Have you tried to contact with them who have left negative feedback's and still alive ? Otherwise how you are confirmed that they need something to remove their feedback's? Hello, everyone who left negative feedback in 2016 was based on 1 incident that they had heard about but were not involved with. The one player who was involved with this issue was satisfactorily compensated and continued to play here. Prior to us contacting everyone who left the negative feedback, there were about 15 of these (all from the one incident). Everyone we spoke to reversed their feedback, except those remaining.
