Both Bitcoin and altcoins are risky, no crypto coin is really safe. But it is true that altcoins is riskier because its volatility is higher. However, higher volatility enables bigger profits. People who expect for bigger profits, probably interested in altcoins.

Bitcoin isn't totally safe, it has a risk too. Who can guarantee the same pattern of bullrun season will repeat? No one knows how the next bullish season to happen. Although the price skyrocket in the previous bullrun seasons, it is not impossible if it may not repeat again due to many factors. Regarding the potential of altcoins, it is almost the same as Bitcoin. The price of altcoins can skyrocket if Bitcoin can increase its value significantly. If the price of Bitcoin can't increase much, I doubt if there will be big altcoin season.

Iya, Satoshi bisa saja memanipulasi harga BTC. Tapi faktanya tidak ada sama sekali pergerakan transaksi dari wallet-wallet milik Satoshi. Artinya Satoshi tidak berniat untuk memanipulasi harga.

Banyak kemungkinannya:
1. Bisa jadi Satoshinya memang sudah tiada
2. Satoshi menjaga privasinya (satu transaksi bisa saja menjadi celah untuk melacaknya)
3. Satoshi tidak ingin trust orang-orang ke BTC hilang (orang mungkin khawatir dengan nasib BTC karena Satoshi punya power untuk mengontrol harga)

Satoshi setidaknya menunjukkan komitmennya jika BTC itu memang tidak ada yang mengontrolnya. Dengan cara ini juga Satoshi ingin orang-orang percaya desentralisasi BTC. Membangun trust orang-orang ke BTC itu tidak mudah. Sekali Satoshi salah langkah, mungkin orang-orang tidak percaya lagi dengan BTC dan konsep2nya.

We need to learn controlling emotion because it may bring bad impacts if the emotion is  out of control. In gambling, when you become emotionally, you may lose all your funds a day because you try to recover the losses. Sure, it is human nature, but if you have no ability to control it, you are probably out of control. It is the same as discipline and responsibility, you can't master them if you never learned them. You gave the example of people chasing the losses, they will never remember about relaxing mind or breaking if they can't control emotion. When gamblers feel emotionally because of losses, they will always try to gamble more and more until they get enough wins.

If he really gambles properly and use his own money, he has the right to gamble. He is already 18 year old, he fulfills the minimum age on the country. But if he stole the money of his parents to gamble, he must stop it immediately. It can't be allowed, he probably try to stole the money more and more. Especially since he is unemployed, has no job. In the future, he won't only stole the money of his family members, he will try to stole the money of other people.

In this case, the problem isn't about the gambling, but how he got the money to gamble. That's why a gambler must be mature person, mature person mostly has a job to get money. When someone still can't live independently, he shouldn't force himself to gamble. It may cause problems if unemployed person tries to gamble but he has no money. Greedy ini tidak hanya kaitannya dengan ilmu, itu juga karena faktor mental/psikologi dan pengalaman. Mereka yang masih mudah memilih pake uang pinjaman, mental mereka belum cukup kuat untuk menahan godaan. Apalagi minim pengalaman, jadinya mereka belum tau rasanya loss ditambah tanggungan utang. Yang sudah paham dan pernah mengalami, pasti akan berpikir ulang untuk memilih pinjaman.

Kesan judi bukan di pola pikir, tapi pada cara trading/investasinya. Eniwei, selama milih koin yang aman, sebenarnya tidak terlalu masalah. Misalnya mau investasi long term milih BTC, ETH, atau ADA. Selama beli ketika bearish dan set di spot market, tidak ada ruginya. Paling bedanya potensi besar kecil profitnya saja. Karena ketika di bullrun season, harganya besar kemungkinan naik cukup signifikan. Namun jika target TPnya short term, memang harus lebih teliti karena kita tidak tau berapa lama harga akan up atau down. Bisa beberapa hari, minggu, atau bahkan bulan.

Sure, no business has no risks. Both trading and investing have their own risks. But investing in BTC for a long term holding seem a bit secure than trading random coins. If we don't want to take big risks, it is recommended to invest in BTC and target for profits in the bullrun season. However, this requires few years to take the profits. While if we want to take profits faster, trading can be the option. But to trade crypto coins, we must have skills and knowledge. We also need experience to understand which trading strategy fits with current the market trend. So, it is not about dare or not. It is about our capability. Which one seems more suitable with our capability.

It is pretty true. We just need to share necessary information about Bitcoin. And we must tell all the facts of it, don't preach someone based on our own opinion. Show the positive and negative sides, too. So, when he/she realizes the advantage and disadvantage of it, he/she won't be so surprised. It is really important. Because if we don't tell honestly and just tell the advantage, she/he will be disappointed when she/he knows the negative side.

Sure, when it is about the decision to invest or not, let he/she decides it him/herself. We mustn't force someone to invest in Bitcoin, even she/he is our family member. Kalau masalah turunnya cukup drastis, rata-rata token memang turunnya drastis selama bearish season. Walaupun memang diakui hingga saat ini TKO masih -95% dari ATHnya. Namun selama masih ada pengembangan Tokocrypto, saya pribadi masih beranggapan tidak mustahil harga TKO bisa up lagi. Apalagi Tokocrypto masih menjadi top exchange di Indonesia. Lain halnya kalau Tokocrypto hanya exchange abal-abal, wajar kalau ada claim TKO sudah tidak ada harapan.

