1821  Other / Archival / Re: Current list of exchanges without KYC on: June 28, 2023, 11:56:50 AM
Use my recommendations, and you are not afraid of any additional checks: My 7 years of experience with CEXs (4 years on Bitcointalk)

More like some kind of horror stories that you all retell to each other.

I have been on the forum for almost 10 years, that's exactly why I'm drawing your attention so that you give the wrong advice. You can risk your funds, but if you don't plan to cover possible losses due to your advice, maybe you should be careful when you confidently refer to your knowledge and experience.
Of course, unless you are a Kucoin representative here, then you can safely claim that filling out KYC with random data has no way of causing any problems.

In the end, I don't see why it would be a risk at all with your "method", even after the last date withdrawal will be allowed without KYC. Whoever wants to continue trading there, does not gain much by delaying the whole thing for 15 days.

Quote
Crypto exchange KuCoin is set to mandate know-your-customer (KYC) procedures for all clients starting July 15.

Users must complete KYC to fully access KuCoin's products and services, or they will face limitations, the exchange operator said Wednesday. If KYC procedures are not completed, users will only be able to use services such as spot trading sell orders, futures trading deleveraging, margin trading deleveraging, "earn" product redemptions and ETF redemptions, KuCoin said. They will not be able to make deposits to the exchange but they can withdraw.

💡 Don't miss out on this game-changing opportunity. Visit our website https://www.colibripayments.com

What are you offering? Shouldn't you have an online site or better set up for something like this?
Isn't this a bit unprofessional?

1823  Other / Archival / Re: Current list of exchanges without KYC on: June 28, 2023, 11:18:27 AM
With a simple registration on the exchange, there is a withdrawal limit of $20,000. You can easily increase this limit to $25,000 without going through KYC. I just tested this method and increased my limits. When passing the 1st level of KYC, you will need to fill out a form where you need to indicate your First Name, Last Name and ID number. I entered absolutely random data and the exchange immediately confirmed them, since this is just a formality and everything is confirmed automatically, like on OKX.

Certainly, I would not try or advise anyone to go through KYC with random data, are you aware that this can cause serious complications in case of an additional check? Would he risk holding money under such conditions?
How many times have we seen exchanges ask for subsequent KYC, with a selfie and the ID doc?
1824  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I'm looking for sponsors/advertisers/blogwriters on my website on: June 28, 2023, 10:42:27 AM
That is definitely a good idea, and my mind has been filled with similar ideas recently. I actually have two other domains as well.
The main issue here is that it takes up too much of my time, even though it's relatively easy. Setting it up at this absurd point in my life requires a significant amount of time, as I first need to secure a quick and legitimate high-quality deal in BCT. I posted my situation on the forum in various topics, albeit perhaps a bit lengthy, but understandably, people have many questions.

Suddenly you started writing over the forum, mostly asking for money. No matter whether is it a loan or selling ad space. Desperate moves and rashness are definitely not a good solution and you need to slow down a bit. You have already received enough suggestions, present your pages, give some details about traffic, number of visits, the average stay on the site and similar and present your offer. Who is ready to enter into a deal with you if it is obvious that there is a great possibility of selling the site in the case of an offer that meets your needs at the moment?

I saw that you have solid traffic, but it is mainly from the Netherlands, so you are limited to services that may be interesting to your visitors.
Also, you need to study a little more on this forum, you will see that there are different ways to monetize your blog. Here is an example, as far as I can see this is still active [BOUNTY] GOLD Stablecoin – $200,000 - payouts in BTC, ETH, GOLD

A lot of disadvantages follows Google AdSense, especially for small publishers like OP. Google doesn't provide enough sponsor for small websites and also the rules are much and the publisher can lose all their money in a second for boycotting any rule or policies. When working with ad network they're more like the admin of the site, as they can influence the kind of activities they want on your website, suspicious clicks can lead to the termination of the account, and they is nobody to run to. The whole hard work ends in losses. Quite good it's a nice way yo monetize a website, but not all webmasters wants to be under a foreign control, they prefer to streamline the activities of their website gradually and grow. OP seeking for support is excellent for a growing site.

