I sold almost every altcoin I had except ETH and some XRP. The biggest stake is BTC and I'm diversifying into some privacy coins (Monero and ZCash, a little Zcoin).

I missed the dip the other day and am wondering if I should hold out for another dip or if the current prices are still decent. Mainly looking at litecoin and etherum. I also need coins regardless so I can exchange for other altcoins.
i think you should wait untill end of march and start to invest in april. i have looks some Roadmap in Altcoins and much event happen at April. always stay tunned  I agree. It seems that depression in crypto markets just started and we are in capitulation phase. Wait until return to normal and invest then. However, it is very risky as governments will introduce more regulations in crypto. Some coins could not survive this. Even BTC is weak enough against regulations. |

IMO very good opportunity to invest in BTC is just underway. If it dips to 2K or lower it could be possible the best buying opportunity as costs of mining 1 BTC are higher.

For those predicatively claiming my project as 'ill-behavior', due to me announcing i am going full time on this project, and that i should work for free, no, my personal finances are completely my own business, Stone's funds are the projects business, which is why i have also stated before they have and will be liquidated to USD, in order to keep a stable store of value, if this had not been done, the $400,000 in donations would only be worth less than $200,000 at present, do to market volatility, this would have hindered the projects future success.
For those who will be actively participating in the testnet, you will get a chance to test run the platform before it goes live, and i urge you to relay the feedback onto the community, screenshots, video's and of course reviews. Thank you.

I should say that small caps has a lot of potential. If you need quick buck, probably HST or CAG could be a good choices. However, in long term I trust privacy coins (ZCash, Zcoin etc.) all of them will grow. I like BitShares as well. Very strong community, scalable blockchain. It is not only a platform you can build on, it is a self-governed and self-evolving digital world. Politicians and bureaucracy will be changed by smart contracts or a line of code, to be exact. |

Any news with BTS is locked for depo/wd in poloniex ?
It could be that Poloniex are going to do a "Bittrex" on us and eventually end up delisting Bitshares as, with Bittrex, it sees BTS as a competitor to it's exchange. If this will happen expect one more dumping of BTS like it was after Bittrex delisting. However, I think that trex and polo have less and less influence after Binance and other grand exchanges occurred. Hmmm that could be right ... I hope there will be more decentralized exchanges soon (with good volumes) It will be more and more DEX in 2018 with good volumes and it is a good sign. By the way, how long it will take to update Bitshares website? |

I think that CAG will be the next crypto gem. Low supply and really low price, a lot of room to double or triple current value per token.

but still better than some other of altcoin
ETH need better and faster and lower fee transaction
if that can happen, ETH will surpase current BTC (if BTC not improving)
I don't expect that ETH will surpass BTC anytime soon. Lightning network with instant zero fee transactions are on its way. It will pump BTC price again to the new highs this year. |
