Mt Gox requires 6 confirmations before you can sell your bitcoins, and its been over an hour since the last "confirmation." I was not referring to the 50btc earned. oh i see! right....hmmmm I think anyone who has bitcoins to sell, already has them on Gox so i say very little effect But, because of this recent increase in price, there could be people wanting to sell now who weren't willing earlier. :O true, but 1 hour wont do anything. if i was to sell +10,000BTC i would take my sweet ass time. IDK, i did have a feeling a nice dip was coming soon, some how i dont think this 1 hour block is going to play much of a role the price increase tho..... |

what if QE3 works  You'll never hear anyone on this forum admit to it.  Well I think the goal of QE is to weaken the dollar. So yes, QE3 will work, as did QE1&2. how badly would gold crash if the economy recovered?
back to 300$/oz?
how low will the USD be when that happens is the real question. I don't think we'll ever see 300$/oz again without a "New Dollar" QE isn't about weakening the dollar... that's a side effect its about forcing banks to loan money. And forcing cash hoarders to spend/invest. right, So the only thing that could foil QE plans is if everyone invest into things like Gold and not them self's, and hope the economy goes to shit, just so they can play out their "financial meltdown survivor" fantasy Ah ah, what a shitty strategy then.
