1921  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tutorial] How To Access Bitcointalk using TOR Browser on: July 26, 2021, 05:23:12 AM
Thanks, but my doubt is whether a captcha on the login page is needed at all (since there is a captcha bypass). I mean, isn't that counterproductive?
Captcha bypass is primarily used when using TOR as your browser to access your bitcointalk account in order to avoid repetitive captcha puzzles, which can be tedious to solve most of the time.

You don't need to use the captcha bypass if you're using a standard browser like Chrome or Firefox because, unlike with TOR, it only takes 1 or 2 tries to successfully login to your account.

On a side note, you can also report them to [1] https://www.t.me/notoscam. Just include the screenshot of the scammer's message along with the link of his/her telegram username. It's a handy tool to use if you know that there is something fishy going on.

what went wrong and what strategy will you advice i adopt that will help me in my future trading that will give good profits and minimize lost.
It's possible that what works for me won't work for you. It's is up to you to try various techniques based on your risk appetite and work schedule. You should also think about how important it is to have proper bankroll management to avoid blowing up your account in a single trade.

Determine your leverage, the percentage of your total bankroll you're willing to risk per trade, and your stop loss, among other things. Risking a large portion of your entire bankroll while still in the early stages of your trading career is a definite way to lose money. A 1-3 dollar deal would be a good way to test your trading accuracy while also establishing confidence in the market.

Furthermore, whether your past trades were profitable or not, re-evaluate them. This will allow you to determine which part is inaccurate, and tell if you have followed your trading plan religiously.

You can also watch COTTONCANDY TA's trading courses to give you an idea how trading works under the hood. I've been following him for over a year now and I still practice what I have learned on his videos for free.

1924  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Tutorial] How To Access Bitcointalk using TOR Browser on: July 25, 2021, 10:54:22 AM
This doesn't make sense, there is a captcha on the login page, and then there is a captcha bypass page? What is the point of having a captcha in the first place?
Mainly because there are lots of TOR user who are having a hard time to solve a captcha since using TOR will make you realize that you aren't human enough to bypass them with just a few clicks. In comparison to other browsers, TOR requires you to solve a lot of puzzles before you can successfully log in.

In addition, you are given a unique link that will allow you to easily connect to your account without having to enter a captcha. If you're concerned about hackers or bots attempting to bruteforce your account, I believe it has something to do with the strength of your password. You can also request a new unique link if you suspect that someone else has your prior current link.

Why do I get the impression that there are lots of ongoing airdrop frauds that drain the token out from your wallet, like this one that was recently posted? If the token has been authorized for swapping activity, the same results will occur. This is also the first time I encountered such case.

1927  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Utilize multi-time analysis in trading on: July 24, 2021, 02:45:33 PM
Isn't it the appropriate thing to do as a trader? I mean, regardless of the type of trader you are, starting from a larger time frame and working your way down to a smaller time frame is a must-have practice.

When looking at the weekly timeframe, you can determine whether an asset is in accumulation or distribution as its current market meta. This will provide you with a basic notion of the market's current global trend.

And, in most cases, utilizing different time frames will enable you to identify which levels are relevant as well as their strength. This means that a 15 minute level is weaker than everything below it, while an hourly level is weaker than a daily level. All time frame are relevant with each other.

It would be hypocrisy kung sasabihin nila na trip nila yung gameplay, and we must admit that we're here for our money to go brrrr!!

1930  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your betting budget on: July 22, 2021, 09:52:22 AM
When I first started learning about bitcoin trading, I discovered something called Bankroll Management, which is comparable to how poker players manage their betting budget.

The idea is to have a main account with the majority of your money and a separate account with the remaining 10% of your main wallet. With this, you can reduce the risk of losing a huge sum of money by doing so, and you can play again at a later date.

I think it would be helpful if I can share this video with you guys.

Anyone can also download the Master Ethereum by Andreas Antonopolous in his github.

Plus this book by Eric Voskuil. It talks about concept and technicalities at the very deep level of understanding. Though I still not fully understand what was written, I think it would still be interestimg to read if one can understand bitcoin both in technical and economic concept.

1932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Can We Expect Gambling on Axie Infinity? on: July 22, 2021, 07:43:27 AM
but I doubt if Axie management wants to be classified to be totally gambling sites because they are catering to all ages.
Hey! This isn't a discussion about whether Axie will become a gambling site; rather, it's a discussion about whether Axie will be included in some of the gambling site bookies that are similar to the current mainstream E-SPORTS such as Dota 2, CS:GO, Valorant, and LOL, where anyone can bet on who will win.

Questions are, if there's already a competition in AXIE is there any gambling site that are willing to add this options to their E-sport?
It depends. The popularity of Axie is still unknown in Western countries, and the majority of its players are from Southeast Asia. This could happen if Axie can solve their scalability difficulties first before expanding globally.
1933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Can We Expect Gambling on Axie Infinity? on: July 22, 2021, 03:13:06 AM
This is feasible if they agree to a battle between the two separate axie guilds, in which they compete for a predetermined number of wins in order to move to the next round. Despite the fact that they are still in the alpha stage, they have a lot of room for improvement, and server scalability should be their top concern.  Roll Eyes

However, I guess the fundamental issue here is that each matchup involves some randomization; the cards are randomly picked between each round, which could cause difficulties regardless of the player's expertise.
1934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 10 casino sites on: July 21, 2021, 07:51:42 AM
Whether or not OP is active in responding to most of our questions concerning the authenticity of the list, it is essential to know that for new individuals who are going to enter a crypto-based casino, there is an actual website that does honest reviews. When it comes to scanning casinos based on your preferences, BTCGosu and GamblingBro should be your go-to websites.

After all, we're not talking about a fiat-based casino here, but instead about cryptocurrency in general.
1935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on friendly matches on: July 21, 2021, 06:43:27 AM
Isn't it possible that these friendly matches might become "fixed matches," with the winner determined before the game begins? This indicates that there is a great deal of corruption going on behind the scenes in these matches, with no competitive or strategic play.

Some may also argue that matches like this are merely for the purpose of putting their training into practice which means that the result does not matter.

Just a heads up to everyone waiting for their prize to appear in their Roobet account. After only a few days of waiting, it has arrived. If you're having trouble withdrawing your winnings, make sure you've completed Level 1 KYC and deposited at least $5 to verify your account.

If your reward has not arrived yet, please wait because I assume it is being distributed in batches. Congrats everyone. See in you in the next Summer Art Competition.

If you are trying to reach Paxful on their social media accounts, here are the links; however, it does not guarantee that your case will immediately solve.

https://www.facebook.com/paxful
https://twitter.com/paxful
https://www.reddit.com/r/paxsavoid

This is why it is extremely important to at least read the Terms of Service of every platform to ensure that you will not trigger KYC/AML verification process after you have created the account and bought your assets. Using this forum or Bisq could also be a good alternative instead of using Paxful.
1939  Other / Meta / Re: How does evil fee makes sense? on: July 20, 2021, 05:18:10 AM
As far as I know, "Units of Evil" refers to the degree of the violation of your IP address when you register for an account. It's a system that prevents users from using the same IP address to create multiple accounts.

Here's the image (zoom in):

For comparison, here's the one from 2015:

Each pixel is a /24 address block (ie. each pixel represents 256 IP addresses). The colors are:

I tried the OKEx Demo Trading Platform when it was still a little clunky, but you may still give it another try and see if it improves. This is the platform that I used to practice learning the fundamentals of futures and perpetual contracts. Below is the article to find their demo platform[1].

In addition, I found a Binance demo platform[2], however I'm not sure if it's an official one.
