Actually, they didn't. All they did was create a website and sent some bitcoins from one wallet of theirs to another wallet of theirs. There is no non-profit status whatsoever to it. BFL, the for-profit company, is 100% still in control of those bitcoins. |

I pretty much have already had enough with this situation overall.
Didn't you say that a while ago? I have reached a point personally where all I want is working hardware and the appropriate compensation for my hassles so I can move on past this insane drama they seem intent on keeping going. I am getting tired of wondering what the next move will be.

I'm ready to order two SP30's however am somewhat confused on the power requirments for the units.. When I look at the pic and try to understand the tech docs these look like two standard server Power Supplies with a 110 plug.. At my rack I have 4 20 amp circuits with the standard american wall outlet .. So, if I understand this right I can plug each PSU into its own 110 circuit and I should be OK >? Does this sound correct ?

S3's go for .75 x 2 all the time, but your only getting about 900ghs and no power supply.
Yeah, but when you order an S3, odds are they'll be delivered on time. Buyers here need to be aware that the odds of an on-time delivery from AMT is virtually 0%. |

I have been at the factories and at the BA offices since I got here. I have 2 X3s coming back with my in my suitcase (as many as I can fill) and are finishing up having a pallet of X1s and a pallet of X3s shipped back to me tonight since I leave tomorrow.
When are the X3s due to arrive? |

It's "hard to prove" HF was "lying from the start" because they are/were not a scam. High-tech start-ups (much like Bitcoin) are EXTREMELY risky; that's a fact of life you should deal with instead of seeking cop-outs to justify your own complacent sense of entitlement.
