shitposting at its best

I kind of hope that he's spewing this same kind of bullshit to his parents in real life.

"I am someone who has found god... When you find god, you can do anything"

 I doubt that.

"You create division from yourself when you lie."

I think you are lying.  Claims of knowing god are like snake oil.  Try to show the falsehood of one and you will get the run around.

His claims that eating and sleeping aren't necessary might just be a tiny clue to the fact that he's not exactly rational at the moment (even by dank standards).

I'm waiting for him to start spewing bretharian bullshit about how he can live on light alone but chooses not to because his spirit wants to experience the foods of the 3 dimensional world.

Fear only keeps your from love.  If you lose your ego, and chose to stop using it, it'll never come back.  This means not eating, sleeping, just being aware.  If you can do this, you can further connect to multiple realities, or thoughts.  Thoughts are simply other realities we can feel, since we are connected.

Yep, tripping balls.
1864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: CryptoXChange wait time on: November 19, 2012, 09:12:04 PM
They have shut down. Seems to me you should contact your lawyer.

There's not much a lawyer can do at this point.  $1600 is small claims territory and it's under the threshold for issuing a statutory demand (which is the starting point for forcing a company into liquidation).  If they are insolvent, then any legal action against them would be stayed if the company is wound up in insolvency - only secured creditors really benefit from involving lawyers in insolvency proceedings.

It's possible for KenseyCol to be solvent even if CryptoXchange is losing money.  It's not clear at the moment whether or not CryptoXchange is the only KenseyCol enterprise which is being shut down.

While it's definitely worth anyone owed more than $2000 considering issuing a statutory demand if CryptoXchange doesn't start returning funds as promised over the next two weeks, it's probably not worth initiating that process just yet (it has to be done just right and you need to be willing to follow through if payment isn't forthcoming - which means you need to be willing to spend the money to force the company into liquidation).

Looks like they've gone broke.  Which is a shame, used to be able to sell bitcoin at a higher rate than MTgox.

This might explain why it look them nearly 2 weeks to send me my cash.

Anyone else know anything?

I know that Ken has serious health issues which may have affected his capacity to keep on top of the business and that people were advising him to either shut down or sell the business months ago for the sake of his health.

Fraud attempts may also have factored into the profitability of the exchange.  They didn't have a large volume anyway and you don't have to lose much to fraud for the effects to be catastrophic when you're new and small.

As they're operated by a company, I'd expect them to go through formal insolvency processes for their own protection if they are indeed broke - which would be a matter of public record.  This may well be more a case of them believing that the writing is on the wall and deciding to get out before insolvency becomes inevitable.

Sounds more like plain old garden variety tripping balls.  The whole feeling omniscient, "seeing" with your mind, awe and wonder at the "interconnectedness of all things" shit is pretty standard effects of psychedelics and dissociatives.
1867  Other / Off-topic / Re: You believe in god on: November 19, 2012, 05:54:22 AM
But an MDMA roll duration ends, a trip doesn't.

Bwahahahaha.  You have much to learn Grasshopper.

You should probably go spend some time on Bluelight before you further embarrass yourself with your ignorant statements about mind-altering substances.
1868  Other / Off-topic / Re: -Satoshihell-Debt-Don't Lend to me- on: November 19, 2012, 02:24:17 AM
I'm not sure that potential lenders are going to see this in Off-topic.  Maybe you should post it in the forums where you normally seek loans.  You should probably see about getting the gambling services to ban your account, too.

I'm sure the US has assistance available for problem gamblers.  I'd highly recommend seeking help.

I would guess he's having a bad trip now... He'll be sober in a couple weeks and see these ridiculous posts.

Nah, dank's destiny is to join a cult.  He's got all the attributes of a future cult member.

Yeah what the hell? DMT is my guess..

He's gonna make some interesting posts when he has a bad trip.

