Made a withdrawal that says it v is complete but I cannot check block chain id.  Fortune jack id number is 204530518.  My address shows no incoming deposit.  What up?  Love your site just wondering why this is not instant.

No response.  Can't check block chain.  This place used to be the best v customer services.  Now it sucks.  Give me my money back out a response.  WTF?  This place is slipping

I have never had an issue with a WD.  I can tell you it can take a couple hours.  How long have you been waiting?

Since yesterday.  12 hours or so. I never had a problem either until now but they refuse to respond.  I just want to check the block chain to see if the problem is on their end or the receiving address.

Did you open a support ticket?  Did you verify the address was valid?  I agree they are usually very quick with tickets...

Wrote two support tickets before venting here.  Just want  someone to  get back to me.

We did not receive any recent email about that issue. I guess this happens when we reply to the users and leave the link "unsubscribe from messages from fortunejack" in the quote section. This way someone can click unsubscribe and we don't receive email from the support ticket anymore. Thus we have to manually subscribe again. I am just explaining this for you guys not to think we don't care about customers. But there are users who do not contact us via the support ticket but directly at support@fortunejack.com. We will fix support ticket asap.

Anyway, we will check your issue right now. So basically you are waiting for a withdraw? What currency? And you have transaction id? Also give us the username at FortuneJack.

Hey doesn't fortunejack have some kind of bug bounty? I found a bug. In the blackjack game it says "thi" instead of "thu" for the date:

Maybe you guys can pay me back my ~150k doge that disappeared due to a glitch as a reward I would be ok with that.

EDIT: actually it says its the 26th so maybe its supposed to say "fri."

I dont think that this kind of bug "typo" worth as 150k doge.
And regarding your missing 150k Doge, OP has explained it already that they can't refund it because you lost it fairly.
Just my opinion.

No he made up a story because for whatever reason he didn't want to look into it or just assumes I am lying. I have lost more than a few BTC on that site and to this day am still giving them my BTC because I am a degenerate gambler so why would I make up a story about a lousy 150k doge??

He said I lost it by making three bets when I was in a slot game for about a minute. First of all the game itself was completely unresponsive therefore it would be impossible for me to make a bet and it is also impossible to make three bets on that particular game equaling 150,000 doge so that story is obviously bullshit.

Its really the principle of the thing those I could give two fucks about $35 USD worth of dogecoin I lose much much more on that site daily but the thing that pisses me off is that I lost it due to a site glitch and that my support requests were completely ignored and I couldn't get anyone from fortunejack to give me the time of day until I complained about it on a public forum then the only response is "Sorry you made impossible bets somehow and we don't believe you and I probably didn't even look into it fuck you loyal customer."

The sad part is I still gamble there and give them my money because it is my favorite casino I just hate being ripped off (whether intentionally or not) and then lied to and about.

Whatever happened during that playing session, I did not lie. I asked our technical team to check it several times. It's of course not about 35$, it's about fairness, we returned more than that in the past to other players. I understand you feel cheated but we definitely checked it and could not find any problems.

Regarding the bug, we will check it out and contact you.

Hi!

I received payment of 0.04 BTC but I thought this payment had to be of 0.08 BTC as it is the fourth week

We will check that and give you additional 0.04 BTC if that's the case.

Basically says instant withdraw ... withdrew ... still waiting ...

Are you still waiting for withdrawal?

I said it several times that in case of some technical problems, contact us on support@fortunejack.com and only write here if the problem persists and we can't help you. It is just rude to act like that. Withdrawals are instant from our casino, but the transactions still have to be confirmed on the coin servers, about which we can't do anything. Sometimes BTC withdrawals take maximum of 1 hour and that's not our fault.

1891  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: June 24, 2015, 10:25:08 AM
Damn, damn, damn.  I draw a straight flush and the site goes down....  Does it go down when I draw nothing....  NO!!  Just when I draw something good!!!  There's .5 BTC in the crapper!!

You can contact support by email or here, I think they will compensate you the money cos the game hash is there, they can't cheat on your winnings, if they won't give you the money, you can make a scam accusation thread, it is very easy to get your money back cos OP won't wanna get a red feedback
e
After I got the can't connect the 1st time, Chrome gave me the page can't be displayed.  Didn't even show up after I got back on.  The hand never completed so it's like it never happened.  Oh well...

