I think the whole Stormy Daniels saga and what follows it regarding legal proceedings etc will work in Trump’s favour. I really think that it isn’t a good thing for Democrats as they seem to think it is. I think this is going to rally people behind Trump and voters who are unsure or who are sometimes 50/50 on their allegiances are going to vote Trump. I predict Trump will be the President once again.

Congratulations, DireWolfM14. You won the longest round of this year. I think there are still enough matches in number for you to be able to climb to much higher positions.

Even though I also got high points compared to the previous rounds I still fell behind in the standings. The most important reason for this is that the number of matches in this round. I have produced statistics about how many matches there have been in the rounds so far:

Earlier Hhampuz got the yellow cap by getting 24.5 points in the 20th round in which there were 12 matches. After that round DireWolfM14 managed to reach 24.5 points for the first time.

Thanks for posting this chart CLS, I didn’t know I’d done so well in a previous round. I knew I’d won yellow caps but forgot I hit 21 points once. It’s been a rarity for me this season, most match weeks I’ve been severely lacking behind Cheesy

Just submitted my predictions for the weekend, the biggest game is maybe LFC vs Arsenal. Arsenal are big favourites but Anfield can consume teams. If Arsenal can win on Sunday the title is in sight for them. They would have to avoid defeat at The Etihad and then they will have one hand on the trophy.
1164  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Bitcoin (BTC) Halving? Will Bitcoin Price Really Be $100K Next Year? on: April 07, 2023, 09:19:22 AM
If it’s not in 2024 it’ll definitely be in 2025. $100,000 is very likely in that timeframe due to increased adoption, people looking for somewhere safe to invest their money as inflation runs wild, plus of course the halving. The reduction in supply of newly mined coins is amazing how so far, every time we’ve seen it as the catalyst of big bull runs to new all time highs.

I’m excited to see how high the price can go, I predict somewhere between $150,000 to $200,000 as the top of the next bull run (before 2026). It would be less than 3 x the previous high of $69,000 so definitely achievable.
1165  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 06, 2023, 09:17:20 PM
Page parity again would be cool, hopefully at some point in April. Getting bored of $28,000 so let’s hope we see a significant pump again soon.
1166  Other / Meta / Re: Save your nice merit records here - LAST UPDATE: 06/03/2023 on: April 06, 2023, 08:22:17 PM
There is a better screenshot because LFC_Bitcoin has reached 8000 merits at the moment.

It needs to be recorded and stored in this thread.

Thank you my friend, it’s been a long time coming. I don’t gain Merit at the pace I once did but nonetheless, 8000 Merit is a pretty impressive number to be at. I think only 10 posters on the forum have more.

Form will dictate that Arsenal should batter us. Wouldn’t surprise me if we beat them though but then go and lose to Leeds 4-0.

I want Arsenal to win the league, it’s all in their hands so it’s up to them. Will probably cone down to the game at The Etihad.

Yeah, cue beating Bournemouth 9-0 and United 7-0 this season, while having the worst record in all departments in the Klopp era. Can't say we don't know how to entertain though... regrettable that such good memories must reside in a period of shittiness...

Most fans don’t see their team win anything in a lifetime. We’ve dined at the top table my friend, we’ve won everything club football has to offer. I want to see us sign two or three really physical, athletic midfielders in the summer. If we do I am quite confident we can compete for the title again. I think it’s the midfield that has cost us this season, we still have some really elite players in other positions.

Congrats direwolf, epic round by yourself, one of the best I can remember seeing in a few years of being in the pool.

My pool performance has been a bit like Liverpool’s season Grin

1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: April 05, 2023, 09:12:53 PM
Barcelona 0-4 Real

What the hell, just saw the final score. I’m going to have to watch the goals. There were 12 yellow cards in the game, that doesn’t happen very often Cheesy

I really thought Barcelona would qualify for the final. Madrid always come good at this stage of the season don’t they, something magical about that club, an aura. Who would bet against them winning the CL again.
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 05, 2023, 08:51:21 PM
It's surprising that Casemiro isn't on the field (usually Ten Hag's "talent" evaporates somewhere when Casemiro isn't playing), but United play solidly. Although they still have obvious problems in attack and any goal from Brandford can spoil the result.
Newcastle obviously won't miss a win and so we're watching live as Liverpool's top 4 chances turn into a mirage - it's hardly realistic to win back 10 points in such a short distance.

