all once blockchain is put into the motion it just runs by itself

my concern is hopefully nothing happened to dev health wise or something.. (coin also is profitable , check what to mine website, and thats without doing anything to it , pretty great ...

I am thinking maybe scrypt-N cause X11/X13 will be attacked by fPGA.. but the newer coins do POS (which is so darn smart) POW and exit mining operation and only way is to buy coins on exchange (invest) very cool.. here a bit different.. yeah maybe scrypt-N so it no single farm can sweep 50% of supply, but than again if they do value will be nil so no one wins..

interesting situation here
1665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 05, 2014, 03:32:57 PM
This is just one of the things that will make this coin go up 20X.  Easy, user friendly gift card integration.  Something like automatic www.GYFT.com card purchases, or debit card integration that has a magnetic strip so the POS terminal sees FIAT, but user is paying QCN, or QCN to BTC to FIAT.  The magnetic strip could be linked to a QCN wallet for instant withdrawal.

It's a good purpose. We've got a long way ahead before we can replace fiat in our everyday life.

 Cool
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 05, 2014, 02:56:02 AM
dev makes some fair statements and qcn goes up +42.65%
good job.

+161.2% on the PoloniEx right now.
Keeps rising, QCN/BTC  +181.4% Smiley

By the way, i'm not sure GPU miner is a good thing for CryptoNote coins, even if its not efficient..It can promote centralization
And I still don't get how you can use GPU to mine Cryptonote coins that need 2MB of cache..
There's nothing more centralized than massive Amazon-esque cloud farms and botnets slamming a cpu coin while the little guy with a few cpu's get's pushed out.  GPU's being able to mine QCN will help this coin grow and not only survive, but prosper.  Especially given that GPUs do not presently offer an advantage over CPUs, only a new method to mine it and way to distribute QCN to more people.

no such a thing. ain't happening , coin is dispersing world wide. have a great night
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Myriad [1st Multi-PoW] SMS Wallet Announced [Closed Beta Now / Public Soon] on: June 05, 2014, 01:09:39 AM
entered this, also do not get distracted by the fact that someone else's SMS wallet did not take off. please continue.
1668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 04, 2014, 10:13:31 PM

Nice. GPU h/s doesn't different from CPU h/s. CryptoNote is the really egalitarian protocol.
I didn't get is it a good thing that GPU h/s doesn't different from CPU h/s?

Its good in the sense that is more egalitarian. What I mean is that if GPU offered much higher hashes than CPU, then this would turn into another GPU-mining coin. But this is not the case here, as the GPU does not offer a big advantage. So, large GPU mining rigs cannot mine much faster, and this leads to less centralisation - which is good for the coin.

good points. it is *very* important we deliver coin and fraction of this coin around the planet, not yet happening price jumps you saw is reflection that people see what can happen

global anonymous transactions on the scale that has never been done before...

coin of course due to extremely high price will be subdivided (satoshi's) for global transactions (replacement for current vendors doing it and they are sitting on 100's of millions of dollars of revenue) at some point merchant API's will be developed as well as UI wallet (this will come before) as well as API's for exchanges for mass distribution, of course before that happens and since I can predict the future you will see ups and downs lots of critique and commentaries in order to depress price down.. be aware of this..

since there is no premine... it is going be tougher (bounties) but this was philosophically right thing to do (in this case) I think open source eventually will kick in (depends) python UI wallet etc.  anyways

btw.. just read a certain coin (I dont like to cross post) just developed (beta) SMS Wallet.. it is things like that , that are just awesome, in the context of QCN especially..

so enjoy the ride as I am making my rounds in the landscape looking of what other people are doing.. and much is happening!
1669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 04, 2014, 10:05:09 PM
Congrads

QuazarCoin (QCN) +182.89% past 24h Wink

https://www.cryptonator.com/winners-losers

what is "+182.89%"? Is it a change of the price during last day?

Cool  could have made hefty profit already (was ~ 4.5 $ at some point before) but I did not. all is going to the *bank*

believe awareness of this crypto is spreading. by far more important long term, btw anything in 1 digit dollar amount is ultra low and don't get tempted short term.. it is not worth it

cryptonight is anonymous wallet, something that other coins are hard at work but results still to be proven (not so here, it is already working, I can send transactions and not even NSA can tell where it came from) anonymous transactions will be a multi billion dollar industry (not far from Today) completely serious with you
1670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DISTROCOIN X11 / iPHONE APP SOON / DEBIT CARDS SIGNUP / WHITEPAPER on: June 04, 2014, 12:09:11 PM
Pls take a good look Wink

cooool.. have a great day everyone.. and stay positive  Cool
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 04, 2014, 12:02:40 PM
I asked earlier what people liked about QCN, and was a bit disappointed with the replies.
But here is one thing I like IIUC.

With QCN privacy is built in with the need for Masternodes (which I think both DRK and XC have).
This seems , to me, to be the biggest plus.

But we need more than just this to really make this a success.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

The other thing is that compared to ,say, MRO this coin looks cheap and "fairer".
So we have an opportunity

IT IS cheaper and fairer (at least for the time being) Smiley

QCN is cheaper, a bit more fair to long-term miners, and rarer than all the other coins, but that will only matter should a "whale" or two be looking to make a long-term investment. However, should Poloniex decide to take QCN out of the exchange (which is looking like a possibility at this point), that will be the final nail in the coffin for QCN.

