Since I have been on vacation the last week, I haven't been online as much, and haven't had the time to update this as much as I'd like.
However, now I'm back I've added BustADice to the list. Also, I have changed some settings like max win which have changed over the last weeks, to make the list accurate again.

Interesting question, because if bitcoin would become more popular (which I hope), it automatically implies that the price should go up.
This question of yours means that there will not be a growing interest in bitcoin.
If I know now that in the future there will be not more interest, why would I spend more time and/or money in it? I love crypto's because I think they are the future. If there is no future for bitcoin, what is the point?

I prefer to take more risk when investing as well, since in the long run it will earn you more  However 50x at bustadice is a bit too much for me. However, if you look at yolodice for example, 607 of the 663 BTC invested, is invested at 10x leverage. So as long as no whales are betting, you are making almost the same as if everyone had no leverage. |

Hey Crypto-games, I noticed you have a server update/restart earlier today, but it seems that something is not working properly. When I go to my affilitates, and I click on 'detailed view of invited players', I get an server error (which can be seen here: http://prntscr.com/gtnysn. Can this be fixed? Thanks. |

The probablility to find a block is determined by the current bitcoin difficulty, and the amount of hashing power you have. The hashing power stays the same (or might decrease, because technology doesn't last long), and the bitcoin difficulty is recalculated every 1024 blocks, based on how fast the previous 1024 blocks were found.
Since more and more people start mining, and since people get better and better equipment, the difficultiy increases over time.
If you mine for 60 days, and everyone mines exactely the same as they do now, the difficulty will stay the same.
At least, this is true for bitcoin. Most altcoins are based on the same principal, but might differ.

With it's competitions/contests I think Yolodice should be at number one website in your list. As more than 13 competitions/contest has been done and more than 10 btc has given out and continue..... And it's been just around 11 months since the site started. Yup, they are for sure a good website. That's why I have placed them on top of the list. Please open your eyes before responding to this thread. |

Yes, I know about that. The same story goes with nitrogensports. They both offer one customized slot. I thought about putting it in the list, but in the end I decided not to do it, because I wanted this list to be a complete list of casinos that offer a wide variety of games, which is not the case with those 2 sites. Yes, bitaddress.org is a fine choise.
The address doesn't need to get into the system, because it's already in there.
It's important to disconnect your computer before generating the address, because you might be hacked or something. When the internet is turned off, you can visit the page more safely.
After generating the address and private key, you can either print it out or write it down. After that, you can close the webpage, and reconnect to the internet.
Then you can send the bitcoins to the address that you've written down/printed out. And yes, you can send multiple transactions without any problem. As long as you don't lose your paper or share the private key with anyone, you should be safe.
Whenever you decide that you want to use the bitcoins, you can import the private key in a wallet, and send the bitcoins to wherever you like.
If you have put your bitcoins on the paper wallet before the fork happens, you have indeed both coins on both forks. You have to import them into your wallet for both forks.
You can decide to follow just 1 chain, and import it only into the wallet of that coin, but you will be able to do it for the other chain as well on another moment.

Techinically speaking, it doesn't matter which pool you're using. Hell, you could even run on your own, in the long run you'll earn the same.
For more plat payouts, I'd join one of the larger pools.
Anyways, I'm not sure if your PC will be able to mine 1$ a day. It's really hard to earn money by mining with a normal PC these days. Also, you'll not be able to use your computer for normal activities.
If you really want to join the mining race, you should buy an ASIC miner.

Just 3 hours to go, and the bankroll is looking pretty healthy! So at launch it looks like the max-profit is going to be >21.645 bitcoin ($93k USD at current prices). As far as I can tell, this is the largest max-profit[1] of any bitcoin casino at the moment. Or anyone aware of something bigger? Hopefully the whales take note  [1] Sites like bustabit have a bigger max profit, but they constrain the max-bet. So I'm looking at it from the perspective someone trying to do something like a 2x bet As you can see in my casino overview thread, Primedice has a max win of 50 BTC. I couldn't find it on their site, but I've asked around a bit, and it seems that it's 50 BTC. It isn't confirmed by a mod or something, but it looked like everyone agreed on that amount. Still an impressive result I'd say. I'm looking forward to the launch in a few hours  |

I'm obviously pretty biased (as a partial owner), but I am really excited about this site and it's future.
So, if I see everything correctly, you are both (partial) owner of bustabit and bustadice? Or is bustadice just the site that 'evolved' from bustabit? Anyways, good to know that you're involved here as well. That gives me enough trust to invest here Another question: what is the model that should make profit behind this? Is there a commission on profits for the investors? |

@RHavar I do like the layout of the beta (I guess ??), but one question remains.
Why exactely are you wanting to built in the investment feature? Is the current bankroll not large enough to sustain large bets? Have there been requests for making a higher max bet (I don't know if it exists, but I can imagine so).

First off: you can start tiny with a bankroll size of about 10 BTC, where you allow a max win of .25% of the bankroll: 0.025BTC.
If you want to compete with the larger guys, and have a max win of around 10BTC (or maybe ever larger), and assuming you don't want to risk too much of your bankroll, you will need at least a 4000 BTC bankroll.
Also, don't forget that the amount is probably even higher, because there are all kind of expences that you have to pay.

If this is true, then finally another (relatively large crypto) country realizes what is the right thing to do.
Of all the ICO's out there, only a tiny amount is not meant as a scam.
The ICO's are the place where so much money is collected from innocent investors, and dumped on the market (which causes the price to fall). So yeah, ICO's are partly responsible when it comes to a bearish market.

You just need to relax. No, it's not a scam, this site is legit. you need to add the token custom to myetherwallet. After you've done that, it should show up. If it still doesn't work, just pm Alex, or contact him via the Slack site, or in chat on the bitdice website. They can look into any problem you're experiencing. |

- I strongly feel the variable house edge system should be scrapped, and instead, the house edge increased a little bit, say to perhaps 0.7%. I've looked at the mathematics behind variable house edge, and it's too risky for investors. Site currently allows a max win of 57 BTC with a bankroll of only 184 BTC. Thats THIRTY percent of the bankroll! I get that the higher edge is meant to make up for the increased risk to investors but imo it's only a matter of TIME before the bankroll is wiped again, like it was earlier in the year. If I was an investor I would be concerned. You can remove the variable system and make the max bet a max of say 2% of the bankroll. If investors want more risk, you can offer a greater kelly factor for these guys.
It seems insane to set the max bet to 30% of the bankroll. That's so much higher than other sites. Certainly the max bet could be substantially lowered without hurting the ability to attract players? How can investors sleep soundly at night when it's possible for a few lucky whales to clean out the site? Everything else about SafeDice is impressive. The owner gets a lot of flak but if you read this thread you'll see that he always comes through. I do see your point, but I don't fully agree with it. Although there is indeed a chance for the investors to lose big, you need to realize that the house edge is massive with insane large bets. If you bet 25BTC at 2x payout, there is a 2.18% house edge. Any whale who would like to make big profit would take a massive chance of losing. They would be mad to play here with those large bets. They would be way better of to gamble somewhere else with a fixed 1% house edge. If the whales you are concerned about are logical thinkers, they wouldn't bet more then 11.5BTC (at 2x payout), otherwise they'd go to other sites. |
