Just wanted to post my review here. I made an account at FJ a while ago but didn't start playing here until about a month ago. After a few deposits, I got an email about 50 free spins with my next deposit. I contacted support to make sure I'd be able to use the spins in the US and they said I could and it would not be a problem at all. After depositing, the free spins game wouldn't load I found out that I couldn't use the spins due to my location. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to be using a VPN. I am not too familiar with vpns and was not happy that they did not tell me this when I asked before making the deposit. I was also a bit hesitant to try and use a vpn out of fear that fraud warnings would come up if I went to make a withdrawal. I asked them if there was any solution outside using a VPN (since the agent I talked to before I deposited did not tell me about this) and they told me to contact max@fortunejack.com and that I would get an answer soon. They said max usually replies within hours but it may take a few days. This was about 3-4 weeks ago. I never got a reply (I contacted live support in the meantime and they told me that they would remind max to reply but it never happened). While I was waiting for the reply that never came, the 50 bonus spins expired (I think within 2 days) so I had no bonus spins and no solution on my complaint. I ended up contacting chat again yesterday, assuming that I would never get a reply from max, and they told me that the most they could credit me with is 15 spins and that I should have just googled how to use a vpn in the first place. After unsuccessfully trying to get them to credit me the full 50 spins, I told them to go ahead and credit the 15 as it seemed to be all that they would do. I won about $8 or $9 worth of btc on the free spins but was not able to meet the playthrough requirements. Overall, I do really like the slot game selection at FJ and love how you can use many different currencies on the site. However, I am not sure if I will end up making any more deposits on the site given my experience with customer service. I just wanted to post this here given that seeing the fortunejack reviews on this site is what compelled me to start playing there in the first place. I am sorry for hearing about your case, but sadly, yes I see that happening. Its a good way of advertising while you can earn some bucks as well  , good move if you ask me. I think you should start to build a good community among your players as well through telegram channel or slack or maybe fortunejack forum. I think those will help both you and your players to communicate faster/easier than using ticket support or through this forum. Indeed you will need some staffs to handle the channels unless you can handle it by yourself. was some information leaked or how you know so much about our plans? haha  |

I am familiar with your case and have brought up it at the latest staff meeting at FJ. To start making things clear, let me quickly explain the situation. At the moment, when you made this amazing win there was an apparent problem detected by our fraud control system. We have put all the withdrawals on hold for some time, initiated new fraud control system and hired new stuff to lead the investigation. As you might already know user Erkans had the same issue recently and finally by the decision of our new fraud team and system we have proceeded that request on withdrawal and player got funds requested on the account.
The process of reviewing wagering and investigating possible scam issues had taken longer than we were expecting and we are utterly sorry for that. I know your claim is legit, you have won and you deserve to enjoy the win. It shouldn't take long because now we have a precedent of Erkans case and this will be a good guide for us in similar cases.

As already posted in FJ thread, this issue has been resolved and after finalising the investigation fraud department has already deposited the win on Erkans account.
The thread and open discussion on it is irrelevant from this perspective and should be moved to the archive I think.
Also, because of this issue, our reputation was heavily damaged by negative trust score adjusted. We stated in posts the process was ongoing and we were waiting for final confirmation, still some users have wrongly accused us of refusing to pay out the win to our dear player. We would like this to be improved as well, I think since we have finalised the procedure from our side and fairly deposited the funds on the account, it will be reasonable and right to have negative trust removed.

We have experienced similar problems with user Erkans recently. The case is mostly identical and actually was from the same period of time. Due to new fraud control system, we are applying, withdrawals from that concrete period of time have been held for further examinations. You have nothing to worry if you think, your win was fair, Erkans already received 9BTC from us after successful completion of the investigating process. I would ask you for patience and understanding, the cases are one of the top priorities for our fraud control team and they have already solved one.
Please, understand that process might be a bit long, but I can assure you our fraud control team does everything to solve this tickets as soon as possible.
