Mitchell, you made a little mistake. I asked you if you are able to meet up in Utrecht. I wouldn't have to pay for the shipping cost.
Please update the spreadsheet.

DirectBet, you made a mistake.
My bet (http://www.directbet.eu/BetStatus.cshtml?BetID=1JK6yVvKNeKmsMR7DtYasDR8DAKaEPRVQg) was lost according to you.

The end result was PSV 2 vs Willem II 1
My bet was PSV -1, so it should be a push.

Hi Josepht,

Thanks for betting at DirectBet.

Actually this wasn't a mistake. You selected a European Handicap bet. European Handicap bets are different from Asian Handicap bets in that there is no possibility for a push.

We explain this in more details in our Rules page under Soccer.

Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for clearing this up. It seems that it was my mistake. I meant to bet the asian handicap, but selected the wrong one.

I'm interested in buying one.

Does anyone know if there is any VAT/additional costs with shipping to the Netherlands?
487  Economy / Services / Re: [30 BTC Bounty] - Find a mathematical / algorithmical formula on: January 29, 2015, 10:32:37 PM
Hey,

I am not much of a mathematician, but I'll give it a try.
I have two questions:
1. The a in the formula. Does it mean it can be any number?
2.  You said the z value is always 1. What does that mean? I can't find a value z.
488  Other / Off-topic / Re: Thanks for all- Good luck. on: January 29, 2015, 10:09:58 PM
A bit abrupt, but if you're going to really leave, I hope you don't try to milk the last BTC you can get by selling that account....

Well, by creating thing topic, we know that whoever makes post with his account is not the real redsn0w.

If Indonesia is part of the EU, yes. If not, no.

Well the answer : it can't be shipped into indonesia since I live on ASIA not europe

Thanks for let me know

isnt that closer for shipping from asia to indonesia not from europe? why you cant ship it then? just curious
Mitchell lives in Europe. He orders the coins and distributes it to the others.
Shipping within the EU is not that hard, but outside the EU is more difficult.

how you gonna support the last one with 200% ? out of your own pocket ?  Huh

We can cover it with fees.
You're taking 2.5% of the deposits.
If the last person sends 1BTC, you need to get 1 additional BTC from the fees. That means you need to have a 40 BTC volume. There are not much ponzi's with that amount of deposits.
Plus, you won't have any profit with that volume; you need an even larger volume.

I wish you good luck, but I don't think you'll be able to cover it.

About Greece leaving the EU:

They won't.
When the EU was made, the decision was made that countries would not be able to kick other countries out. Even if every country want to kick Greece out, they can't.
The only option is that Greece decides that it may be wise for them to leave the EU. This won't happen, because the EU keeps giving free money to Greece.
As a European citizen, I can only watch the EU giving Greece my money, which I will never see back.

493  Local / Markt / WTS Corsair CX750M on: January 24, 2015, 02:29:00 PM

Betbitsex, I think you need to learn a little more about bitcoin.

DirectBet can not do anything about confirmations. It isn't their fault that the transaction isn't confirmed.
You just have to wait until it does confirm.
495  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Rated # 1 by Bitcointalk Members ! on: January 24, 2015, 09:24:51 AM
Directbet is keeping their cold storage wallet closed so that network can't confirm transactions.

I'm waiting for more than 30 hours for two winning bets.

Both have fees for miners.

I have a few things to say:
1. You're just 15 minutes member of this forum, so how is it possible that you know 30 hours about DirectBet?
2. You are most likely an alt of other guys trying to make DirectBet look bad.
3. Share the bets with us. If you don't, no one is going to believe you.

You are always in here covering up for DB. Do they pay you?
Yeah, sure, they pay me 10 BTC every month to do that Roll Eyes *be aware! sarcasm*

No, of course they don't.
The reason I try to defend DirectBet is that I hate that there are so many people trying to make DB look bad for no reason.
What strikes me about the people who make DB look bad is that they are mostly newbies.

There are two options
1. These people are new here, and don't know how everything works. I hope that they will learn from my comments.
2. These people are intentionally to make DB look bad. They probably do that because they lost a lot of money on DB, which isn't their fault. I react critically on them, so that others don't think that DB is bad.

Then there's the whole "settlement in progress" bullshit. You seem to have no problem taking in our money instantly.....but when it comes to payouts, you hold our fucking money.
I guess it's just you.

I have never had any problems with payouts here. All my bets paid out within 15 minutes after the result is known.

3 days ago I would have said the same. These past few days have been AWFUL. The games get graded as "won", and then sit and wait for settlement in a "settlement in progress" state. And yes, my bets have 1+ confirmations, so that's not the issue.

I'm not saying you're lyling, but could you share those bets with us? My experience with DirectBet is great, so sharing a few betslips might help me believe you.
