181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: August 02, 2019, 04:13:57 PM
news for boost price. Lets spread the word, lets make strat green arrow again.

https://twitter.com/binance/status/1157230479680032768?s=21

Only need 2 strat in binance account to get in on this deal xD

Yeah but with only 2 Strat the reward proportion will be very low. This will not give the price boost we're looking for(Short-term), But this is a very positive news(Long-term) IMO.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 |ANN| MYSTERIUM NETWORK - Decentralized VPN built on blockchain |MYST| on: August 01, 2019, 12:23:22 PM
Hey guys, take notice on NEW BOUNTY PILOT UPDATE! If you have any questions please ask, we will try to explain everything!

https://mysterium.network/2019/07/11/were-updating-the-node-bounty-payment-schedule/
When will you guys include other countries? I want to run node but my country is still not yet supported, Any reason why you are allowing only certain country's people run node?
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - next generation platform, Secured by Bitcoin on: August 01, 2019, 12:19:36 PM
Binance has started staking rewards for KMD,what is better,to keep Kmd in wallet or on Binance?
Keeping on Binance has advantage like you can trade instantly(When price spikes) and don't have to do anything to get interest. Keeping in wallet doesn't have that instant trading benefit as it requires 120 confirmations, There are advantages and disadvantages to both. I'd like to keep mine in hardware wallet and claim monthly interest.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | STRATIS | The first blockchain developed for businesses |Full POS on: August 01, 2019, 12:13:48 PM
rsi is on a record level down
we should expect a big spike up
downtrend should SHOULD be over
https://www.tradingview.com/x/KAsgFN92/
I think more pain is about to come, Bitcoin is going to blow up! We know what happens when Bitcoin goes up! It feels like Strat or any of the altcoins won't ever recover. :/
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bancor | Protocol for Smart-tokens, solving the liquidity problem on: July 31, 2019, 03:10:39 PM
We are waiting for a night mode for so long now I think it's high time that you guys add a night mode to the bancor platform.
why is the night mode on the platform so important? I think the Bancor team's fix is about price,  Wink
you know Bancor's ROI is currently down 90%
They probably can't do anything to "fix" price, Market decides the price, It's the same for many tokens and coins. We'd just have to wait for the mass user adoption alt season.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] (QTUM) - A Scalable Smart Contract Platform w/ Proof of Stake on: July 31, 2019, 03:04:57 PM
Binance has launched QTUM staking:

https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360031462151

As I understand this is their own pool (50k QTUM coins) which will be distribute in September to holders? So we just need hold QTUM one month on Binance exchange to be eligible get coins?
That's right. You just need to buy QTUM in Binance and hold it there. Every day the snapshot will automatically count and after 1 month, you will receive the reward.

But rewards will be calculating every day and than this will be average rewards per month? This is something like Binance made with Stellar airdrop as understand...
Yea Binance will be taking snapshots daily and distributing rewards monthly. I think it's good for those small holders who don't want to run a node, I'll be depositing some QTUM to see how much would I get.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Symbol For The Satoshi on: July 30, 2019, 02:50:59 PM
The current symbol is best BTC IMO. People can use whatever symbols or logos they like in their apps / websites. Maybe in future where everything is decentralized we'll vote for a new symbol or logo.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't doubt the power of Staking coins on: July 29, 2019, 12:19:55 PM
I don't have any doubt with the staking coins, especially if I can stake the dash coins. I see that we have a big opportunity to get a big profit from staking coins in our computer and with so many options of the coins, I think we can choose one or more coins to stake. But I realize that staking coins will be a risk if we cannot find the profitable coins. I still on the way to staking Dash coin and I know that it needs a lot of money to buy Dash so I can start to stake the coin.
Forget DASH, It's staking requirement is ridiculous. There are better stacking coins.. One for example is Komodo, You can claim 5.1% interest yearly, All you have to do is have 10+ KMD and claim every month or weekly - your choice!
189  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your crypto on: July 29, 2019, 12:12:18 PM
The simple question. I just don't have an opportunity to store using hardware wallet and want to ask you do you use any non-custodial wallet? Thanks.
I am storing most of my cryptos in hardware wallet, They're mostly offline. Hardware wallet is vital for storing large sum of cryptos. If you want to transact safely and don't have a hardware wallet, I'd recommend you using Ubuntu or any Linux OS setuped as dual boot or live usb.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP and BCH on: July 28, 2019, 01:16:44 PM
Why do those two coins interest you? You should be doing your research before investing in anything, It is your money and you should be careful. I can and will only recommend Bitcoin with great confidence, Rest of the coins can be risky investment.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Stake vs Fixed bounty allocation on: July 28, 2019, 11:45:01 AM
I prefer stake bounty allocation. Earning opportunity is more if there aren't many participants, Also depends on the project. If project is good I'll even participate in fixed bounty allocation.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: While other altcoins price is decreasing, tezos price has increased 2.80% on: July 26, 2019, 04:49:07 PM
looking at the coinmarket cap tezos coin is performing good in the crypto market.

