1802  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ICO IS LIVE🚀UBCOIN - EXCHANGE CRYPTOCURRENCY FOR REAL GOODS🚀 on: May 12, 2018, 06:51:39 PM
In my own opinion opening an online marketplace accepting crypto as a payment sounds a little ambitious and difficult to manage. I would lile to know what are your specific plans in making sure that ubcoin marketplace will grow in this industry.
though it is hard, we can observed that this project has been a success and trust worthy , we also observe that this project is developing, this proves that it is being managed well.
Every project should have to be ambitious, challenging and realistic to make it worthy for the hardwork, time and money. Yeah this Ubcoin has it and with the solid core team and there experiences. Indeed, we can expect a real and huge success for Ubcoin.

You still need realistic goals and I wouldn't say that as of now all cryptocurrency projects have that. Some of them want to change everything at once.
1803  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][Rewards.com] – Decentralized Loyalty and Rewards Program on: May 12, 2018, 06:49:03 PM
Where is the real thread now? It seems the link you provided isn't working for me? Anyone know the reason?

This is the real thread now for rewards.com,  the other one was deleted due to violation for BCT forum rules. Right now all is well with this thread and they already stop giving compensation or rewards on posting on the ANN thread.

Ok that makes sense. They are still running a campaign though right? With a pretty good bounty pool I believe.
1804  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀[ANN][🌟ICO STAGE 1🌟] ⭐POWERLOAN LENDING⚡ BONUS 15% TOKEN 🌟🚀 on: May 12, 2018, 06:48:11 PM
A decent dynamic is observed in this project. This is a good sign for investors who are only thinking about how and where to invest
I also noticed this, as I have been watching the development of the project for some time and see how actively it is developing and improving. I think many investors will not regret investing in this project.
This project indeed is interesting and in my own opinion they are improving on thier marketing and promotion.

How is the project "interesting" care to elaborate? It's the standard lending ponzi lending platform  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Same as Bitconnect, Davorcoin and others Tongue

I agree to your opinion mate but somehow we need to know more about this project which I think it make sense among others. I know there are a lot of ponzi lending platform but let's wait further updates on this project if it really works throughout the whole crypto currency community.
No doubt about how many projects are turning into scam one, they are just ponzi platform, hoping it will not happen here Wink Anyways, risking is still part of the process whether a project's image is really a respectable and reliable one due to how people are talking about it. If the team can prove it, so be it. As this project can really have the potential to be a successful platform in the future.
For me powerloan is different and unique and I dont see any reasons that this project will scam investors. Lets just support this project!
Yes, I completely agree with your opinion on this project. In fact, this platform looks the best or profitable option for investment. Supporting this project by making an investment here will give you great opportunity to generate a healthy amount of profit.
The Powerloan project is really giving us the best opportunit we can get here in the crypto currency community when it come to have a project regarding lending platform. With its uniqueness and great capabilities, I believe in its potential to grow much better in the coming future and gain more investors for this project to keep its further developments.

There is also SALT with a very strong team who tries to provide blockchain or cryptocurrency lending. I would consider several options.

Are you sure you aren't a tiny little bit late to the party of changing the gaming industry with blockchain? How are you going to compete with Funfair and all those other huge and well funded projects?

Hi tiCeR

As you say, we are latecomers.
We do not think there is sufficient market yet.
As large companies exist and small businesses exist
Everybody will experience a new form of gambling that none of the existing gamblers have ever thought of.
This is our biggest weapon.

Thank you for ask
Have a nice day  Wink

Ok fair enough, everyone should have their try and that does count for you too, of course. Good luck! Wink
1806  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tangerine (Ex-Mandarin) - Democratic Cryptocurrency Exchange on: May 08, 2018, 03:36:20 PM
So did they ask the community for an ICO or how did they "fund" the "development" of their exchange? What's the actual scam here about and how much was presumably lost? CryptoDao was fully operational but very slow and pretty bad. As I said, this one exclusive ICO obviously convinced some people to deposit funds over there.

There was an ICO, with bounties, signature campaign, etc., and it successfully raised a considerable sum, although now I doubt that they reported it accurately.

They most likely didn't report it accurately, but probably still made a good amount of money. As you said, hard to tell whether it was their intention to run off, but to be honest most likely it was. I guess they've never done any sort of interview or showed their faces, and there was a reason for that from the start.

There are many micro lending projects in crypto world, i'll review this one too but i can say that your bonuses is very good.

It's a huge business and I think several projects can co-exist given the tremendous size of the market.

1809  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CookUp.io - Cooking revolution using the power of the Blockchain on: May 06, 2018, 03:46:14 PM
In which countries will it be possible to order food through your CookUp platform, will the courier service of delivery of ready meals to the house work? Do you have strategic partners working in the field of nutrition?

Strategic partners could be the existing platforms which are centralized but have huge customer bases. Maybe they might even be interested to collaborate.

My opinion is that we're all too spoiled with magical promisses and can't really see when the project is going to make it happen. But in this case, seing the team working so hard, you can already tell that the project is likely to take off and show powerful results in the nearest future.

Well said, it's just that all are spoiled by those incredible gains from last year. Everybody thinks that your couple magically turn into a million with every project.
1812  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] NRM.CASH 🔥First decentralized expert and analytical platform🔥 on: May 05, 2018, 07:13:53 PM
Crypto market last year faced correction. Bitcoin corrected 70% but then created new high and reached 20K USD. The same I am expecting this year also. So I am just adding good coins to my portfolio. NRM is one of them
Yeah, a slightly similar situation. I really hope that the market will stabilize by the end of the year - then we will be in chocolate.
It all comes down to time, most people keep hoping that it would be a nonstop bull market, but look back at past years and it’s never a constant bull run, the market always goes near and then bull like a wavy ocean. Time will tell, but in the meantime collecting quality tokens that you believe in long-term and hodling is what most people are looking to do and ignoring the waves and turmoil.

