does betonline.com send an sms when you sign up?
Do they keep your money if they find out you use VPN?

Find something better, it's not the only gambling platform that ever existed.

This is even the first time that I have heard this name, it shows that it's a less popular online casino, and apart from the possible restriction on your location, they can decide to do you bad.

Unpopular casinos are not to be trusted, that's why I don't just go to any I can find online and start using it, if you can share your location instead you will get free names of good online casinos that you can use.

They can find out that you are using VPN, but the problem is if they don't support the use of VPN, have you read their ToS first? Just do the research yourself, if you can't find anything about VPN then do not bother to even use it.

If you win some money, they can make up the excuse that you use a VPN, they must say that VPN is supported or not, if they say nothing about VPN, do not use VPN, they will use that against you when you win.
182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Ordinals and Runes help Bitcoin to be a better system of electronic cash? on: March 29, 2024, 05:56:18 AM
We all know that these additions to Bitcoin Core have slowed down transactions and made transactions more expensive.

What is the justification for them?

Why are they being added when they make the network less efficient?

The last time I checked, the only good thing that ordinals and runes have done for Bitcoin is the increase in profits for BTC miners, even after the halving becomes a success and the reward gets lower, the existence of ordinals and runes will keep miners at work.

The high transaction fee will keep becoming a problem once in a while I hope that a solution will come for this issue, this is the only problem I have with ordinals and runes but money can still be made here, I am not just sure about the future of ordinals and runes, only time will tell.
183  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My DIY Seed Storage on a soda can Inspired by Pmalek's Guide on: March 28, 2024, 05:05:28 PM
This is not entirely bad but I wouldn't do it, if you want to try this just know that you are going to get yourself cut few times, unless you gear yourself up with strong hand gloves or other protection.

I respect this idea, but its not for everyone, I will stick with using stainless steel and carving the recovery seeds on the steel, then keep the stainless steel in a case and keep the case in a locker or safe location.

Either its carved on a iron or steel, or even wood, which I don't recommend though, its all offline way of strong your keys, just make sure you don't fuck this up yourself and you should be fine for the long term.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How my gambling life started. on: March 28, 2024, 01:23:21 PM
Gambling experience for beginner is almost same most especially when it has to do with how we managed ourselves around it and becoming firm and stable base on emotions and our ability to withstand loses and other aspects that comes along with Gambling and it risks and jow we grow along with it, gambling is quite unique that it experience seems to be same.

But gambling with friends and family may not be a good approach I will rather gamble on an online casino rather than visiting a physical casinos with family or friend.

We can't all like the same thing I guess, some people do prefer going to a nearby casino with their friends, I don't understand why but I guess it is something they just like, but for someone like me I will surely have a problem with this because I don't like distraction, even outside of gambling I hate to be distracted, if I want any company it won't be when I am gambling.

When it comes to watching movies then I most times enjoy watching with someone, maybe my spouse or friend, but when it comes to gambling, trading, or investment I don't like it, I would rather lock myself indoors and do my thing.
185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about your experience in taking part in the same bet with friends? on: March 28, 2024, 12:02:02 PM
Gambling alone is peaceful, gambling with friends should be peaceful too but unfortunately, we are all different, there are many types of friends in the world, and you can only know if they are true friends or not when money is involved, true color are mostly revealed when its all about the money.

Some friends will turn enemy when they gamble, because one loses money that he isn't ready to lose, I am a living witness to this, and they hate for a while but later they get along again, but why the fight if all they seek for was fun?

Definitely, they wanted to make money among themselves, and anyone who losses will surely not be in a good mood, imagine robbing your friends of their good mood because of gambling? This is why I don't encourage it, unless you are certain about the company you keep.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Karate Combat on: March 28, 2024, 11:00:55 AM
I know this project, and the early buyuers already make good profits off the project, I don't know if it will survive on the long run unless the team keeps bringing new updates.

Is it worth calling this gambling or playing to earn games? Because there are many others like this one in crypto space today, for example Kompete, its a battle royal style shooter game and you can challenge your friends too, its already on epic games.