On the other hand, McAfee predicts that the altcoin will gain high in this season. tezos price has been performing and it has the ability to show its potential in the crypto space.

What's your take on this?
2-3% is nothing for altcoins, Altcoins lose way more when they get dumped. Tezos is going to perform pretty well once the Altseason starts, But right now it's doing well just like other coins. Tezos also needs to get on more exchange like Coinbase and Binance to get more liquidity / pump.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EGT] Egretia - The World's First HTML5 Blockchain Engine and Platform on: July 26, 2019, 04:34:21 PM
the github of egretia is a joke

https://github.com/egretia

how can this moon so hard?
Manipulation by team I guess. The price has increased 17000% in 6 months, Only a heavily manipulated coin can accomplish this kind of growth. I would stay away from such coin, Once things blow up It'll be worthless.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]⚡ Metahash - cryptocurrency for decentralized apps⚡ on: July 26, 2019, 05:22:04 AM
metahash a cryptocurrency based on Blockchain 4.0
really nice quote for this project, anyway what make this project better than the other blockchain project dev ?
and i see after hit the ATH at $0.093 few months ago the price down deeper until now, but i see the development is very active
maybe a campaign will help to spread the word about this project, just my suggestions  Wink
thanks
They're already experimenting with that referral program. If that works well they'll continue doing it otherwise they'd have to take different approach. Due to high inflation rate this coin might not rise in value so much.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help with ethereum on: July 25, 2019, 03:08:11 PM
I don't think any ETH wallets have that type of private key format. The private key you have might be of some different coins or it isn't private key at all! Do you have public ETH address of that private key? Anyways you shouldn't post private keys online.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we need Bitcoin? When we have thousands of better Bitcoins. on: July 24, 2019, 04:28:01 PM
Bitcoin? No! It is old and expensive.

I would rather have Bitcoin Cash for its speed.
I would rather have Bitcoin SV for its uniqueness.
I would rather have Bitcoin Gold for its ASIC-resistant blockchain.
I would rather have Bitcoin Private for its privacy feature.
I would rather have Bitcoin Atom for its atomic swap feature.
I would rather have Bitcoin 2 for its masternodes.

Do you see the futility?
Bitcoin is old which make it the best and safe, Has gone through extensive tests, Is still not yet expensive, Extremely talented developer are behind Bitcoin. All these copies wouldn't existed if weren't for Bitcoin.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This Will Be the Year for Privacy Tokens Mark My Words Says, John Mcafee on: July 24, 2019, 04:19:18 PM
People who are concerned about their privacy are already using it, It will take some time for everyone to know and use privacy coins. There's also privacy feature proposed for Bitcoin, If it gets implement it'll render most privacy coins useless.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why would you sell an altcoin right at the very bottom on: July 22, 2019, 03:27:00 AM
The hardest task here is to define whether the altcoin project is dying or just waiting for the bull market or new releases. There are some coins that will never grow up again - it's better to sell them now Smiley
Yes, Exactly what I'm doing. I'm swapping some of the alts that I think would never comeback with the ones that might actually pull x5+, I'll only breakeven though but that's fine to me. I'm not selling anything at current price, It's either moon or slow death of my portfolio.
199  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Affected by bitcoin Copy paste address on: July 22, 2019, 03:10:46 AM
when i copy paste my bitcoin wallet address i get this address
18v8Uqjt9wvEXXGbDCh9bLk15qXkFGeYmX
i have tried different address but result is same. any help
Scan your PC and remove the malware or a more better solution is to format your PC and reinstall OS. I would also recommend you to use VM for browsing, It would help your main system from not getting infected the next time.
200  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Pundi X - Any store can buy, sell and accept Cryptocurrency on: July 21, 2019, 03:03:45 PM
Pundi X Unveils their blockchain based X-Phone in GSMA Mobile 360 Africa event in Kigali, Rwanda. Here's the link to the article.

Thank you for the link.

At $599 I think the XPhone is too expensive.

It's not that expensive IMO because Finney from Sirin Lab costs around $899 and HTC's exodus cost around 699-799.
If XPhone isn't meant for 3rd world / developing countries  then it's not expensive, But if XPhone is to be used by the whole world then price has to come down a lot.
why should prices drop so much when Xphone is used throughout the world? isn't this a very good thing? You can see PundiX that will get the effect, and investors will also arrive because the Xphone producer is Pundi X
Price has to drop so people could afford the XPhone in developing countries, I don't know if it could be done but If it can be then Pundi X and It's products are going to rule the world, Just imagine half the world population using Pundi X and It's products.. Those investing now will be filthy rich.
