Nice find. As expected on this kind of service. He is not legally attached to its client which he can runaway once players already sign up using his affiliate link because there’s no way for players to remove it on his account. The only thing players can do is stop playing using there account so that they will let this scammer benefits on there wagered money. Some casino allows multiple account as long as players will declare it and request for suspension to other account. This is hassle because of all the progress made but at least they can’t feed the scammer a free money.

Dear community I have researched almost % of people's stepping towards crypto without any proper training and attention and losing their money for greedy mind...
Why peoples are not attention to Skills (e-commerce, freelancing)
Wanna suggest a little bit of your time to spend in learning skills and improve your mind strength+💰🤑

Because they want quick profit as an extra source of income. Most of the people entering in crypto trading are corporate workers or people with job that wants extra profit using there savings. People are not contented on fixed salary they are getting and want a way earn more while crypto trading is very easy to access by just using a mobile phone and card to deposit money. These have already skills but they still choose crypto trading as another opportunity to earn more.

I already forgot that I place one prediction on this promotion before and I missed the opportunity to place one more prediction. I guess Bitcoin price will close above 20K or 18K before the contest end because the chart shows multiple bottom at 19K area. I placed a  pow leverage short position at the same time I put my prediction on this contest so I’m already happy that my prediction for direction was right even though I can’t win on this tournament. Good luck guys!

Still nothing beats to Monaco facts which totally amazed me how there government manage to come up with this ironic law to protect there citizens to the main attraction by there country. I knew this fact from some random facts thread here before but I’m really happy to see this kind of thread again in the gambling section.

Maybe try adding more by batch release so that it will not be a burden to you on posting it at one go.
1886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 28, 2022, 11:51:02 AM
OG look like they are on GodLike mode right now as nothing can stop them. I would have assume that Aster would take the game or at least 1 map but I don't think they can win 1 map as we are 3rd map in the game and OG is having 5k lead with a farmed PA ready to join the fight.

I've missed the Secret game by after getting beat by 2-0 from OG I don't think I even want to see the highlights lol.

I think Aster can still pull a map away from OG. They're not in an extremely bad situation and their heroes are very good with picking up squishy heroes that are out of position. They can even snipe PA so long as the OG reinforcements don't arrive that fast. At this point, avoiding any team fights is extremely necessary and picking off out of position heroes is the play. Though by the looks of it, I guess OG knew this is the only way they can be beat and they are sticking up as much as possible.

And just like that, Aster kind of turned around the fight to even on their favor.

Truly, OG is godlike in this ESL ONE finals. They have swept Aster in the biggest stage of this tournament. Who would have thought that they would be able to do the swept. Aster is known to choke on this stage but I do not expect them to get swept so easily by OG. They have no answer to OG. They even steal Mars on the the draft but OG was still able to get a better draft against them.

Very true, I have no doubts about Monet performance on this game but Ori keeps choking like this one on game like this even on the Majors. Ori is a great player during group stage in every tournament but he always keeps choking on playoffs even during he is on VG with Monet. I don’t really know what’s wrong to this player but he seems very good overall on games that has minimal pressure to them. Aster needs to add substitute midlaner during playoffs if they want to get championship on any international tournaments.

I’m waiting to see TT of ATF but he seems become mature on handling this kind of things.  Cheesy
1887  Other / Meta / Re: Additional security measures to keep account secure on: August 27, 2022, 03:33:41 PM
In order to reduce or limit the hacking of bitcointalk accounts, more security features can be introduced. I am also adding one suggestion here to get this thread started:

There should be option for high rank members to activate email verification. From time to time, when the member logs in using the username and password, it should send an code to the email to be entered on bitcointalk for login. While login, there should be option to trust the device for some days so that it does not affect user experience.

Same way, other security features can also be implemented. Let us discuss these in this thread.

I’m using Bitcointalk forum for about 6 years without experiencing any hack incident in my account. I think having a secured password and 2fa is enough to make Bitcointalk account safe because there’s no money that needs to protect on this account besides account reputation which can be easily spot if the account suddenly do shady activities.

Hacking event usually happened on accounts that use a weak password or click phishing links.
1888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Faucet website on: August 27, 2022, 02:32:43 PM
The faucet website that you are describing is too good to be true. How will this faucet will be profitable to the owner if they don't have source of income to give to there user. Can you provide the link to the faucet that you want to share to check if it's legit or not. This offer is really shady unless they just give a very small reward that is just a fraction of the captcha profit because that will seems reasonable at all.
1889  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are candlestick patterns overrated? on: August 27, 2022, 02:05:06 PM
Basically any technical indicator is overrated
~snip~

It's not, and I think the word "overrated" is the wrong word to use. Because like ANY skill, to make Technical Analysis very effective for the user, it will take thousands of hours of practice, and "the gift". Simply, there are some people who are going to be more skillful than others in Technical Analysis. The earlier you know if you don't have "the gift", better for you to start using another strategy, BUY the DIP and HODL.