You only present the potentially negative aspects of Adsense here. Looking at it this way, it's a wonder that anyone uses AdSense as a monetization method. The reality is a little different, and in any ad network, if you use illegitimate methods for clicks, there is definitely a risk of being banned. The fact that the ad network is the admin of your site is total nonsense because it is possible to set in detail what you want to be displayed in your ad spaces.
In the end, I said that Adsense is not the only option, there are many others, almost the same, some even with a better payment rate
1825  Economy / Gambling / Re: MEGA:PARI | Gambling&Betting | REVIEW CAMPAIGN ON 💸💸💸 on: June 28, 2023, 08:35:06 AM
Would you please elaborate how do you see the whole process? I mean, such things can not be put on the registration page in order not to overfill it. All requirements can be found under the banner for a specific promo you choose.

I will write only briefly, more as a guideline to what I presented in my review. Like everywhere, I went through the registration process, although I planned to make a deposit, right after registration, I received an email with some offered bonuses.

*look at these dark blue links on a black background, maybe they're just hard for me to read. I would definitely make this offer more noticeable.

So, there is nothing about bonus requirements. After clicking on "I want my bonus" again there is nothing about the conditions, that it is necessary to enter personal data and that the bonuses do not apply to crypto deposits. I mean, You promote yourself on a crypto forum, who would expect you to stimulate fiat gambling?

The next bonus banner is also

So, as the most ordinary user, that was enough for me to register, and pay the deposit and only after trying to claim the bonus did I find the terms.

Quote
As your deposit is in BTC, the withdrawal should  be to BTC.

This should probably be written somewhere during the withdrawal request. It is not a disputed condition, but this way you will avoid unnecessary questions and wasting time on explanations.

P.S.
It would be great if you provided some screenshots and elaborated on your ideas/ preferences, as honestly, I can see that your experience was deeply individual and differs from other reviewers, which found both the offer and the navigation quite satisfying.

I will try to find more time for this in the coming days.
As I said at the beginning of my review, I was more critical, because I assume that you want to improve the platform. I have listed only some of the things that affected the comfort of my experience with Megapari Casino.
1826  Other / Archival / Re: 🐱 [banned mixer] - The Cutest Bitcoin Mixer! on: June 28, 2023, 07:43:29 AM
Mixy Money, Obviously, two things that you have to correct on the site, that is setting EN language as default and updating the link to the new Bitcointalk ANN thread. Or these remarks will be repeated in every next post. icopress, (I believe you have notifications), maybe you can influence that when you contact the Mixy Money team.

But they (the company) would have contacted the first account user to give them the login details instead of creating double jeopardy for the same purpose. Now that the former thread can't be locked and can't be use, what do you think will happen to the two account?

You certainly reject the possibility that they tried everything to gain access to the old account. Why is it so hard to accept?
Why is it even important now what will happen with those two accounts? Are you worried that they overloaded the server?

For a moment, you reminded me why we see some twisted product instructions like link or link
1827  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be careful, the Bitcasino casino site has been cloned. on: June 28, 2023, 07:25:43 AM
Did you report it on Bitcasino Ann thread? Since most of the time their forum representative is active. Might he can do something if this issue reach to his knowledge and also you can also send a message to @LFC_Bitcoin or @jeremypwr maybe they can do something to contact other Bitcasino representatives to help resolve this possible issue.

What exactly do you think the original casino can do against phishing sites?
The most they can do is report the site and write a warning. This will certainly not prevent the greedy who will try to get the free $50. Also, I am sure this is not the only one site like this.

a small tip for identifying phishing fraudsters: Every serious casino will always choose a slightly louder domain, and that is almost never a domain with a - sign.

nice catch!

now since we are talking about bitcasino phishing site, I'd like to add that I found another bitcasino website(URL below) which I think is also a phishing site(I am not entirely sure). if you visit the website you will be shown a clone of bitcasino.io but if you click the register button you will be redirected to another site called live.bitcasino.io where you can fill up the registration form which clearly is not what happens when you click "register" on bitcasino.io.

Code:
https://www.bitcasino.com/

Also, all subdomains like something.bitcasino.io are under the control of bitcasino.io. Anyone from the outside (without access to the domain administration) cannot create such a subdomain. And the page can look different when it comes to affiliate promotions.

I would even say that bitcasino.com is legitimate because the affiliate link to the original site is used for login/sign-up. It's just a slightly different approach to collecting referrals than usual.

To be honest, I don’t understand how he was accepted into the signature campaign (and even more so how he earned 1000 merit).  Shocked

Most local boards have one or more merit sources. I even think that theymos emphasized that every local board has at least one active member as a merit source.
This certainly helped many members to upgrade their rank, even if they are not skilled in the English part of the forum. So, it's quite possible to gain a lot of merits, even if the user does not know much about the basics of how the forum works.