Dari mana agan tau kalau target mereka sudah tercapai? Itu murni cuman spekulasi ente. Saya kurang paham dengan TEN, tapi untuk TKO saya masih yakin tim Tokocrypto tentu masih punya rencana pengembangan. TKO bukan meme coin yang hanya mengandalkan hype, TKO punya fundamental yang jelas. Kalau cuman untuk dapat opit dari hype, tim Tokocrypto tidak akan memberikan fungsi penting TKO terhadap pengembangan Tokocrypto.

We already experienced few big dumps, some bad news made significant drops in BTC price. But the price still can survive above $20k, it means there is a strong resistance above $20k. Although it is not impossible for BTC price to drop again below $20k, I believe it won't happen as long as there is no more terrible bad news. Sure, the bad news will always be possible to happen. But if it is just common FUDs, it won't impact significantly to BTC price. FUDs is no longer surprising thing, we are familiar enough with FUDs.

I don't know in what way they can determine it. But I really doubt it if BTC will drop around $12k-8k$. The bearish period is almost over, we are heading the end of second year of bearish. Even there will be dump again, ideally it should be not very far from the current price.

Agree. Privacy is necessary whether we are newbies or pros. Private information shouldn't be easy to share although we may get benefits by sharing it. Everyone must know the issue that private data can be sold on the black market. It is not only newbie data, the data of experienced people can be sold as well.  So, everyone must take attention for their private data / private information. As long as it is not very urgent, never share the data for any purpose.

Sure, not all newbies easily share their private data/information. The newbies who understand how important their private data and care about it, they won't share it to anyone whatever the reason is. Pihak Tokocrypto pasti melihat masukan dari para member, apalagi channel sosmed mereka terbilang aktif. Jadi mereka pasti dapat masukan tiap hari, bahkan tiap jam. Sangat bisa dipahami jika mereka merespon cepat dengan menyediakan pair IDR lainnya. Hanya saja pair yang baru disediakan bukan untuk koin utama (BTC, ETH). Saya kira, itu karena pertimbangan market BIDR, terutama market BTC/BIDR dan ETH/BIDR. Jika sudah ada pair BTC/IDR dan ETH/IDR, kemungkinan akan ada penurunan signifikan untuk market BIDR. Karena orang-orang sudah tidak perlu convert ke BIDR lagi, tapi langsung ke IDR. (senada dengan yang dikumukakan Husna QA, itu terkait keberlangsungan market BIDR).

Menguras dompet dalam artian fee WDnya besar? Saya kira fee WDnya masih cukup masuk akal, meskipun lebih ribet prosesnya karena harus diubah ke IDR.

Pake cara lain, jangan BIDRnya yang dijual ke IDR. Kalau BIDR itu hasil trading/convert dari koin lain, misalnya trade BTC ke BIDR. Maka besok-besok coba jual ke USDT saja, jangan ke BIDR. Atau misalnya besok sudah ada pair BTC/IDR akan lebih gampang lagi. Jadi tidak perlu convert BIDR ke IDR, bisa langsung BTC ke IDR. Selama belum ada pair BTC/IDR, coba dulu jual BTC ke USDT, nanti USDT convert ke IDR.

Yep. It is very annoying when we have the opponent who makes a fun with annoying attitude. Yes, it is strange to continue gambling when you feel hungry. So, it is something impossible to do in my life that OP stated to gamble without breakfast in the morning. Only probably addicts do that, they may never feel any thing else because they too focus on chasing the wins. But if we are normal gamblers, we must stop gamble first when it seems uncomfortable for us.

Of course, there should time to stop temporarily if we still think about the entertainment, pleasure, or fun. Feeling hungry, feeling sleepy, or when we already spend too much time, that should be the indicator to stop it immediately. We mustn't continue it when it is no longer in a comfortable condition. Yep, Bitcoin investment can be one of the options to make wealth. People can develop their capital by investing in Bitcoin. However, it requires time for holding and take profits. Iya, untuk proyek lokal memang targetnya cuman sebatas nasional Indonesia. Bukan hanya dari masalah produknya, tapi juga komunitas yang dibentuk dan marketingnya mencerminkan kalau targetnya bukan untuk market global. Dari beberapa proyek lokal yang saya ikuti, umumnya campaign mereka memang hanya dimaksimalkan ke arah investor/trader lokal. Walaupun memang mereka juga punya channel global, tapi itu seperti cuman pelengkap saja. Jadi ya kecil harapannya mereka-mereka bakal membidik market global, mereka memang tidak menyiapakan fundamental yang pas untuk trader/investor global.

Apalagi beberapa proyek lokal memang terlihat mentargetkan hype sesaat. Bisa dilihat dari cara marketing yang sangat masif sampe menggunakan publik figur, tapi tidak diimbangi dengan pengembangan produk/service yang serius. Dari hal ini saja kita bisa menyimpulkan bahwa proyek-proyek lokal ini tidak berencana untuk survive dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Cuman menargetkan fast profit and run.
