We recommend that everyone use 2FA, but unless someone has access to your email password, your account would not be in danger. Even if they did, we review all withdrawals for continuity, for example if there have been new logins or password changes. That said, this situation is being taken very seriously. OP did provide a player with a screenshot of his account info, but it was from February and we have no reason to believe that there has been any type of breach since then, however this is under intense scrutiny and a statement will be provided once that is complete. If OP would like to provide us or this thread the usernames, we will be happy to comment further on this, but he will not, because this scam allegation is false. As stated, if there is a blocked player with a balance, that was closed due to inactivity for security reasons, and can be reopened any time. No player who is banned will have a balance because it would have been seized per our terms of service.