A similar thing is with the signature. Just about this case, if I'm not mistaken, for example, Agbe is very active in the Nigerian part of the forum, I don't see anything wrong with promoting a service there as well. Nevertheless, Nigeria has one of the largest Bitcoin crypto communities not only on this forum, but in the world, and it is certainly good for any service to be recognized by them.

You people are operating two ANN threads therefore, I will want you guys to lock one and open the other for easy communications. This is the former one https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5415483.new#new which I was busy engaging myself over there a good Samaritan saw me alone there in the wilderness and dropped the new ANN thread there for me to come out from the desert Grin. A passerby examplens is the one who rescued me from the abandoned ANN thread. I thanks him for that.

However, I will transfer this to the original thread, so as not to unnecessarily bump the old one, which will not be in use

Agbe, They haven't access to @mixymoney forum account, OP of old thread. So because of that they open a new account and create a new ANN thread. Without access to @mixymoney forum account, also is not possible to lock this old thread.  Wink

I thought https://[banned mixer]/ is new project in the forum but unknown to me it was since last year. I visit the website through the signature campaign that launched today and from the website I was directed to this thread through one of the three contact links.

A new ANN thread has been opened, as far as I understand they no longer have access to the first account. Here: 🐱 [banned mixer] - The Cutest Bitcoin Mixer!
I assume that they did not update all the links on the website.

Did either of you order some fish along with those miners?? Because I definitely smell something fishy going on here.

Sudden interest and praise for this service, from unknown (jr. with 1-2 merits) members without any evidence. Of course, it raises a big red flag.
Probably shilling by alt accounts, same way of writing, looking at the history of posts, almost identical interests...
1833  Other / Meta / Re: Can Bitcointalk Adopt the Web3 System? on: June 27, 2023, 09:38:27 AM
Currently, it seems that sites that implement web3 technology are popular.

Bitcointalk is known for being among the first to implement all popular innovations. #sarcasm

This forum is primarily not a service that makes money, nor does it represent any kind of market. That's why, for example, it doesn't need to present itself as the best web3 forum... It is enough to write bitcointalk and it is already clear what it is about.

I'm not sure what a shit token would contribute to this forum, apart from additional complications for logging in with a BTC address, especially for newcomers.
1834  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ECX24.com | Crypto Exchenge on: June 27, 2023, 07:41:20 AM
We didn't write about our reserves. We are a small team of enthusiasts who implement the idea of one of us. And this idea is not to steal some bitcoins Cheesy We like what we already have and we will develop it further.

We will definitely give you a reference about our reserves, when we will apply to your exchange.

Of course we are not pleased that you compare us to some scammer exchanger, but you are entitled to your opinion. I see no point in trying to prove you otherwise at this stage, time will show who we are. So far I can only show you one review of a person from this forum in another thread - link.

hugeblack made a good point, the question about reserves is quite justified. You should be flexible and open to answering all questions, whether you like them or not. However, you want to gain some kind of trust, and that is achieved by giving appropriate answers. It is a service that deals with finances, at some point, your clients need to trust you with their money. Is there a stronger reason to be transparent?

One review is ok, but still not nearly enough to gain the trust you need.

btw. I like your design, I also took a look at the backend, and it seems ok, but enthusiasm alone is not enough for this type of business.
1835  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I'm looking for sponsors/advertisers/blogwriters on my website on: June 27, 2023, 06:08:31 AM
I set up a website in 2019 mainly aimed at Dutch speakers.
The website is an independent news and opinion website with loyal followers.

It is definitely necessary to better define your site and the approximate offer you expect

I never wanted to monetize this website and not participate in GoogleAds and Affiliate programs from the "ordinary world". Principally not.

What is wrong with Google Ads or Affiliate Programs even from the ordinary world? Why do you think it is desirable to avoid it? It is a completely legitimate way to do business.

Quote
I tried AdSense but removed it again

Again, it is unclear why you turn off the ad network, while at the same time you are looking for sponsors. Certainly, AdSense is not the only one, there are other choices.

Our readers are mainly adults from 30 years old and all ages above.
We have a newsletter with hundreds of subscribed readers. We have a clean chat/comment section. It is moderated to keep trolls away. It's a serious website with multiple writers.