Somehow I feel like play to earn games can steal the spotlight from gambling sooner because all you need with these games is skills, you lose because you aren't good enough and you can fix it by becoming very good at the game.
187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does CPU mining contribute anything to bitcoin network or economy? on: March 27, 2024, 05:11:31 PM
Get rich or die trying  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Once upon a time, you could mine BTC using a Pentium 4 CPU but man, even an s19 Asic miner can't solve you a block today through solo mining, how powerful is your PC vs an S19? The last time I checked not even the highest-end CPU can mine Bitcoin today.

If you have any high-end CPU right now, it's better to find a CPU with minable coins, I believe that Ryzen threadripper can net you $30 per month, I found this out from a friend who is also into alt mining, but I don't have an interest.

It's better to buy an Asic miner and going a Bitcoin mining pool, you will get paid every time a block gets solved and you won't be the only worker trying to solve a block, don't waste your time.
188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Streamer's fan took his own life due to addiction on: March 27, 2024, 03:19:49 PM
I have one question, just one question.

Why do all streamers have good results when they are gambling on live video? If the way that streamers are gambling is the same way that everyone is gambling then it will be too easy to make money in gambling.

Its why I will never trust any gambling result from a streamer, they have their ways of  faking the gambling and also the money.

Only very few streamers do live video using real money from their fans, many lives have been lost through gambling and streamers are part of the biggest reason why many people turn into addicts faster.
189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can we still truly achieve anonymous gambling in crypto? on: March 27, 2024, 01:14:11 PM
No online casino is true anonymous, but due to the lack of anonymity among online casinos, they knew its something that gamblers always wanted, and its a very good marketing idea.

They can start their business as privacy featured casino but as time goes on they will change to a centralized way of operation, they will put the blame on the authorities, saying they no longer have no choice but to comply.

Get used to common centralized casinos already, do not wait for any privacy casino, it's never coming, and if you come across one, they already used you for marketing, sooner or later they will start asking you for KYC verification.
190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: User experience Trends in Online Gambling: What's Next? on: March 27, 2024, 12:39:39 PM
Hi everyone!
looking at how many new gaming platforms are popping up, I thought it would be interesting to talk about, based on your experience and preferences:
- what trends would you like to see in the future (eg interactive game design, innovative customer service or loyalty programs, etc.).
- what improvements or features would you specifically appreciate or suggest (what is missing)?

Anything that can really improve online gambling from the user's perspective.

Things you like, recent improvements you appreciate or current trends you criticize. Or suggest features and trends you'd like to see more of in the future.

This discussion aims to discover what users really value and want to see in the development of online casinos.
Alas, do not let the increase in a number of new online casinos bother you, they are all here to make money just like us, you can't always use all available casinos, just pick two and keep trying your luck on each one.

I don't think that my favourite online casinos are lacking anything right now, and majority of existing online casinos already have the same features, I am only hoping for a VR future gambling or at least a metaverse way of gambling, such experience will be mind blowing.

Right now, good customer services, faster withdrawal and fair games is all enough for me, there is nothing more that I ask for, but I will always advise beginners to use online casinos that have already build their reputations very high, you will get the best services from them and less problems.
191  Economy / Gambling / Re: Level Up Your Gaming with Cryptocurrency on: March 26, 2024, 06:51:26 PM
Have you tried to play your favorite games online and pay with your crypto?

Our website features only top gaming platforms with fast cryptocurrency transactions and exciting bonuses!

Please, describe your impressions of gaming sites with payment in crypto, whether it is easy to withdraw/deposit money into your account, so that we can improve our service.
The websites on your platform are not gaming, they are gambling sites and there is a huge difference between the two, we play games for fun and we place bets on sports and casino games as the act of gambling.

The only project that I am familiar with is Wink and you need Tron to gamble on the platform, maybe they have added a few other cryptos I don't know, but as for other platforms I don't know them, and I can't use them either.

I would rather bring people to this forum if they are looking out for a new online casino to start using for bets, if it's not advertised through this platform I won't use it, there are so many fake online casinos out there, and one needs to be very careful.
192  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Minimum deposit on: March 26, 2024, 05:27:58 PM
something unlucky has happened to me. i am a remitano exchange user and have been using this service for a long time, previously there were no problems, because i usually make deposits directly from my custom wallet. however, for some reason, this morning i immediately deposited without checking my remitano account, and i thought that there would be no problem until i checked my account to see that there were no assets deposited there. i was confused as to why no assets had been deposited, and after clicking on the wallet address section it turned out that the minimum deposit amount there had changed, from initially having no minimum to now being 0.0005btc. i was very surprised, because the amount i deposited was only 0.0004btc and knowing that i contacted customer service (their service was very slow) and what they said was that i couldn't recover my money.

so for beginners here, pay attention to the minimum deposit on your exchange because it may change according to the exchange's policies.
Sorry for your lose, such incident has happened to be twice, the first one was on a new crypto exchange, its centralized and I contacted the team, they get my Bitcoin back for me and warned me that such a mistake must not happen again or they won't bother to help me.