It sounds more like you've found research chemicals.

gineta has given ratings to various people in the WOT, apparently trying to pad his credentials/credibility by claiming to have traded with them

1873  Economy / Goods / Re: Dank Metal - Silver and gold for BTC @ Spot Price on: November 18, 2012, 10:48:52 PM
I have no community involvement yet but I have to say, he only typed what I was thinking.  If someone wants to sell gold or silver in BTC without involving the IRS, more power to them.  Anyone who steps in to remind another of the slave state tax rules is a slave themselves.  the IRS can go screw.

I personally think anonymous BTC exchange to gold/siver is going to be just what we need.

Oh, and the IRS can go screw.

People can do whatever they want as long as they're willing to live with the consequences.  Why don't you ask Roger Ver about how ignoring rules which you don't believe should exist turned out for him.  Or Sonny Vleisides.  dank's "all you need is love" bullshit might be annoying as shit, but nobody wants to see him make bad choices which could haunt the rest of his life just because he's a naive, idealistic teenager who thinks he has all the answers to life, the Universe and everything and thinks he's invincible.

For the record, I think that the US has some insanely stupid laws with regard to many things and that the penalties for breaking many of those laws are ludicrous.  That reality makes being cautious about which laws you choose to break even more advisable because trivial things can bite you in the ass in a big way.

Could probably get by a lot more clear if he used google translate.

Yep.  Google translate's not perfect but it's usually good enough to convey basic meaning.

Mind your own business, dude.  We're not in the business of telling dank or anyone else what to do, and neither are you.

You've got a registration date of 8 November this year.  It's a little early to consider yourself part of "we", let alone presume to speak for anyone but yourself.

But hey, feel perfectly free to add me to your ignore list.  I'm not going to follow your flowchart.  Neither are you, apparently.

I just want whatever crack cocaine he's doing.

I've seen more coherent posts from people on research chemical benders.
1877  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Usagi: falsifying NAVs, manipulating share prices and misleading investors. on: November 18, 2012, 08:31:53 PM
5)  Is back hawking a new business venture in this community despite there being unresolved issues surrounding his past ventures.  If the point of the scammer tag is to warn people against dealing with those who have an unsatisfactory record when it comes to meeting their obligations, then this is exactly the kind of situation in which it can be useful.
1878  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: OPEN LETTER to Donald, Patrick & Amir RE: Bitcoinica on: November 18, 2012, 07:45:43 PM
At least 3 of us have tried to contact the liquidators, no answer.

What should liquidators be doing at this point ?

At this point they should be taking control of Bitcoinica's records and assets.

The liquidators must issue the first report to creditors within 25 business days of the company being put into liquidation - so by 6 December 2012 (I can't recall if NZ has had any public holidays in the last few weeks).  The first report to creditors usually has a claim form attached, advises the date by which claims must be lodged and gives information about how to contact the liquidator.

Here's an example of what a first report looks like (prepared by a different liquidator than the company which is handling the Bitcoinica liquidation but the basic requirements are essentially the same).

http://www.mvp.co.nz/media/reports/Active+Heating+Products+and+Services+Limited+(In+Liquidation)/first%20report.pdf

The liquidators should definitely be responding to contact from creditors, even if it's only a formula response saying when the creditors report will be issued and the date by which claims must be lodged.  If they aren't responding, I would keep a record of all attempts to contact them and I would probably contact them again specifically requesting a claim form and information about the cut-off date for claims.  "We'll get this information to all creditors by the first week of December" would be a reasonable response, but no response at all is simply unacceptable.

Sounds like a variation on Freemen on the Land and Sovereign Citizen bullshit.

This particular judgement is well worth reading if you want to understand why such claims have no legal validity whatsoever.

1880  Other / Off-topic / Re: There's gonna be a tidal wave/tsunami on: November 18, 2012, 02:24:32 AM
Yeah, but nothing around you really exists, it's all created in your head.  From consciousness.  You perceive light waves, sound waves and different types of energy to produce an experience of life.

If you fall from a 20th storey window you're going to go splat, even if your internal reality tells you that you can fly - gravity has an objective existence which isn't overcome by your beliefs, altered perceptions or delusions.  It's not "created in your head".

You should really read up on cults and mass delusions.

By the way, to be internally consistent you would need to hold the viewpoint that emotions - including love - are also just illusions not that "love conquers all".