It can't be a constant bull market. The market needs corrections to make sure it is more or less right about the overall evaluations of the crypto market. And also the whales need new entry points after they loaded off their bags at the top.
1813  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Tangerine (Ex-Mandarin) - Democratic Cryptocurrency Exchange on: May 05, 2018, 07:12:36 PM
It's certainly looking bad then. There is hardly any project that goes completely silent if it actually serious intentions about turning their roadmap into reality. Have they ever showed their faces?

Not only they are absolutely silent, from time to time one of them deletes any critical messages in the chat box at the exchange. They are just buying more time to hide themselves and the money. As for faces, they may be fakes, and the CEO remained completely unknown.

One question then is how well did they do their job in hiding their identity throughout the whole time they ran this project? And did they actually scam you guys?

Looks like they did pretty well. There were investors, some of them mentioned buying tokens during the ICO in this thread. Personally I did not invest, I only participated in their signature campaign for some time, of which I now regret.

There is a group in crypto that pulls off a lot of scams I think. They know how to do it without get caught. The only thing to fight back is inform people about the threats and get some better verification processes for devs who want to launch a project.

Maybe. There is a possibility that this scam was well planned. The account used to create this thread and now abandoned was rather old (maybe bought). The exchange is dead. They won enough time to cover their traces and disappeared.

They waited for enough people to deposit funds on their exchange I guess. It reminds me a little bit of CryptoDao if you remember / know that exchange? Stopped operating out of a sudden and a lot of people deposited funds there because there was one special ICO exclusively launching on their platform. I guess it was part of their strategy.

Fortunately, I've missed CryptoDao. I'm not sure the Tangerine scammers initially planned to open their "exchange" and collect the deposits. There was a long delay before the launch and the "exchange" looks so primitive and unprofessional that there were probably very few deposits there. But, as far as I've heard, it is impossible to withdraw anything from there, so it is an additional layer of the scam.

1814  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Network Attack on XVG / VERGE on: May 05, 2018, 07:10:41 PM
I wonder how this connection between Verge and Pornhub actually came to existence? Who did reach out to whom? Does anybody know anything?

It was mentioned by the Verge dev that pornhub/mindgeek contacted them ... if i remember right it was mentioned in an interview or statement he gave.

If that is accurate then it would be big for me, it's one thing reaching out to hundreds or thouands of potential partners, but if Pornhub contacted Verge proactively you have to wonder what is going on behind the scenes. You would think that more established coins like Dash or Monero would be the 1st choice.

"Hi, if you give us 5 millions $ we will accept your currency on pornhub" ... I think that I know how Dash or Monero devs would react Cheesy

That's what I thought as well to be honest. And then again I think we will never get to know the truth anyway how that relationship came to existence.

1816  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: May 05, 2018, 07:08:07 PM
Ethereum's rise today is clearly ahead of most of the other coins, thanks to the good news of today's distributed technology.
yes price of eth is rising quickly and most of the eth based tokens are down
because people selling them for eth
and when eth price stable at higher point then
people again start buying erc20 tokens and that move will be the bullish move for tokens

We are approaching the first implementations for scaling soon I think. With the next major increase I think we can assume that it's whales with insider knowledge that something big is going to happen.
1817  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: April 27, 2018, 02:57:36 PM
You only discuss about price...
Let me ask a question, someone have a timeline for Casper, Plasma and sharding? What happened with Raiden network? They had an ICO but it's being developed? Anyone is using it?

It is all under full development but you should always keep in mind for any significant development that a lot of testing is required before it can be fully implemented. There is so much at risk.

I strongly agree with you on that, without testing on internal test nets, on ropsten etc...you can't update a chain because if something go wrong  you fuck up a lot money. It's not that esay like most people think

It's often a huge contradiction if you will. They can't get the updates fast enough and want everything to be rolled out within a blink of an eye, but if there is a tiny bug being found in the code the dumping starts right away Cheesy
1818  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] COIN-BET Next Generation Gambling Platform on: April 27, 2018, 02:56:11 PM
All the gambling in the world will be here!
That's very ambitious but can be possible.
If in case, your ICO will be successful.
What if you haven't reached your targets?
Are you still gonna attract those gambling addicts on your platform?

The market has enough space for many players and there are already a lot of companies that are offering blockchain-based gambling and the number is growing I think.

Agree with that.
It means more gambling addicts will be created also.
But wishing that those individuals know how to play their cards right.

Since the barriers to entry will definitely be reduced and accessibility therefore increased, you might be right that there will be many more addicts in the future. Additionally, for some it might feel like play money if they lose Bitcoin instead of Dollars.
1819  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Network Attack on XVG / VERGE on: April 27, 2018, 02:55:00 PM
So does Pornhub accepting verge make it the most accepted and usable cryptocurrency to date? Considering Pornhub is ranked #14 for highest traffic on the internet.

No. Because cca 3-5% of ppl pay for premium on porn hub and from this percentage mb 1% will pay with xvg. It's more advertisement.  Most used currencies are Btc and those used on darknet markets obviously.

I wonder how this connection between Verge and Pornhub actually came to existence? Who did reach out to whom? Does anybody know anything?
