1801  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: September 06, 2021, 11:06:34 AM
It will be one of reasons to bring a new FOMO wave to Ethereum.

Honestly, I see two opposite things from this record. The gas price is too high and the upgrade does not solve it for small Ethereum users. The expensive gas price and transaction fee contribute to high burned ETH and causes the deflationary day.

I don't know how it can happen if transaction fee is low. Will it be included in the algorithm of Ethereum? How long the deflation can last?

Does it only occur as side-effect of expensive transaction fee?
1802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: September 06, 2021, 11:02:19 AM
Very soon 5k$ will be the next ATH for the ethereum this year. The price is just 1k$ away to 5k$ and I think that was near to 5k$ and maybe in a months from now we will see the exciting price of the ethereum to reach that far if the market condition will not going to change.
It is only 25% of increase so it is very possible. In crypto market, if you say 25% increase is unpopular, you are not a crypto enthusiast.

The newest new is Ethereum got into the first day of deflation. It was announced 2 days ago. Burned Ethereum from fees were higher than new Ethereum from block rewards for the first day in Ethereum history.

Because even if the ethereum showing a high resistance there is still a possibility that it will drop of the Bitcoin price fall.
Resistance is nothing in bull market because they will be broken very easily.
1803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Apeswap (Banana) Speculation Thread on: September 04, 2021, 02:48:52 AM
Apeswap is a good project, I personally also hold several BANANA tokens as part of my portfolio, I am waiting to see the BANANA token listed on the Binance.
Apeswap is one of the Decentralized Exchange  which has good development, has enough users, and supports the BSC ecosystem. But it has not been listed on the Binance, I think the BANANA token should soon follow the CAKE, BAKE and BURGER tokens
Apeswap has its all time higher above $12 and after a few months of bearish and consolidation, it begins to rally and I believe that they will retest their all time high in a new altcoin season. This month or later in  October or November.

I agree that ApeSwap is very good in development because they make many partnership and implemented Polygon chain for their platform as well. Very active project.

If BANANA tokens can overtake CAKE, BAKE and BURGER in Binance, then the competition will obviously be very fierce and very beautiful to watch because BANANA or Apeswap users have also started very much so there will be potential to compete with them in the future.
I see it is hard and impossible to overtake CAKE because Pankeswap is made and controlled by CZ and Binance. It is impossible to overtake CAKE but if Apeswap is listed on Binance, it will be a good thing for the project.
1804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: September 03, 2021, 09:21:19 AM
The law of supply and demand has hidden factors behind it and could derail ethereum, this means burning a daily supply of ethereum is working fine but demand may be decreasing as the most recent edits haven't mentioned gas fees, and according to many people's prediction, their demand is increasing for BNB, a network that runs on par with ethereum at the moment.
Burning will help to make Ethereum has lower total supply but it is not most important. The most important effect from burning is getting people hyped. Like with Bitcoin, we know its total supply, its halving each four years but every four years, it gets effects from halving.

Transaction fee should be cheap if possible but it does not the main things why you use Bitcoin, Ethereum or BNB. The biggest reason is what chain is the best and on which if you can find convenience (not only about transaction fee), you will choose it. BNB might overtake Ethereum if the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem becomes bigger. We never know whether it will happen.

ethereum was always surprising in its price, it can go down to below $2,000 and can get the price back up to above $3,000 so reaching new ath is possible. but more than $5,000 will not be easy although eth burning can help to reduce its supply this the total supply still too much.
Long squeeze and in 2017, Bitcoin fell the same. At the end of 2017, Bitcoin topped around $20k. Will Ethereum repeat what Bitcoin did in 2017 and top about $20k in 2021?

I know and I believe that ETH's price will reach $5,000 someday but saying next, that something difficult if there are no hypes will happen.
Ethereum needs to get support from Bitcoin. When Bitcoin heats the market up again, Ethereum will rise up to $4,000 and from that resistance we will see a very exciting story.
1805  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: September 03, 2021, 08:56:40 AM
If at some point in time the gas price rockets, just wait a few days for it to decline. As soon as ETH stops grow or fall, fees will normalize.
Gas now is a good website to get Gas price at top. At bottom, we can slip the bar behind the table (with Filter for Rapid or Fast) to see which days and hours are good to make transactions in recent days. The table is for your local time.

The GOLD token cannot fall significantly during this time. Gold has been growing all the time throughout its history. In theory, extra hold of GOLD token can bring more additional profit than loss
It is a good advice for Gold investors. Gold is one of best asset to hold and a safe place when crisis comes in particular.

I think the team can consider to create a token for this company. GOLD token is for physical gold bars that are stored in Bullion Starts Vaults.

The token for the GOLD company can have better volatility than GOLD token and generally the company will get more beneficiary from company token.
How about this idea? A token for your company with which investors will invest into the company, not the physical gold?
1806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GOLD - First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold on: September 01, 2021, 05:23:44 AM
I think that BSC is the chain to look at because GOLD is ERC-20 token, so it should be very easy to do.

