Ey! For those noots out there, I just discovered that nootropicsnowph [1] is accepting bitcoin payments [2] which is a plus for people who are lazy enough to trade their BTC to PHP in Binance. But of course, need pa rin ng proper sleep, clean foods, saka good sleep para ma optimize yung effect nung stimulant. I heard people said there were issues with the balance not displaying correctly. So is this one correct?
Yeah there are some instances [1], however you can just clear the application's cache or simply connect yout Ledger device to Electrum for you to verify the real balance in your wallet. [1] https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/x5xk5m/ledger_live_account_balance_error/it's best to wait few days first to see if there are issues with it mentioned by others first before you update?
I don't think it's a big deal. For me, as long as there is an update available not only for Ledger Live but for the firmware as well -- I immediately update. In fact, before updating them, I am always 2 weeks behind after their release as I am not frequently using it.

- Document the error you are getting, especially if it involves a pop up message. By documenting, I mean taking screenshot or videos. - Check and verify if there is a sudden change in TOS - Contact the live support - Switch browser. If the issue still persists, change your device and log in using it. If the error wont't budge.. - Ask the bitcointalk communitt or whatever forum they have including in-game chat - Email them professionally. That would probably your last resort.

Aside from the fact that you are giving your personal data to their non-respecting privacy apps, the most practical way to earn a living is work to earn Nevertheless, scam to earn are just recycled concepts.

If we are talking about the best, then it would be those portfolio tracker that's open source. Try checking out crypTrax [1] and Portfolio Performance [2]. However, it does not support mobile application so you need to manually verify and install then on your dekstop/laptop. They aren't beginner friendly as well so that's tradeoff in exchange for your privacy. I won't bother opening an account with Blockfolio, Coingecko, or any other similar portfolio tracking applications where you don't have complete control over the information you provide them with even if you say that it's just some kind of text input. I have joined 2 discord group of crypto traders led by @Mindset_BTC and @bloodgoodBTC -- that's their Twitter handle. You can chat or ask questions from there but it isn't a community that's frequently active who will gave signals for you to follow. They also have trading resources just to get your feet wet. Or...you can just hop in to the Speculation[1] or Trading Discussion[2] board here in this forum. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=57.0[2] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0

I agree with that. Limiting the discussion to “competitions” (might also be true for paintings on commission), it also might be easier to master the use of AI than master the painting technique. Unfair advantage.
Exactly! Not only for competitions though, but also for digital artists who spent thousands of hours just to get a corporate job. And I fear that there will come a time where companies would rather pay an artist who can create a piece that's close to being a "masterwork" within minutes than commissioning an artist who will create a piece of artwork in a month.

It seems that the focus of our conversation in this episode focused on the local app wallet of coinsph, where they can also conduct trading without visible charts or graphs so that they are not confused as a newbie in the crypto industry Sir.
Have you also discussed that every other financial services that involves bitcoin trading have different buy and sell spreads [1]? I mean if you compare coins.ph, Binance, Abra and bloomx; they all offer different buy and sell rates which if you know, you can compare the prices and probably save you a bit of cash than relying only with one service like coins.ph which kinda sucks.. Also, if maybe you'll conduct another seminar, you can mention that learning how to use limit order could save you a lot from fees than using the Market Order in Binance. I was thinking of borrowing some cash for my school project.....buh I'm not certain yet though. Please I'd love to know your criterias for getting a one-month loan of about 0.0099? Kind regards
Sandra❣️
Hi @Sandra_hakeem, Unfortunately, this lending thread isn't active anymore and I don't think someone will still be able to lend their money to someone else given by how much the pandemic badly hits their job and how the inflation affects their livelihood. Plus, you are from Nigeria, no? because.. This section is strictly for Pinoy users only, bawal ang taga labas, otherwise ma defeat ang purpose natin.

