I can say that you are sometimes a little aggressive (depending on your mood, I suppose)

True that.   But at least the reason was identified.  Who likes waking up to messages like this?

Do not forget that you will soon have an anniversary 20,000 post, which I think should be dedicated to ...

Leaving scammers behind; I only was interested in the big one that was attacking my family.   I have nice plans for 20k post, but you just swiped the merit I would have got from announcing it!

Smiley   <-- means I'm joking about the last part.
1162  Other / Meta / Re: [24h] Three Millionth User on: January 15, 2021, 06:26:05 PM
Man, believe me, I'm not looking for merit ...

Dude, I believe you.  Smiley

You obviously put time and energy into the post, and it wasn't a simple post first for the merit type thread.

I hope the Smiley  and the "lol" will show people I was just toying with a buddy.

(The two millionth profile is no longer active)

This person is just another scammer.

Here is the project they need $130,000 USD for:  https://paycoinly.com/

The domain and design are worthless, since it's an obvious copyright violation.

4) Highly Profitable: This business can start making up to $800,000 in PROFITS within 6 Months and i will prove it to you.

Rather than offering to provide proof, you should have included it.  Smiley
Looking forward to seeing this plan that will allow anyone, anytime to make $800,000 (but no more!) in six months.

...just build and use COIN which will overtake over 95% of all existing Cryptocurrencies out there presently. This is the bigger picture.

You should include proof of that as well.  Then you will attract the big whales (billions in funding).

Edit:  Website has no traffic and corporation info is fake.
1165  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: List of all Bitcoin addresses ever used - currently available on temp location on: January 15, 2021, 06:09:41 PM
The offer is good, but AWS wants my creditcard, which I don't want to link to this. I only use hosting that accepts crypto.

Hello!  (waving)   You can have full control of an account minus billing.  I can pay the bill and accept crypto.
1166  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project help on: January 15, 2021, 06:08:10 PM
How do I create my own coin or project?

I have javascript browser game security. Need investors asap.

Why do you need another coin?   Why do you need investors if you already have the game?
1167  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [BPIP] Bitcointalk Public Information Project on: January 15, 2021, 05:49:29 PM
suchmoon regularly tells people they should be using Tor Browser (ironically it doesn't support BPiP) but I can't find any mention of an Onion address in this thread for the site.

At least Tor is being blamed for not supporting BPIP, and not the other away around.  Smiley

Do you think a read-only stats website needs Tor?

  • At the time of this posting, 2,999,089 profiles have been registered and I expect the Three Millionth User to be registered within 24 hours.

You trying to ninja sneak merits?   2,999,089 is not 3,000,000.  Let's wait for the proper thread.  Smiley

OK, I merited you - but only because you linked to a thread I had forgotten about.  lol
1169  Other / Off-topic / Re: Artificial intelligence (AI) is as "smart" as people who make them on: January 15, 2021, 04:28:36 PM
I think AI can be very predictable if GOD is helping you understand them and the humans who made them.
I believe such AI will disappoint greatly and will continue to disappoint and fail those who rely on them for evil agenda if they are not able to feeding them with the right information, and if the AI is not able to understand and predict certain people/things

Experts have said AI will not have a religion, as it will be able to see the contradictions immediately.
1170  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Happy" Anniversary Covid-19 on: January 15, 2021, 04:15:00 PM
Ontario hospitals are now hitting the capacity they've been warning about for months.  The Health Minister made a speech outlining Canada is going to have to start choosing who gets an ICU bed.  Then the chilling warning: ICU beds are not first come first serve, and may be withdrawn, even if you are already in one.

They haven't yet outlined their criteria/formula for choice, but I hope it includes their role in the situation.   If you infected others, your care should be less important than theirs.

