What was this, a dump for ants?

Bears are going to have to do a lot better to shake bear market buying plebs out. There are minimal weak hands left now.
1282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I gave investment advice to my grandfather. on: February 24, 2023, 08:41:44 PM
If you ask me personally, is it a good idea for your Grandfather to invest all his money into bitcoin then I would say yes. I have done very well being balls deep in bitcoin myself. Hopefully he lives through at least another two halvening cycles so he can see his bitcoin drastically increase in value.

There is no better investment than bitcoin if you have a long term view. Hopefully he’s not too old and can see the price many magnitudes higher than it is now.

Fulham vs Wolves tonight at 8pm UK time as we kick off the weekends PL games. I think it’ll be a low scoring affair, maybe under 2.5 goals bet makes sense?

Anybody got any ideas what they’ll be betting on this weekend

Maybe a good tip is to stay well away from backing Liverpool to win (sad LFC_Bitcoin Grin Cheesy)

1284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A time is coming on: February 24, 2023, 12:28:34 PM
Am just waiting for the time the last stage on the picture will be achieved, when biction actually conquers the fiat system and decentralization became the next thing.

It’s coming faster than we think. Governments & central banks are doing a great job of advertising bitcoin without even realising it. They are making so many mistakes, it’s great for us.

I think in our lifetime most people will have some exposure to bitcoin through pension or investment schemes at least. We are here early though, before the majority so we must use this opportunity to stack as many cheap coins as we can before the laggards come in.

I wonder why Liverpool are as favorites in the odds,I know that they are playing in their home field tonight and before their legendary fans who keep singing Liverpool anthem even when they are losing 3-0 but I think that tonight normally Real Madrid is in better shape than Liverpool and I acknowledge that despite being a Liverpool fan.For me is great as I am betting on Liverpool win or draw at 1.55 odd so most likely I am going to win the bet but this I also know it will be very difficult to achieve as Real Madrid is out of the title fight in La Liga being 8 points behind Barcelona so most likely their full focus will be here tonight.

I think Real are probably justifiably favourites to advance to the 1/4 final but at Anfield on CL nights, Liverpool are a different animal. We’ve had a terrible season domestically, I just really hope the old Liverpool comes out to play tonight. Back to back wins against Everton & Newcastle proves nothing tonight but it gives us confidence. I am crossing my fingers for a big performance from the Reds tonight.

1293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 19, 2023, 05:31:46 PM
Just checked my points in the pool for this match week, 4.5 points hmmmmm. I used to be good at this, I won the pool a few years agp, came third another year and I was second in the Russian World Cup. Since then it’s like I don’t know football, I’ve been terrible haha.

Currently sitting in 40th place out of 61.

1294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: February 19, 2023, 01:33:37 PM
Man Utd vs Leicester and Spurs vs West Ham today. I think United will see this as a must win game to keep on the coat tails of Arsenal in the title race. United are far from favourites but they just have to keep winning incase Arsenal slip up a few more times. They have to be there to capitalise on it.

Spurs should win but I would not be too sure about that. West Ham have improved recently & they are by no means a gimme 3 points. Two good games for a Sunday of rest, let’s gooooo.
1295  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 19, 2023, 05:22:25 AM
Seems like we could be ready for another leg up soon. Bears have had long enough now to send us down & failed. Lots of strong hands simply unwilling to sell at these prices in this game. I’m not saying that a black swan & some bull shit caused by a potential depression couldn’t send us lower but it does feel like we have very little selling pressure right now.

I’m calling $27,000 by the end of the month (don’t quote me Wink)

1296  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 18, 2023, 07:59:18 PM
Newcastle 0-2 LFC (Full time)

A bit of an uncomfortable 2-0 victory for me as a Liverpool fan. We should have won a lot more comfortably but I will take the win & move on to the next game. Newcastle fought well especially when you consider they went down to 10 men.

Back to back wins now for the Reds. Top 4 isn't looking so far away but first a titanic battle with Real Madrid on Tuesday.
1297  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 18, 2023, 05:19:00 PM
Massive day so far in the PL, Arsenal with a dramatic winner and City dropping points at lowly Notts Forest.

Just sitting down with an alcoholic beverage to watch my beloved LFC. Hoping for but not expecting a win.

Looks like we have a fight  Cool
Tommy has boarded his flight & is en route to Saudi Arabia.

LETSSSSSS GET IT ONNNNN !
I wouldn't be too sure yet, stranger things have happened Tongue.

Hopefully, it's about time. I mean, it's not exactly Tommy's fault for the last one getting called off. He didn't anticipate getting refused a visa, and effectively banned from entering the country. Plus, honestly I don't think Tommy needs to be scared or anything like that. He's probably relishing the opportunity to make some serious money, and he'll gain quite a bit fame from this regardless how it goes.

He does need to avoid being embarrassed though, so there's always that aspect I suppose. Anyway, it's only confirmed when they've both entered that ring, and the bell goes, that's how pessimistic I've become with boxing Cheesy.

Maybe I’m just being optimistic as I had a bet on Paul to win Wink
I’m sure there will be a prediction contest for us guys here on the forum, courtesy of sportsbet.io & jeremypwr.