We don’t deserve to finish in the top 4 any way. We’ve been pathetic all season, serious questions need to be asked in the summer. I don’t want Klopp sacked but he is partly responsible for this season, crap tactics and continuing to start Henderson who is totally finished as a top level player.

Hopefully the season finishes quickly. I don't want to be in the Europa League or Europa Conference League.
Finishing 8th or something would be good so we can refresh in the summer, sign some midfielders and go again next season with one game a week. If we get some mobile, aggressive, physical midfielders and drop Henderson, Fabinho etc we will be competing for titles again. The rest of the team is good.

Is it just me or has round 29 been very high scoring? Lots of people got higher than average points totals. I’m down in lowly 20th with 14 points.

Marsching On Together is a definite Leeds fan.

My words, right out of your mouth. I met up with an Arsenal fan on Monday and first thing I did was apologise, as I really want them to win this. He's still extremely worried, supercomputer says City still win, so would have loved to give them another 3-point cushion.

Form will dictate that Arsenal should batter us. Wouldn’t surprise me if we beat them though but then go and lose to Leeds 4-0.

I want Arsenal to win the league, it’s all in their hands so it’s up to them. Will probably cone down to the game at The Etihad.

Any Plan B disciples still around?

He has a new chart, the dots are monthly.

@100trillionUSD
NEW chart: #Bitcoin  market stages

🔵 stage 1: early bear
🟢 stage 2: late bear
🟡 stage 3: early bull <- we are here
🔴 stage 4: late bull

This is my favorite chart after S2F, based on 1 on-chain variable. Not prediction, but detection. If you like this stuff, I will update.

https://twitter.com/100trillionusd/status/1643595708329603079

I was very critical of S2F & Plan B as the last bull peak was low and his thesis was invalidated. Maybe it was due to COVID & the final China ban? Maybe we would have followed S2F more closely if we didn’t have such a freak event?

Shall we give him another go this bull?

Degenerate buying by Micheal Saylor:

Chad Saylor is at it again, relentless. Microstrategy are going to be one of the highest value companies in the world before 2023. Saylor will be individually, one of the wealthiest guys in the world too.

For us little guys though, keep stacking sats. Anything under $30,000 is a fire sale.

I have always been of the opinion that Graham Potter wasn't in my opinion worthy to coach Chelsea and the club was way too big for him, just like Pochettino managing a team like PSG, however, I still don't think by any means that Graham Potter is a terrible coach, he only just chose to manage the wrong club or maybe even the right the club but at the wrong time.

He wasn’t worthy of the job but he was in an awkward position. Boehly was just buying players like on FIFA. Tyere has been no real master plan, It’s just been spend an obscene amount of money on very average players. Kimd of like throwing loads of horse crap up a wall and hoping some of it sticks. So far their big spending spree looks like a big waste of a lot of money.

Chelsea are oke of the worst teams for sacking managers quickly, Potter never really stood a chance did he. The Chelsea job is a poisoned chalice, Potter is better off not managing them. His career won’t be too badly dakaged because everybody gets sacked at Chelsea.

Chelsea have been a joke all season, probably worse than my team LFC because of the money spent. Having said that, Tuesday night is battle of the flops of the season, Chelsea vs LFC, aka El Shitico.

Very impressive performance by Bayern yesterday, they really laid down a marker in the title race. Bayern go above Dortmund with the win, only 2 points separating them. Obviously hugely important win for Bayern but nothing is won yet, I don’t expect Dortmund to lie down. It will go right down to the wire. Plenty of twists and turns to go, will be very entertaining to see what happens. It’s so much better like this than when Bayern just run away with it.
1180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Heavyweight Boxing 1st April 2023: Joshua vs Franklin on: April 02, 2023, 07:59:47 PM
I watched the fight on my iPhone on a crappy stream. I expected more from Joshua to be honest, I know he won, he was the better fighter in most rounds but I expected a more explosive performance. He’s going to have to be much, much better if he’s even thinking about fighting Fury or even trying to get a 3rd Usyk fight.