Interesting times ahead...
1171  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. Get him out of DT! on: January 15, 2021, 04:00:15 PM
Indeed.  They'd rather support his evil and unleash his mental illness on those they're threatened by then get him help.  It's truly a sad state of things.  I just wish I had recognized the mental illness sooner but I thought with the support of so many "honest" DT members the guy must have some sort of legitimacy to him that deserved having his misinformation corrected.  Had I known he was like a rabid squirrel being used as a self defense weapon by cowardly DT members I would have just laughed at the absurdity and continued on.  The fact is that I don't think any of us can help him.  His mental decline seems due to a serious injury and HE MAY ACTUALLY BELIEVE the things he's posting.  All we can do is hope he has some friend or family member out there that takes initiative in his life to try and get him the help he needs.  I would even lock this topic, but it seems he's embraced it as some sort of outlet for his frustration and I don't want to take that away.  Maybe a trained therapist can weigh in and advise the best way to handle someone in this condition without pushing them towards further depression or self harm as I think that is where our focus should be going forward.

You believe standing up for myself and saying "Hey - you admitted you ran a ponzi and paid out a reserve fund instead of the balance" is mental illness?  You think stake.com is paying you to post things like this?   And now you can no longer manufacture lies so you'll just talk about me, around me, and try to convince everyone I'm wrong?

We should let the community decide.  Let me post a few (anonymized) messages you sent on Facebook encouraging my family/friends to investigate if I was a closet pedophile.

I'm going to match your lies with your actual words until you lock this thread, admitting I never lied about you.

There is no excuse to not fully reopen the economy without the stringent regulations on businesses.

I think this is a pretty good excuse.

Damn trolls.  Now that stupid song is in my head as I'm trying to work.

1176  Other / Meta / Re: [TOP-200] Members who support newbies - Thanks! on: January 15, 2021, 01:27:51 AM
I've always tried to lead by example here, and given my recent troubles with trolls it feels great to see my efforts acknowledged.

I'm glad you took my advice to add the date in the signed message, but you should encourage them to use the yymmdd format.   The ambiguous format that you give an example of could be used to scam by a clever person (obviously not suggesting you).

1178  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Live Video platform alternative to Youtube on: January 15, 2021, 01:00:32 AM
Although, getting back to the original discussion; I personally don't think a decentralized "Youtube" would be enough of a benefit, or even an improvement. It depends what is meant by decentralized in this instance, since decentralized might mean that the platform gets overwhelmed by spam, and therefore contributes to its death.  Obviously, you could say that going the community moderated route would work, but only once the platform is big enough, since at the start most people won't care, they'll only care if the platform appears good, without being actually attached to the idea.

First, I remember when Amazon was just a book store.  Smiley

B) Spam was everywhere when youtube first launched, and people said the same thing about them and about twitter.   I didn't really follow Twitter's rise (just useless texts I thought) but YouTube's solution was to  throw more cheap storage at it until people got bored.  :/

iii) We're having a pretty detailed discussion from a one line newbie subject that's probably reliant on selling the content anyway.  No one is going to buy your map to the star's homes until you get some listings in there.   Smiley
1179  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. Get him out of DT! on: January 15, 2021, 12:48:57 AM
I think it is pretty sad that other legendary forum members, and other long time forum members are not joining me in calling for Vod to get help.

Here's a list of some profiles/trust scores that may sympathize with your goals :

asu   -2097142   Legendary
fullypak    -2028   Legendary
BetKing.io   -2028   Legendary
Velkro   -1024   Legendary
Inaba   -512   Legendary

(It's odd how the list of top scammers includes so few Legendaries like yourself; you may be alone)

If not, you and your buddy can always start up a new escrow service - he just lost his main alt.

Stupid proof.   Cheesy

1180  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Live Video platform alternative to Youtube on: January 15, 2021, 12:35:51 AM
Interested in alternative decentralized robust live streaming app to youtube and or any developers looking to build something needing sponsorship.  Is Filecoin a viable platform to realistically deploy something in the near term?

I read Welsh's reply and wanted to comment.  I've been involved in a number of youtube productions that moved to a private streaming service I've mentioned before.  You don't need to compete with YouTube - you just need to provide better content for specific subjects.

To make a streaming site you should first find a few dozen popular content creators that make the type of videos you want to concentrate on, and then come forward here looking for crypto help.  Unless you plan on financing all the initial content yourself, then I apologize.  Smiley