OracionSeis, should you want your coin to stand out from the other Bytecoin clones, then make it truly different (not just an altered emission curve). Feature which could make QCN stand out from the rest? POS.

Make it POS after a specific time? Sounds interesting. OracionSeis, is this possible?

who what when ? what propaganda again, what final nail lol ayy people.. anyways.. good morning, you all, relax and be patient.

btw keep on writing negatives, cause people stopped reacting. so price wont go to 1 satoshi as much as you are trying lol, there was a time when people bought and sold coins based on forum posts not as much anymore...
1672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DISTROCOIN X11 / iPHONE APP SOON / DEBIT CARDS SIGNUP / WHITEPAPER on: June 04, 2014, 01:01:13 AM
https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

Request the coin to be added poloniex!!!

thank you, also there would be 0 need to pump once debit cards are released. that card you want to get trust me, regardless because history is in the making, value of this card will be one day in tens of thousands of dollars, that number is probably on the lower spectra, but I like to play it conservative
1673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LTCX]LiteCoinX Windows/OSX QT BitcoinCore Released on: June 03, 2014, 11:30:27 PM
I can not believe you all mined all at once, and *not* distributed hash power across time., this rush caused dev to unload premine because value spiked initially, so now we have much less of a difficulty level (coin has extreme low block reward) and there is potential (because task is not an easy one) for anonymous wallet, even the very potential made me to mine some not a lot just enough,

and that is all that is to it, major gamble and this applies to every single coin out there, not just this one
1674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 11:19:53 PM
I hope Quazar doesn't die.
Me too, but I think we need community. We need that GUI wallet too. There are a few "privacy" type coins popping up now. talk is that CRY has several developers (I don't know if that is true).
The price of QCN may be cheap enough now to get more interest though

agree, and it will happen, but when it will happen you will be lucky to get even one coin unless you get into high powered CPU's, trust me I know it has happened here, but points well made..

let the price.. be what is and increase the way it does or decrease drop or whatever let the global (world community) to see what is going on .. let the UI wallet get in so people feel comfortable. distribution wide global distribution is the key later will come the transactions, and with that you will drop off your chair seeing value of this coin
1675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 11:18:31 PM
I made a prediction few posts back (maybe a week ago) we are going to hit 20,000,000 difficulty level, I even called myself Nostradamus of crypto

every day I come in and check difficulty level and state of servers, I dual mine coins GPU (Xnn and CPU) system is eating up immense power, but I bought hardware with the intention to attack crypto at its lowest (believe we are at that point Today)

the 1,000 QCN bounty for UI is plentiful , API work to allow exchanges to connect and trade QCN is abs. needed and great move

dev bio write up is as good as it can get, ending, as I am making my rounds across the landscape and need to prepare for another GPU mining operation.. all is looking ok and very beginning stages of not just this coin but any coin

also remember, CryptoNight transaction are truly anonymous hope you know what you have in your hands

till tomorrow!

 Cool
1676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 10:43:11 AM
like the mood that prevails in this post. I have the most optimistic expectations!

+1

I like it , but do react, even if it is one sentence against "mood manipulation" it is done 100% on purpose and it is wrong

have a wonderful day!
1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 10:18:50 AM
Good morning.

Monero this Monero that. Someone is trying to take 200+ miners and make them mine Monero haha, unbelievable . by now I know how it all works. Stop manipulating pleaaaase !

1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 03:24:17 AM
What happens with these coin everyday price drops  Huh

When was the last time the Dev has popped his head in this thread and what new updates have been observed?

I think I will need to run the diff on the source code and post it here in order to stop the FUD  Cool

another day is coming to an end (for me in my time zone) collection of QCN continues,, I have to say it is taxing on CPU's and electricity and heat is enormous , but fans are working.. knock on wood!

till tomorrow gang!
1679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [QCN] QuazarCoin | Privacy&Data protection | CPU only | Optimized miner on: June 03, 2014, 03:21:12 AM
and there is a >> binary operation and there is speed factor setting (that had to be tested) are you expecting dev to rewrite base btw *competition* I think I know which coin you come from.. did the same thing from Bytecoin

I suggest you look at the repos, and look at the overall approach. There is a world of difference between the two, and the gap will only widen.

In any case, I didn't claim the ability to make a one line change to the emission curve as evidence of developer competence, you did, lol.

very true lol. my apology of course.. think was just reacting to FUD I was bit tired.. I trust you, i could run diff on the command line. I responded too quick.. anyways I am focusing on mining , it is going ok, adaptation is there, knowledge about the coin has not gone reached out yet to the wider audience.. some how features such as UI will be great for not techie audience (maybe) because we have now > 1000 alt coins with the same UI lol and some are creating *colored* UI as it will make a huge difference.. it is a bit crazy out there in the alt crypto world  Roll Eyes

once again I apology for speedy response on >> operator (high school kids can understand this by now binary arithmetics)

Looks like Apple may be changing its policy on allowing crypto wallets in the app store for approval. Certainly good for distro! http://www.coindesk.com/apple-policy-update-may-open-door-bitcoin-transactions/

just excellent.... anyways see you all tomorrow..