The second on was on Huobi, now HTX, I deposit the wrong amount, just like you, I waited for the deposit to arrive but no Vail, until I find out that I deposited an amount thats under their minimum deposit amount, this was how I lost my digital asset till today.

You can only learn from this, as I doubt if the team will ever help, even if they can, they might choose to take advantage of you, always cross check, not only the address that you are sending your coins to but also the minimal amount that the exchange will be able to credited onto your account, a certain amount allowed today can change tomorrow, always go back and check or stay the hell away from CEXs.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't make your bets when you're tired on: March 26, 2024, 04:07:13 PM
When your mind is already lost, how will you even know what to place a bet on? You have no sense of what's happening around you, and apart from gamble its not safe for you, if strangers walk up to you, they can pretend to be family and drive you away.

We lost a brother in school premises some years in this way, he was drunk and the last time he was seen was when he entered into a stranger's car, few days later his lifeless body was found by the road side.

Stay away from excess consumption of alcohol its not good for your health and your Brain, and back to gambling, how will you be able to know what's good for your money because you are not in your right mind?

You can only enjoy gambling if you are in your right state of Mind, if you are drunk you won't know what's happening, you can even bet money that was never meant to use on a gamble, or even the casino can decide to take advantage of you when they notice that you no longer know what's happening around you.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dana thought he lost $80k one night and his advice for gamblers on: March 26, 2024, 03:36:02 PM

Just want to share.

https://youtu.be/k7aQEqDbuf8?t=4429
He was interviewed on Lex Fridman's channel just today. Funny how he thought it was just $80K but it's actually $3M. Rich men lose more when they get drunk playing blackjack.

He advises about winning and losing in gambling and if you get depressed because of it, gambling is not for you. He meant winning and losing are part of the game where great things and bad things happen.

Very funny, you lost 80k and you thought the casino got you good, not knowing that the real lose is millions of dollars, let's just imagine that this man isn't a millionaire or maybe this is all he has, it means he just went bankrupt.

Still think that drinking alcohol is good? It is if you can take very little of it, but it is a competition in my country, from one bottle to another, if the amount is higher they will be able to brag about it.

Alcohol consumption is bad, it kills the kidney and it makes you lose your senses, I  don't know why people are so into it, if any gambler who loves to drink is reading this now, they will learn if they are smart, and if they are the stupid type they won't.
195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where is the fun when you lose your money? on: March 25, 2024, 11:53:32 AM
Less money, more fun.

If this isn't your goal in gambling you will learn later.

Gambling is not here for you to make income every day, gambling doesn't exist to fulfill your destiny in life, gambling exists to give hope to the hopeless but not in a very fair way.

You are to lose a lot of money and only get lucky maybe a few times, and how much you will win in those few times can't be predicted.

Have a budget.
Stick to that budget.
Go to work all day and live a responsible life.
If you get lucky and win some money, it's all good, and if you don't, nothing spoil.
Gambling will only mess you up if you risk more than you can afford to lose.
The smaller the amount is, the better you will feel if you lose it.
196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We should be looking only at the brighter side on: March 25, 2024, 11:38:05 AM
Being a Bitcoin investor or a holder comes without it's own ups and downs that makes us want to sell off all of it without looking back, but know one thing,  their is actually a light, at the end of the tunnel, we should not be looking at the higher transaction fees, the network congestion, the complications and effort needed to hold perfectly without you selling due to financial pressure, the negativity and speculation around it by hater, the stress and measures put in place to secure it well from scammers,  but as a true Bitcoineers, we should only be look at the brighter and the bigger picture of how much you stand to gain, if you keeps on holding, look only at the brighter side of it, because that's what going to motivate you when you feel tired, cheer to all Bitcoineer🍷🥂🥂
Reasons why you may want to sell off everything.

