1745  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: October 7: BTC is expected to reach a high level and will continue to rise durin on: October 08, 2021, 10:06:09 PM

OP's analysis isn't far from the truth, though I was a lot skeptical clicking on the links in their post. I hate clickbaits. However, I agree with them that Bitcoin will witness a tremendous spike (it's already happening) this month. For me, Bitcoin's bullishness is likely to end the way that of 2017 ended in December.

My TA inlines with your analysis as well. I've computed the %change of the monthly to yearly markets and the hype and popularity really just feels the same as what happens back in 2017. The bullish market can really be compared on that year plus how the trendline forms from low time frame to huge ones are just expectable and amazing. The only thing that might challenge the BTC price action is if scams would be a common thing or the FUDs win. But if analyzed with fundamental analysis as well, then we really are expecting an ATH of 100k this year. (hopefully)
1746  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am a bookmaker worker. Want to share info with you on: October 08, 2021, 09:46:43 PM
The OP is talking about making others bet for him with his information and money (or probably your money as well) and is subject to match fixing - in which already a redflag not only on his behalf but also on the company/business he claims to be part of. I see that you only scheme the main topic without further looking forward on what the discussion is all about. But for now, the OP isn't really replying on the accusations thrown to his claims and is already a solid description of a scam.
I think it's better that op didn't reply. It could be a scam and the interested partner could be in serious trouble since op didn't reply and op didn't take to provide answers. Also didn't provide any proof that op have infos about a match.

Indeed. It will just be a defensive attitude if the OP will keep replying despite the fact of him losing each and every accusations. But what bothers me somehow is that if he fails his modus in here, he can still do it on other platform or groups that doesn't really verifies information first or to those that are greedy to make money hasle-free in gambling, hence would spark a little chain to match-fixing schemes and fixers always wins... Besides, who even does have a "private information" and still relies on the bet accounts of others Grin He just literally foreshadowed the fact that his "matches" never really won nor exist at all.
1747  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: This is How Apple Killed our Company on: October 08, 2021, 08:49:29 PM
This is a short version of our story, but if you're interested, you can read the full version here.  Cry

~

It is a common knowledge that Apple Company really has issues with implementing/publishing third party applications from companies they might not find profitable to their sight. Since you've just boomed in their platform, they know that they can either stop you from making profits on their platform just by banning your application, or they could just sue you for things that they claim written in their TOS. Your experience reminds me on why Apple also banned Flappy Bird for the same money reasons. This really defines the fact that Apple's platform really isn't business/developers friendly.

Just a normal and bad merchant, once a fisher got a lot of fishes, the merchant tends to do everything to get the fishers fishes or make money from him.
1748  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam QR API bitcoinqrcodemaker.com on: October 07, 2021, 11:06:07 PM

That is sad that there are so many scams and not many good services...
I used simple text to QR generator.
It has not BTC logo, but it serves its purpose and works perfectly.

It's just really not good to rely on Bitcoin QR Generator services while QR works mostly just by reading the blacks and whites hence generating your address on a simple text to QR generator would suffice. You can also check the validity of your QR just simply be scanning it and scanners are already available in any smartphone. Scanning it with your phone's camera would prompt you what the message or the link the QR provides which is obviously a tool to verify what you've generated. Hope no one relies nor promotes QR generators exclusive for Bitcoin that doesn't show warnings about its risks and consequences.

1749  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Widget on Android on: October 07, 2021, 10:22:11 PM
Monitor any coin price right at your home screen
It is still in early development, I hope to receive feedback from you all Cheesy

Looks cool man! But yeah, the problems is that you create an app and published it knowing that there is already an app that has the same idea but with more features.

As for the features, I would suggest that you can change not only the size of the grid layout but also the font and the visuals it displays. User can check whether or not to show the graphs, the holdings, the price, and etc. Some people might find graphs unnecessary in their homepage whilst some doesn't really like huge font sizes. Also, it will be cooler if you will publish your github repo. Don't treat this project to be a business, as one business already has such features.
1750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The joy of trading the spot market on: October 07, 2021, 09:41:37 PM
I don't understand what you mean by 50:50, but what you said about spot trading has been proven. mental readiness and patience is needed to wait for the results of spot trading, this is a good strategy to start trading. Spot trading makes traders' emotions more relaxed, as you said it doesn't form a greedy and get rich quick mindset.

But the issue is on some spot traders themselves. Despite of having a technical analysis, a take profit price, and a stop loss, most still tends to look and stare on the chart while also searching for news that can be crucial or helpful to their technical analysis. Some are driven by greed to change their positions/take profits and some are really just afraid to lose some part of their money and tend to not rely on their stop-loses. But yeah, Spot trading is indeed fun, not in a way that you earn by making little actions, but by earning with ease in mind that hitting your stop loss or not reaching your TP, you know yourself that it is a fine trade, a healthy one.
1751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karnataka Government Banned Online Gambling on: October 07, 2021, 09:08:50 PM

- We might see stricter regulations from other states as well which even though might be challenged, but would take freedom out of people's hands when it comes to online Gambling and Betting.

Therefore be careful if you are Gambling in Karnataka now. Some sites do block the VPN as well, so you might be in a loss if you try to bet on things without legal consent from the government, let's hope the amends can be made in a positive sense, they might restrict but outright banning might cause people to use underhanded methods to engage in it, what do you think ?