I just use computer that i use on almost daily basis. Nothing unique, except i use HDD store Bitcoin Core data.
Thanks for the input!! Maybe that's my last option. I don't know, I just feel like having a separate hardware used specifically in running a full node is pretty fun especially with the knowledge and experience you can extract from doing it. Thank you @ETFbitcoin. Very much appreciated. Would this be any better for Raspberry Pi 4? Looking at their website, it looks like the MINI PC includes 8GB of RAM, so you'll basically need 1 or 2 TB of SSD to complete the setup.
Performance wise, it's far better than Raspberry Pi 4. But i don't know whether it's best bang for buck compared with Intel NUC or other mini PC. I think it's fine with me

Heya! Can anyone share their bitcoin node setup? I am just looking for some ideas which I hope I can implement slowly. You can also share the hardware specification . And also I have found another alternative for raspberry pi 4 named Beelink MINI S [1]. Would this be any better for Raspberry Pi 4? Looking at their website, it looks like the MINI PC includes 8GB of RAM, so you'll basically need 1 or 2 TB of SSD to complete the setup. [1] https://www.bee-link.com/catalog/product/index?id=302

Depends on your preferences, risk tolerance and selected timeframe I guess?
In my portfolio, I only have bitcoin, ethereum and monero simply because they are the only project that makes sense to me especially with their respective use-cases. Plus, the parameters like their community, purpose, and the tech behind the project is what sets these coins to survive in the long haul, which is in retrospect fits long tern investing.
That's just me though. You needed to assess yourself first, because what works for might not work for you.

@BitcoinHunt3r
As I was saying, it looks like the problem comes from my browser and not from Roobet's end. Just recently, I was able to withdraw the funds I was talking about yesterday using my desktop. And I am sure that anybody can still withdraw their funds with only level 1 verification being completed.
I apologize for making such fuss with regards to KYC again. Again, it's on my end and not from theirs. Problem solved. Thank you.

I'll try my best Simply because with POS, you are trusting whales or people who holds large amount of coins to create a new blocks effortlessly thus making the network much less secure as compared to POW. I can't get to the technical know-how, unfortunately, but the premise is that bitcoin switching to POS isn't worth the risk given how many attack vectors are involved -- this means many different type of hacks or anomalies could happen. - https://download.wpsoftware.net/bitcoin/pos.pdf- https://medium.com/@factchecker9000/nothing-is-worse-than-proof-of-stake-e70b12b988caTo make it more simple, think of it like the economic side of things where the top 1% have more control over the rules that we live in making it centralised and prone to corruption.

Except if you are a heck of a serious player striving to reach to the top of the leaderboard, which again demands a decent amount of money and your free time; It is impossible that you will still be able to earn a reasonable amount of money by playing these games. And I'm not only referring to P2E games like Axie Infinity or Gods Unchained here but in general.
If you still want to play, you might want to give up the notion of their earning potential and just play the game for fun instead.

Im not level 2 verified but still able to withdraw. Did you ask the support for the reason?
To my surprise, I don't know why the withdrawal is disabled when using my laptop, but the withdrawal works when I tried logging my account using my desktop. Perhaps, it has something to do with my hardened firefox browser causing the website to break. But then again, it's too bad I have surrendered the level 2 verification without verifying the community first

Hey guys! It's just odd that Roobet now restricts me from withdrawing my funds even though I was able to withdraw without doing the level 2 verification in the past few months.
Do you guys able to withdraw without your level 2 verification? Hoping someone would clarify. Thank you.
Edit: I have no choice but to do the KYC, but why is it that the withdrawal is still disabled? LOL

That's why it's best to use email aliases when signing up/giving an email to any services you used especially when you are buying any crypto related products.
That way, you have more control over the emails being sent to you as you have the option to disable that specific alias, and obfuscate your real email in case hack like this happened.

Welp! When I first saw your thread, I was going to ask why the heck BTCUSD was trading between $9k and $10k when in reality it was trading between $20k and $22k. Then I realized that you were making these calls years ago. LOL
Do you trade only with forex pairs? What about BTCUSDT? Luckily, there is a telegram notication bot for this one.
Nice thread by the way.