You have to provide more precise statistics, this seems like your guesswork. If you are not going to share the link to the site, you should provide basic information, the daily number of visits to the site and at least some demographic information about the visitors.
1836  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hotbit stops operation on: June 26, 2023, 05:18:31 PM
I don't think we can call that a scam, sadly some exchanges don't let people to recover any of their funds when they decide to shut down their business. Here you can still get back your funds even if withdrawal fees are high. And they even let you deposit more funds to top up your balance in order to reach the minimum withdrawal thresholds. It was quite a surprise for me to be honest. In addition, they have extended the original deadline by 9 days, now customers can withdraw their funds till June 30.

This is exactly what they want to achieve, they create the appearance that they are doing everything in accordance with the law, and at the same time they have made the possibility of withdrawing money significantly more difficult. At the same time, they increased their fee margin by 50x or more. Of course, their reputation is no longer important because they are going out of business.
All users should be grateful for the 9-day bonus. Why can't it be a longer period, I'm sure that many still haven't seen the closing notice.

1837  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is considered good collateral these days? on: June 26, 2023, 04:48:12 PM
-A fully verified bank account.
The point of collateral is to be able to sell it when needed.

This sounds like an apartment with a sea view. It's nice and adds value, but at the end of your vacation, you can't take it with you.

That's why I hope it can be seen as collateral. I have a lot to lose, but I am fully aware of what I am doing and what I anticipate in terms of funds coming in. The only risk I face is the possibility of dealing with an illegitimate lender who may take advantage of the situation. That's why I am actively seeking a reputable lender or member.

It's more than complicated. As Loycev mentioned, even if the lender would accept the site as collateral, what are the chances that he would sell it if you don't repay the debt? It should be a ratio of at least 1:10, if the estimated value of the website is $1000, the maximum that would be calculated for collateral is $100.
You would also have to transfer the management of the domain to the lender (which is again an additional cost)

Apart from the website, there are numerous interconnected elements. Social media, an advertiser, a video channel, and a community that recognizes me due to the website. Additionally, there are payment methods associated with it, among many other things.

From the lender's perspective, they might perceive these connections as valuable collateral. Alternatively, they may view them from a different angle and consider them decent collateral. Moreover, it should be evident to the lender that I would never ask for a loan unless I am absolutely certain about my ability to repay it.

And here the lander is not very useful. Maybe he could add his own accounts so that he takes the profit, but that is also risky and can cause a ban on advertising and sm services. Plus, a lender would have to know a lot about the backend of a website, and these are not related jobs.

It is obvious that you are far from being able to get a loan based on everything you listed, OmegaStarScream gave you the most accurate answer. If you already have a continuous income from your business, it might still be better to rely on your own finances and go step by step. Everything will be slower, but you won't complicate things further.
1838  Economy / Reputation / Re: ASAN VERS Bounty scamm and Payment issue on: June 26, 2023, 04:27:13 PM
I am a new and newbie member but I don't get paid to work on their campaigns.

So I am reporting this to you and request you to take action against them so that no future bounty hunters are deprived of their payment.

The most effective action that can be taken against such managers and campaigns is for you bounty hunters to stop participating in them and to ignore them completely. In this way, you only give them the appearance of legality and justification for some money that they will receive from the project owner. If the project is sustainable at all, and there is a very small percentage of such.

Quote
I request DT members and senior brothers of this forum to look into this a bit.

The maximum that DT members can do is to mark that manager with red feedback. But do you bounty hunters go to follow that feedback and ignore such a manager, or do you prefer to ignore it and continue to participate in his campaigns?
1839  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Am I Being Scammed By A Prominent YouTuber? on: June 26, 2023, 04:12:09 PM
Am I being scammed by a prominent YouTuber?

Have you tried to withdraw money from there? If you can't do that, then you've been scammed, if it's a legitimate platform, then you won't have a problem with withdrawing money.

What is a prominent Youtuber? Do you know that it is possible to buy subscribers for the YT channel, so that number is not necessarily in a positive relationship with the quality of the material placed there?

Quote
"is an American YouTube channel with over 292.00K subscribers. It started 9 years ago and has 196 uploaded videos."

"Only" 196 videos for 9 years and that brought 300k subscribers... This sounds surreal to me

In addition to the possibility that you were deceived due to a hack or phishing site, how did you trust some unknown person from YouTube and invest $10k?

This article mostly for seo purposes, bitcointalk has a good mixer list which we recommend to use to find suitable one.

An article update for SEO purposes is highly recommended, which, in addition to the accuracy of the information, is the reason for the update.

Also, the images in the opening post of this thread are hosted on Imgur, so they cannot be loaded. I suggest that you do an update there as well, as a recommendation it is better to use talkimg.org