Got to disagree with that, and overrated is exactly the right word to use here, furthermore technical analysis in my opinion is not just any other skill and won't necessarily make you a better trader or even make you better at using those technical indicators to get better outcome, they're just merely a tool for you to use to get better at predicting probability of what happens next with the chart you're using, and by better I mean maybe 10-20% more than a person without any knowledge about charting and how technical analysis works.

Now if someone really put some real time into some other skill like fixing car engines instead for instance they probably could increase their chance of fixing cars to over 90%, can you get even get close to 90% success rate in trading with TA?

Don't bother with those YouTubers/Influencers that tell you: you can make x amount of money with learning this or that new indicator or learn how to read charts, there's no 100% chance of making money on trading unless it's in bull market and that requires no skill nor TA knowledge, most of them are full of shit and only share their wins and just randomly share some loss here and there to make it look more natural and their source of making money is usually being that Influencer/Youtuber and not being a good trader/chartist/TA guy.

It’s overrated if you don’t fully understand how it really works and you fully rely on it. I get how you come up to this because many influencers is using it as if they are really sure that there prediction is accurate but the reality was TA is just an educated guessing base on previous data and indicators is just a tools that helps TA analyst to save time on math.

Indicators is very helpful if you just know it's limitation. The only thing that makes it overrated is   because of random pro traders wannabe on social media point of view but it's a legit tool for a pro trades.
1890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Becomes a Hedging Asset on: August 27, 2022, 01:18:55 PM
Geopolitical instability and inflation are the main issues these days. Is Bitcoin be able to disconnect from these two risks and start being a hedge investment asset today as well as a financial winner in the future?

This was discussed many times and the answer is always depends on people perspective. Yes it can be if Bitcoin will manage to stabilized its price without considering the fiat value meaning commodity and services will be valued in Bitcoin quantity and not through its equivalent value but this will only happened if USD will not be the main currency for pairing globally. The current condition of the market only proves that Bitcoin can’t suffice this idea because it’s price is dragging down along with the inflation. Maybe yer or not in the future but no one knows.

Why Gambling sites don't offer betting on bitcoin price ?
Like whether bitcoin will go up next hour or go down and stuff like these?

You are looking for Binary trading and I think Rollbit has this kind of game before but I’m not sure if they are still offering right now because exchanges is the one who offers this game now through there option trading. This game is already under trading which gambling casino already not interested anymore to compete on exchange since that is not there main area of games.

Options, Binary and Leverage trading is the activity that you are looking for that has this kind of mechanics. I hope it will helps you.
1893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this the Extreme of Gambling Addiction? on: August 27, 2022, 05:57:02 AM
I don’t se any kind of gambling addiction on this story because they are just a regular thief and if theres one that they are addicted is stealing money on the place that they know that has an easy money to steal in which case places with slot because the security in that place is much weaker compared to a full size casino or bank. This guys surely keep watching on how many players playing on this slots which made them an easy target. This not an addiction or whatsoever dimension. This is simply a theft crime that involves slot machines.

To a great extent this team has done things right unless some cases break out in the future but for now, I can see that the admin is very active on thos forum and also have made a reply on their signature campaign thread stating how excited they are to be on this forum, but if I may make a few suggestions as regards to promotion and bonuses as many players from this forum e.g a unique welcome bonuses for the players from this forum and also expand your marketing to reach more users of the forum. Also, give priority to feedback and solve players' problems.
This question is already question on some of the replies here of the Punt representative even answering all the players concern except for post that made right after he became online. The reps already pointed out that they are already cooking those Bitcointalk bonus and he is with Yahoo as an advisor for this. That only means he is on the right track because an experienced member here is at his back. They know what they are doing and we should just wait for there announcement.
1895  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: August 26, 2022, 01:31:29 PM
I think kucoin exchange doesn't require a kyc for a small trades but the only problem is that owl token is not yet listed on this exchange. This exchange was big and popular but knows how to value their customers especially small users but those who are not yet on the level of this exchange are much stricter than it. I think they won't go a long way.

