Life looking pretty bleak for most people in the current climate (luckily not bitcoin OG’s).
Here’s a little joke I saw which will hopefully put a smile on even one face if you’re stuggling.

@BTCnHODL
I told my boss I needed a pay rise and that 3 other companies were after me.

Boss: “Which ones?”

Me: “Gas, electric, water.”

Cool, I’m excited to see what this is. If I had to guess, a new football team sponsorship or even tickets to the World Cup in Qatar for somebody who gets lucky on the forum?

Intrigued….

Winners have been announced  Smiley ETH was very close.

Have you guys realised BNB and BUSD on Bitcasino? Has anyone already tried to deposit and withdraw?

What? What? for the 2 times  LFC_bitcoin won the prediction this month and last month even win 2 contests at once
I don't know how he did it if only luck how he gets both, I think he is a psychic which must be forbidden to participate next month  Cheesy
Anyway, congratulations  for you guys.

I’ve become very good at knowing when to buy & sell bitcoin since 2014.

Timing is key & I am rather good at price predictions Wink
1 btc = over $120,000 at some stage in 2025 (there’s one for free).

Thanks for the opportunity to play as always, Karl.
1786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My feelings after 11 years with crypto. on: September 28, 2022, 03:33:12 PM
There are lots of people in similar situations to the OP. I think for those who were in bitcoin really early & lost it all, it’s worse for them than noobs who come now & can’t even buy 1 full bitcoin.

The thing is, life is too short. You can’t spend your life full of regret. Embrace life, make the best of it & start buying bitcoin again. You probably won’t be in as good a position as you would have been if you HODLED but you’ll still be in a better position than most of the world.

Dust yourself down & go again.

It’s been a quite embarrassing run of results for Southgate’s England. It doesn’t get much easier tonight as they take on their fiercest, oldest rivals Ze Germans.

2021 was particularly wimpy for the last bull year of the cycle.
A possible explanation: market started anticipating a rapid tightening by the Fed.
Notably, all large tech turned down almost at the same time despite high profits.

I think COVID & the massive fall out from that across the world had a part to play there. Also the China perma ban was really bad, right in the middle of peak bull market. I firmly believe both COVID & China stopped us seeing north of $120,000.

Could mean we get an extra high blow off top in 2025. Kind of like a delayed ignition!

We just might see the heavily hailed Greta Great Reset develop in front of our eyes..

I'm already thinking about how to answer "What did you do back then?" to my descendants. I can just hope they will have a nice life with the coins I leave them

Nations League action tonight, hope some of you brought the bacon home. It can be a struggle to find suitable things to bet on during the international break but the Nations League is always a good option, these games always seems to have lots of goals for some reason.

I’m currently pining for the PL to return Wink

Nagelsmann doesn’t need to worry too much yet. Bayern will probably still win the league despite their bad form. There’s only really Dortmund as a proper competitor & they have lots of young players who could choke as the season goes on. Bayern know how to win the big trophies, they have a lot of players with bog experience.
1798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 21, 2022, 05:11:40 PM
I bloody forgot about the World cup being in November this year. Not a massive fan of that honestly, much prefer it in the summers. That's probably going to influence things a lot, especially with injuries as I do believe the games are somewhat close together usually, right?

I'm not disagreeing with anyone by the way, I know the winter months are a little tough to predict, I've just historically been better at it when it comes to betting, and the only thing I can put that down to is having a little more reliable information on the teams. World cup changes that for me though, teams will have to gel again going into that winter period.

Lots of brown envelopes passed under the table from Qatar to FIFA officials to make it happen I think. I’m not keen either, human rights, equality, homophobia problems in Qatar, I don’t agree with it at all. Reports of slave type labour building the stadiums & infrastructure required for such an event too.

I much prefer summer World Cups, in more Westernised places top.
1799  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Royal Family of Dubai partners with CoinCorner to enable Bitcoin transactions on: September 21, 2022, 05:07:30 PM
Coincorner are a small company based in the Isle Of Man. It’s a small part of land just off mainland UK. I’ve watched them grow from a tiny company to what they are now. They have loads of really hot girls working for them (I follow them on Twitter Cheesy).

Massive news really, Dubai always knows how to make big money so it doesn’t surprise me they are serious about bitcoin.
1800  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 21, 2022, 04:52:34 PM
Some really, really tough games for England coming up. They play Italy & then Germany within 3-4 days, both games will be very tough. Whilst the Nations League is important, these games will help Southgate set up to figure out his best team in preparation for the biggest show on earth, an unprecedented winter World Cup. I for one, can’t wait for that.
