Once you download them, you can do whatever you want with the data.  I don't know how I feel about automating the destruction of data though.

Ideally, messages should be encrypted by default.    This tool does not add/subtract any security.  The app connects to bitcointalk.org and no where else, downloads each page using your SSL link and saves it on your local device.

I have to tell you though, there might never be another conventional or nuclear war.   The first nation to gain space dominance wins all future conflicts, so war becomes unnecessary.   When China (for example) wants to expand their territory to Australia (for example), they just raise the temperature there a degree a week until everyone dies/moves.   Free land!

Selling a lot of those accounts are against terms.  Meaning your customers are screwed when they lose their accounts. 

Theymos has stated in the past he would download PMs for a person once, but that was a few hundred thousand members ago.  I'm not sure if he still wants the work.

I have written a C# program that saves all your PMs, inbox and outbox.  It's working perfectly on my computer, but I haven't coded any error routines or accounted for anything other than my setup.

If the community really wants this, I can finish coding the error checking, and also make it so you can run the program multiple times, and it will update your list.   It currently saves as XML or JSON, but I'd like to get it in a format that can easily be searched.

I will upload it on github, so everyone can verify nothing sneaky is going on.

A NFCT is a non-fungible crypto token.   Regular NFTs have attributes with no provable relation to reality.  For example:   Strength: 10 is just a made up number.   NFCT use cryptobutes instead - attributes that have a traceable, provable life.   For example:  Merit: 10 is based on a recorded list of merit transactions.   

Club Crypto will be releasing a NFCT based on bitcointalk.org stats, and develop an ongoing web game to use them.  We are hoping for a partnership with BPIP.org. 

While the game is a WIP, I'm thinking of something that does not have permanent superiority.   For example:   A Vod card would win any war in a recognition game, and a Minerjones card would win in a game involving the trust cryptobute.  Instead, I'd like those stats to mix with others to give advantages based on different scenarios. (Example a weekly winner based on what they did during that week).

People can post good or bad things I've done, with evidence.  (For example, I created BPIP, or I red tagged over a thousand scammers).   But I really don't want to be seen as deleting nonsense posts and just leaving the compliments.

I've been such an active part of this community for so long, they are many discussions about me - I wanted a place to concisely summarize bad things I've done so when sociopaths say I'm bad for the community, it's a simple link to show I've done nothing wrong. 

So if you were on DT, you would tag people for not jumping on the bandwagon?

Since 1983 actually.     I had a defective valve and was replaced at that time.  It was supposed to last 7 years, but it's now 37.  Wasn't having my blood monitored closely enough so I had the stroke.

I just want that thread to be one people can point to, to summarize my illegal activities, without all the posts from people I've caught scamming. 

Bayarea has already made a new tread, and of course you copy your words here, so I'm not really trying to stop anyone from speaking their mind.   I just want one thread free of trolls - I already had to delete OG troll posts consisting of nothing else other than "you are a liar".   I'm sure I'm not the only once sick of accusations with no evidence. 

With over 13,000 employees at eBay, I'm sure they are aware of crypto.  If there was an advantage to their current model to use crypto they would have implemented it already.  And like the previous poster wrote, there are still fees with crypto, and the company needs to make a profit.

I don't think any developer here would spend thousands of hours making an eBay clone if they couldn't charge fees, and the instant it started making money, eBay could add it on easily.

What you want is an auction site that doesn't need to refund/return.

I can code in there from before that was similar to:

That would be the first place to look I think.