Regulating online betting with such issue can be a bad thing for their state but can also be a good decision. Bad if most of the citizens in Karnataka uses gambling just as their part time stress relievers and have a balanced time in gambling and in their daily living, and it might spark a little issue from those gamblers against their state. Good if and only if there are people that tend to RELY on gambling and sees it to be their businesses, in which can really be a bad thing for their citizens both mentally and financially.

On the other hand, governments must take regulations onto considerations first before really banning a certain thing just because of an issue. They can help their citizens with such gambling addiction by offering free therapies to those that are addicted and they can also help their people more inline in money making from what they know gambling can do.
1752  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: *Day Traders* are now calling gambling Addiction helplines!! on: October 07, 2021, 08:36:07 PM

My question is : *How far is day trading from Gambling according to you?*
Is that a valid comparison?? Are we soon going to consider the day trading *gambling?*

Day trading for those who are not really confident with their technical analysis in their day trades often are just gambling their chances on what they predict the price would be. Trading is somehow a gamble but the predictions can be infinite whereas gambling itself can be a 50:50 chance, 1:6, and so on. yes it is a valid comparison where there is no really huge differences in its general idea and action. It's no common that the market would make some traders require helplines as many can win many times and won't see the time passes. Day Traders are often engaged too much as it is their living, then therefore no wonder why it can drive them to trade more and more.
1753  Economy / Gambling / Re: I am a bookmaker worker. Want to share info with you on: October 07, 2021, 07:47:30 PM
You should at least do some free offer first I would love to see how good your predictions are and I would give you a handful of partners including myself. Currently I have friends who are willing to pay for this on the condition what the pay for is actually what the get and not otherwise but they are scared of been scammed so how do I price your authenticity

The OP is talking about making others bet for him with his information and money (or probably your money as well) and is subject to match fixing - in which already a redflag not only on his behalf but also on the company/business he claims to be part of. 1755  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: {Warning}: Flubot Android Malware on: October 05, 2021, 01:20:25 PM
It would be more beneficial if Android manufacturers will increase the friction when asking the user to "install applications outside google play store".

This friction will at least make non-techy person to just run away from installing unknowns applications so as reducing the cases of getting hacked.
1756  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Urgent can I restore trezor without their device? on: October 05, 2021, 10:01:37 AM
Not a theta holder but I think you could extract your theta using their web wallet[1]. If importing your seed phrase successfully works, then  you should consider your seed phrase to be compromised and immediately transfer them to another address.

Or to be safe, get a new hardware wallet and then generate a new seed phrase.

It would be helpful if someone can confirm that it is method is doable.

What is your opinion about the fact that casinos are now offering NFTs as prizes more and more often? Roobet and Rollbit just to name a few. The NFT
As far as I know, Roobet joining the NFT hype is just a rumor that originates from the Roobet players/ Forum members just because Rollbit is launching their own NFT called Rollbot[1]

The NFT hype is of course currently huge, but I also see the danger that we are experiencing an "ICO 2.0" and that NFTs will no longer interest anyone in the near future?
Except that some of the NFT's could give a lot of perks to their holders which are different to ICO's. The only thing why ICO has become unsustainable is that many people believe in Greater fool theory[2]

- Will not yet alter the breeding formula of SLP and AXS.
- Burning SLP Mechanisms has already been formulated by the Devs since 2018.
- Burning Mechanism: Release your Axie in exchange for resources that you can use to upgrade.
- The Devs cannot release all the updates at once as it will hurt the economy. Yes, the SLP will exponentially rise but it will not be
sustainable.

- E-sport Server will come soon.
- The roadmap will be updated in the coming months.
- Recently had a big meeting for the land gameplay.
- In the land, you can craft, harvest resources and build structures.
- There will also have an option to fight for resources in the other plots.

- Energy gain, steal and poison are hard to balance.

- 50% of the new comers in Axie Infinity doesn't know how the crypto works.

- The collabland was very beneficial to the Discord update as it separates Axie owners to someone who's just spreading FUD.
- The Axie community needs to be really careful where to get informations.
- It's very easy to craft positive/negative about Axie Infinity, be careful.
- Shorting SLP, Hiring people to spread FUD, Bots farming are the new problems the Devs are facing.
- Nfts will change the game industry.
- Axie Infinity is a nation, $2B worth of transactions. Only 4.25% are being taxed by the Devs, and the rest is for the nation.
As you are being incentivized for your time and effort.
- There's currently NO Ronin mobile wallet.
- Ronin Mobile wallet, coming soon.
- Security is one of the main concern of the Devs. It's taking more time but assures us that it will be worth it.

- On YGG, Unethical Behavior allegations about the Devs, Aleksander is an advisor and seed investor of YGG. He's giving advice on the business side but that doesn't mean they will give a biased benefit. Jeffrey, "Working on a space, we only have our reputation and integrity, we will not exchange it for doing unethical"

1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legalized Gambling where you live..where does it stand? on: October 04, 2021, 02:16:44 PM
In the Philippines it's legal. As long as your gambling business is registered and accredited to operate in PAGCOR[1] and has the needed permit coming from the the LGU's you're good to operate.

Who doesn't want a fair share amount of money from an entity that produces a huge amount of money on a daily basis? None. And this is why our country is eager to permit them to operate. They are often called as income generating entity so to speak. Not only that, even Malls, condo or KTV bars have casinos operating along with them...