1. You have invested way more than you are ready to lose.

2. The money was never meant for investment.

3. You don't have a clue about the Bitcoin market cycle.

I've never run out of patience with Bitcoin since I understand how the cycle works, emotions in this space is no more in me because I have been into this market since 2017 and I know exactly how market works.

Also it depends on the type of an investor you are, I am into Bitcoin investment not just to make some money but to build my empire with Bitcoin, I want my retirement around Bitcoin, for someone like me there is no reason to rush or wish for anything fast.

Most emotions get built up when you aren't making money from another source, always make sure you have something going on financially in your life, investments do take years to get good results.
197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cruel level of addiction, causing harms and still keeping it up on: March 25, 2024, 10:11:48 AM
It's possible that this person already lost his mind, we are humans and if something unexpectedly happen it's possible to enter a state of shock and it's also possible to lose your mind.

Someone turned into a crazy woman when she lost her only child to an accident just across the street, opposite their home, she was looking after her child, and in a few seconds, the child ran toward the road.

This affected her so much that she was taken to an asylum later, but she never got herself back, it's possible that this gambler that OP is talking about was in shock after losing everything to gambling and he already confused himself to get everything back from gambling.

This case might be those of chasing losses addiction, someone who have no clue about gambling can use all they have on gamble especially if they have won before, but they never think about how they will feel if they lose everything until it happens.
198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How the casino takes money from you with a deposit bonus on: March 25, 2024, 09:09:29 AM
I choose to avoid any casino deposit bonuses because they always look straight out of the box but when you open them up you will see how deep they truly are.

Deposit bonuses comes will lots of garbage, they always have conditions applied, and if those conditions are not fully meet, your deposit bonuses aren't really going to be yours.

Since the day I learned about this I have stopped to go after any deposit bonuses even away from gambling, because other only platforms also have this bonuses like crypto exchanges and click-to-earn platforms.

In the end, you will find out that you have been used by this so-called deposit bonuses, a total waste of time, it won't sit we'll with someone who is just starting, but they will find out in the end.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: End Goal or Keep HODLing? on: March 24, 2024, 11:11:01 AM
I wouldn't have said this but I am much more concerned about the fact that we have been hearing so many people talking about holding Bitcoin for the long term and never selling. I find it so confusing that after investing so much in Bitcoin for years we won't want to sell our bitcoin till we die.

I've been buying Bitcoin since last year when it dipped in December i know it's not long. Since then I have held my bitcoin firmly regardless of the price increase this year I still decided to sit on it. Although I do not have enough Bitcoin because I have little money then if I were to sell my holdings now I would have 3 times of I invested.

Also, I have the belief that Bitcoin will keep breaking new ATH forever. Should I leave my Bitcoin forever without selling it or set a goal that I have in mind and when it reaches that goal I sell and take my profits?

What do you do?

On what principles guide your actions in the realm of Bitcoin (BTC)?

OP what do you think?

What do you want out of Bitcoin?

You don't have to do what others are doing, I hope you know that, just make up your own mind and do what you want with Bitcoin, you don't have to hold until the end of time, although I dont want to live without no Bitcoin at all.

Have your plan, you can hold for the short term or long term, it's your Bitcoin, so do whatever you like, I have Bitcoin and I plan to hold for a long time, this won't stop me from taking profits either, do not forget that there will always be a bear market and bull market.

It makes less sense to hold Bitcoin through a bear market just because you dont want to be out of Bitcoin, I will always sell in a bull market, secure some profits, and buy back in a bear market, this will increase your bitcoin than holding and buying.
200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Always check the deposit address on: March 24, 2024, 09:46:11 AM
To avoid high transaction fees on the Bitcoin network, I started using an exchange address and it got to a time when they updated the address and I lost some Bitcoin, thankfully it wasn't much but I was unable to recover the Bitcoin, I feel at ease because the amount isn't much but I got scared after thinking about what if I sent a lot of Bitcoin into the wallet?

I reached out to exchange customer services and they don't even care, they ask how much and that's it, I replied but they never got back to me, when I told a friend who's close to me, he said the amount is too small for them to even waste their time on, that if it's much they would help.

My mind was on, what if they don't help? Since that day I have learned to always go back and check the address if it's still the same old address before sending any Bitcoin to the address, be careful trusting crypto wallets from exchanges or any online casinos, those addresses are not permanent.