Yep Kucoin is the only remaining exchange that I know that still allow user to trade less than 1BTC without requiring KYC. I think they are not expanding on countries that strict regulators which is the reason why they can still operate as is without regulatory pressure on requiring KYC. But sooner or later they will required it too like what binance did to there consumer after regulators pressured them in exchange for there license. Small time exchange is now requiring KYC so I guess kucoin is just waiting for the SEC to knock on there door.
1896  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: August 26, 2022, 10:58:31 AM
It cant really be that avoided that people would really be keep on discussing it specially now that they are tending to make it Level 2 KYC as i had heard off which do make things even more worst.
Level 2 mandatory? Never heard of this. If this is actually true, Roobet is seriously screwing themselves in a big way. So many gamblers including me hated the mandatory first level verification itself.
This is true and this is the main reason why this KYC fiasco started here on the roobet thread due to some report of players that they are asking KYC while support tells its mandatory to all user.

This step two verification is really a hassle for users of roobet. I don't see the relevance of why they need the social media since anyone can fake their account. And do they think that everyone publicize everything on social media. The ID and valid document are already enough to verify their users identity just like what other gambling websites require. They will definitely lose loyal users if they continue to impose this rule.

Another thing
Quote
The Roobet technical support will randomly perform crosschecks to ensure the entered address matches the IP address's location. If the IP address location does not match the given address, the company may lock the account for further investigation, and request steps two and three verification (AML 1 and AML 2). The company will perform additional checks based on the situation, including, but not limited to, crosschecking for open sanctions and connections to illegal or fraudulent actions.
source: https://roobet.com/aml-policy
The IP check and the address check is somehow overkill.  I for example live in address A while my IP address location is somewhere in address B since most of the connection in our country has a dynamic IP address and changes in location from time to time.  So does this mean that my account will be temporarily blocked if they found out that the IP address does not match my home address?  So in cases that I won a huge amount, the Casino may use this kind of ruling to either nullify my winnings or have me undergo another series of verification.  This is very worrying.

I think its overkill to be consider like dynamic IP will gonna subject user account for verification because we all know that most of the router use a dynamic IP as default. I’m assuming that they are pertaining to the country as location described and not the the different IP address on same country. Although this should be clarified thoroughly because it might use it against to use just like what you said if one of the Roobet support decided to go that far on handling case like this. Roobet starting to tightening there ToS draws a lot of attention.

https://coingape.com/binance-suspend-deposits-withdrawals-ethereum-merge/

1898  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: August 26, 2022, 09:29:16 AM
The other Casino also charges $5 on USDT withdrawal no matter what the network used for withdrawing is.  It looks like it is a norm in some casinos.  I tried withdrawing from other Casino using the TRC20 network and they still charge $5 as a fee.  If you are wondering about them not offering BTC Lightning Network, I am also buffled why they don't have an option for USDT to be withdrawn in the TRC20 network.
Which other casinos are you talking about precisely? Because at sportsbet, bitcasino and livecasino USDT withdrawals are available on ERC20(Ethereum) and TRC20(Tron), and they are totally free ($0.00) like withdrawals of any other cryptocurrencies. So thankfully I don't think it's a norm at all among casinos, people wouldn't use them anymore if they were thieved with fees like that at each withdrawal.

Yeah. So far I didn’t encounter a casino that charge 5$ on USDT using TRC20 network because they are worst than CEX that charge a 1$ flat rate which we all know that the most expensive fee already for TRC20 network. Maybe this is just a confusion for an ERC20 USDT withdrawal because I’m playing on most of the reputable casino in the forum and none of them charge like 5$ on a USDT withdrawal even using Bitcoin.

@notblox1 are you sure that Tornike is still active fortunejack support because he might leave the job and the reason why he is not answering your even if you have previous discussion. I understand the frustration and I know many user here doesn’t understand your concern because they still didn’t experience your position right now but I undergo this before and I have no choice than to comply because support is not giving shit to my message unless it’s about completing the KYC.

This is sucks way on how casino handle this matter but we have no choice rather than to comply if we really want to out our money. This is charge to experience.
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto's Metaverse projects are looking good now on: August 26, 2022, 06:14:22 AM
You sure didn’t watch the whole content of the video. Mark Zuckerburg is not dumb enough to release that low quality graphics a final output of his metaverse project. He just want to show a glimpse of what they are doing and they are doing it from scratch. Meta is not planning a mediocre metaverse like what we are seeing in crypto space because they are planning to have a metaverse that has global scope. They plan to this for many years so I’m sure he just want to show where they begin and update is on the improvement later on because you can’t showcase properly your product if you will not start first showing the ugly part.