And it will be enough to lower the fees and give us the chance to safe on fees when ETH goes crazy.

fingers crossed, hope team can hear us and will add more cryptocurrencies to exchange GOLD token with.
Team said that they will wait for effects to lower transaction fee from ETH upgrade. So far, that upgrade does not work as expected to control cheap transaction fee on ETH network.

Again, I agree that BSC is a good chain to consider. More important, that chain will not only bring the cheaper transaction fees for users but also will open the gates to DeFi and help to increase total trading volume of GOLD token.

If the GOLD marketplace can be connected with big DeFi platforms, that will be a good thing for this community. I am aware of price will be decided by physical gold price.

From this idea, I think the team can consider to create a token for this company. GOLD token is for physical gold bars that are stored in Bullion Starts Vaults.

The token for the GOLD company can have better volatility than GOLD token and generally the company will get more beneficiary from company token.
1807  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: September 01, 2021, 05:10:04 AM
I also admit Ethereum this year has been really great, imagine Ethereum surprising a lot of people by hitting the ATH price of $4300. Even though
the Ethereum price is currently down about 23% from the ATH price, we don't need to worry, because Ethereum is one of the top altcoins that can recover quickly.
Ethereum needs to recover to its all time high and it will happen when Bitcoin recovers to its all time high. Bitcoin will have a few more months to do it.

When Bitcoin rallies, top altcoins will follow it first because investors have more belief in top altcoins. Mid and low cap altcoins will rally after top altcoins.

Ethereum is very bullish at the moment with its current price at $3,424. Its getting closer now to its predicted new ATH at $5k and probably by the end of this year, we will witness its new ATH if the market continues to move positively. Price corrections might interrupt along its way but knowing the high potentials of ethereum, it will always recover.
New all time high for Ethereum will depend on Bitcoin. Whether will Bitcoin make its new all time high? If Bitcoin makes it, not only Ethereum but also many top altcoins will make their new all time highs.

I think in coming years, $5,000 is still a too low price for Ethereum. $100,000 for Bitcoin and $20,000 for Ethereum.

[GUIDE] ETH Gas Price. That topic was created yesterday and can help newbies to know where to get Gas Price stats, chart and choose good gas price to use. Not too low, not too high to save gas price but still don't have stucked transactions.
1809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: August 29, 2021, 01:56:24 AM
Litecoin have a good foundation, also has a good market utilization. Always you have got some money to buy the dip, this is why you gotta take profits on the way up.
Litecoin needs time and if you invest in Litecoin, you must give it a lot of patience. You have to make a plan that you accept to hold your Litecoin in a few months. Top altcoins are not easily pumped like new altcoins but when they take off, moon you go. Short squeezes will happen and price will inevitably rise.

It's bad that most currencies follow the high and low of the BTC, Litecoin is a great currency for both investment and use. Fast and cheap transactions. In an exchange where withdrawal fees are usually high, LTC is always the best option.
Because Bitcoin is a biggest and a leader in crypto market. If people feel unsafe with Bitcoin, it unofficially means they feel unsafe with the crypto market. Altcoins are part of market so they will feel unsafe with most of altcoins.

No confidence, no capital, price will be fallen.

Litecoin is very good, as a long term altcoin for your investment. I have it and don't sell it before its price double than today price at least.
1810  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cross chain transactions - coin recovery process on: August 29, 2021, 01:48:53 AM
Its so true. I have a friend that loss 1k usd for that kind of mistake and he really cries over it since he just forgot that what he sent has no supported on the exchange even though its still an erc20. It seems there is a process for that. Some wallets supported it but Im not sure why they cant handle it even though the address used was the same. Anyway, just beware for the newbies about it.
Send ERC20 token to ETH address on exchange is bad. Even that exchange has many ERC20 tokens on that platform, if you send a token that is not listed on that one, you will not get support to retrieve your token. In most of exchanges, they don't support you.

So always check coin name, coin symbol, chain, and address before you make your transactions (deposit or withdrawal). Don't cry because if you are careless and make mistake, you lose your coins.

I don't understand it. What are the connections between NFT and Masternode technology?

Currently they do not exist, I don't think it's a short-term milestone. We could launch an NFT game, where GBX is earned. but it is a pattern too seen in this trend.
NFT technology today does only one thing.(in short) It authenticates and makes digital content unique, giving the owner a certificate of the genuineness of the digital product.
The first elementary thing to think about is, can you make a masternode unique?

I personally have an idea that could make it unique and it also binds very well to the DEFI sector.
Cross-chain, Interoperable blockchains are convenient and attractive as long as they pass through audit process and truly secured. Connecting masternodes to DeFi and NFT is cool idea.

This project is no scam and if it can be connected to trends as well as top projects in every trend, it would be big achievement.

For now the team is focused on updating the blockchain, it is taking much longer than expected and many hours of network testing.
This update will significantly improve our project, after the release it will be decided where it will be best to spend our energies.
Thank you for creative idea and time to build it up, test and prepare everthing on testnet before launching it.