Was this your last bet in video poker or you played more after that? Did you send email to our support team? - support@fortunejack.com

So you are saying you won or you just did not click "Take" as browser had problems?

Sorry!  Didn't see the response.  I never got to click take.  Right after the draw I got the error, then the page went poof.  The database errors seem to run hot and cold.  I'll go weeks without one and then they seem to pop up again.  Then back to normal.

BTW, love the site...

Tell us the exact time when this happened. Or at least exact day and approximate hour. And we will check that game session. Either send us through email support@fortunejack.com or in PM on this forum.
1892  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: June 23, 2015, 02:22:04 PM
True dat!!  I have to say it made my month!!!  Being I lost out on a straight flush a few days before, when I got a database error.  This made me happy as hell!!!  Cheesy

Do you mean that you got nothing for the straight flush because the database error? I think you deserve to win it, because it was not your fault.
But you just got another big win..so I'd say that it is like a compensation of your lost on the straight flush Cheesy

When I got the database error I tried to get the game # and got a website error in Chrome.  Because the game didn't complete it was like it never happened.  I was hoping FJ would reach out here but they never did.  But it was a thrill pulling a royal!!  I am hoping sooner or later they post a regular jacks or better poker with a decent payout schedule!!

Can you check this page more thoroughly? Because we did it.

i have cashout problem, 2 hours ago cashouted 0.2btc write "completed" but not received.
After that i tried to cashout 0.1btc and received instantly, please fix problem :/
my account: kamara45

still nothing, 2 days dont receiving my btc .... check the problem

Did you send us email on support@fortunejack.com? This is not a place for such discussions.

We just checked your transaction and you indicated a wrong wallet number. It's not even a BTC wallet. So it is wrong to blame us on that. We will refund the money after some more investigation. It is seems that you just indicated a wrong wallet and money was not transferred anywhere.
It's never your fault is it?

We gave you your money back. You had indicated a wrong(non-existent) wallet. It would be nice to write here and say that issue got fixed and you really did write a wrong wallet address by accident.

Well I registered at this site this weekend and was having fun  losing a total of 1.5 btc so far I think, haha. Everything was going great I am even on a leaderboard or two.

It was all fine until I deposited 200k doge to play around with. I started a slot game and when it loaded my mouse was unresponsive and I couldn't click anything. As I was about to click the exit button I see my credits balance drop from 200k to 50k instantly. I was in the game for less than a minute so it is obviously some kind of glitch. I contacted support and have not heard back it has been days I am pretty disappointed as I really liked this place and planned on spending a lot more here just not getting ripped off without any site staff giving two shits about it.

Be careful guys.

EDIT: oh yeah heres proof in case anyone doubts me. Look at the timestamps.

We have not received your email it seems. We will check out your problem as soon as possible and contact you back. Are you sure you contacted us at support@fortunejack.com?  If you are, write to me in PM your username and when this happened and we will sort it out.
Ok pming now, thanks.

Yes I am sure I used the form on your site.

We are sorry about your loss. First of all, if you have some problems with the mouse, it is stated in the rules that we are not responsible for that.

Regarding your loss, I asked our technical team to check it several times and only after full investigation, we are responding you back.

You made 3 bets, very large ones because you probably increased them. Despite them most likely being accidental, we can not refund them. We checked each session though and you lost all three fairly. Again, I am really sorry for your loss, but there is nothing we can do about it.

P.S. There is no reason to think we are trying to steal money from users like you. Just recently, when the withdrawals had problems, we not only refunded the money(for them to withdraw again safely) but also added them bonus 10% as compensation. We are trying to be fair, there is no reason why we would try to avoid issues such as these.

You are writing a lot but without any proof. You are even accusing some players(you mentioned cryptobet) for fraud and fake winnings. Well, he(cryptobet) knows you are lying and we know you are lying. How can you be trusted after this?

We are sorry for your loss, we always tell players not to gamble with the money they can not afford to lose. But you need to show some respect and not accuse us without any proof.