I know Gobyte project many years and I know this project is no scam. In Gobyte I believe and I certainly wait for your upgrades.
1812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: P2P Crypto Trading - Which Platform Do You Use & Why? on: August 28, 2021, 01:53:18 AM
Peer to peer trade is risky and something you have to note for your trades.

- Scammers tend to create offers that are too good to be true. Who don't want to have as much profit as possible? But please remember that "too good to be true" offers are likely from scammers and very new accounts.
- You must be double or tripple careful when you consider a trade with new account
- Don't release your crypto before you receive payment transaction from your trade partner. Crypto transaction is irreversible, so if you release your coin, you lose it
- To avoid scammers who do money laundering, avoid trade partners who only or mostly have trades in bank transfers, credit cards. Only buy, not sell or mostly buy and very little sell.

No, another team has already built a bridge for the Binance Smart Chain for GBX, but currently he doesn't respond quickly.
Hope that developer will response soon and the development process will be boosted a lot.

For NFTs,  we are still at early research phase, the idea is to enhance the Masternode technology using NFTs.
Masternode technology has longer history than NFT.

I don't understand it. What are the connections between NFT and Masternode technology?

What are things the team want to build up in the near future?
1814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC to Monero atomic swap is happening on: August 26, 2021, 09:20:53 AM
I think it is helpful for Monero than for Bitcoin because Monero will get more liquidity from atomic swap.

Bitcoin will have less beneficiary than risk. Risk perhaps will come from Monero and government attention to break down Monero network. Break down the Monero algorithm is different than break down the Bitcoin algorithm. However, such attempts will potentially result in more FUD on the market, and for Bitcoin specifically.

Always verify who you receive dms from, all these scams started from fake dms then proceeded to MM qr code.
PMs from strangers are bad.
PMs from anyone in which the sender asks for money is bad & suspicious. You must check that it is a real person you know or an impersonator
PMs from entire stranger who ask for money is most terrible.

I always do video calls in order to confirm that the person I will send money to is the person who sent me PMs.
1816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: P2P Crypto Trading - Which Platform Do You Use & Why? on: August 25, 2021, 02:35:54 PM
Help: A list of LocalBitcoin alternatives (P2P marketplaces)
Many P2P exchanges in the list, you can choose LocalBitcoins, Paxful, Bisq, Hodlhodl or Binance P2P.

Bisq is a truly P2P platform but trading volume is very low. Binance P2P is centralized by Binance but it has higher volume and people like it.
1817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regulators are on next level desperate on Bitcoin and the cryptospace on: August 25, 2021, 02:01:56 PM
Without government greenlighting crypto, it won't get adopted by businesses, so it could only be used in informal p2p economy, which is only a small part of economy. He's also correct that a lot of DeFi is centralized, and if they are centralized, than what makes them different from centralized exchanges? If not much, then regulations could help reduce scams.
Companies have to follow laws and regulations and they can not run illegal business if governments don't allow it officially.

DeFi projects nowadays are created by know teams and team members are identifiable so governments can catch those founders, developers if they find something illegal. They are not decentralized from team member anonymity and their domains. Governments are aiming at stable coins and they will aim at DeFi soon.

Bitcoin is the best decentralized crypto project.
1818  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things I wish I knew before starting my day trading journey on: August 24, 2021, 05:53:53 AM
If you are a crypto newbie and are thinking what is better between trading and investing, what to start with?

I can say, investing is better. You can pick top cryptocurrency, buy them, and hold. Investment works only for good and top cryptocurrencies.

When you have x2 of your capital, you can spilt it: 50% for investment, 50% for trading. You must keep your capital separately for two parts and don't use them overlap each other.

After 6 months, you can see what is better, from your practice, not from what I said.

We are halfway through the fundraising, the dev team looked at many scenarios to build wGBX but the wrapping.Services service offered by the Monetary Unit (MUE)  project seemed the best one.

The team responds promptly and they have released more altcoins on the smart binance chain, the volume is not huge but it seems like a great place to start with the DEFI for Gobyte.
It is a very good initiative from Gobyte team and every good thing has to begin from difficulty and small start. I much appreciated all works from the team and MUE team.

Quote
It is a relatively new service and therefore not too popular, we already had a bridge ready for BSC but the team doesn't respond quickly so we don't know if we can still rely on them.
Do you mean about BSC team and their late response to Gobyte request?

Quote
We try to open as many avenues as possible for Gobyte without neglecting anything, and after the update of the blockchain there will also be NFT to be evaluated.
NFT is on hype but I think that trend will be very bubble and won't be able to last long. Many things on NFTs are over valued and it means there will be not many projects with real values left after the bubble.

What is the plan of Gobyte team for NFT? A payment method to buy NFT with Gobyte coin or other use cases?
1820  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Regulators are on next level desperate on Bitcoin and the cryptospace on: August 23, 2021, 07:26:55 AM
Regulators are more seriously in bull market. In bear market, we only see FUD or plans for future regulations but in big bull market, regulators actually launch new regulations. They are challenged by bull market and feel their power will be damaged more or disappear if they don't response seriously with crypto market.

Consequently they response more seriously than they usually do, at governmental levels and globally.
