1141  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: January 17, 2021, 07:13:01 PM
I'm not even in DT anymore so the entire self scratching argument doesn't even make sense.

Jan 21:
"I'm not even the President anymore so the entire inciting a riot argument doesn't even make sense."

Temporal Cluelessness

@suchmoon:  I'm not sure how constructive such topics are anymore, esp for me since I'm not being paid to argue/"defend".  Theymos has been paying Og bitcoin throughout his entire scam (even while Og stole from him), and Theymos controls the proof of Og's crimes, which seems to keep vanishing.   Even if they aren't cooperating, Og is sure spinning it that way to boost his credibility.

Where is the post where Og told you and I that Theymos knows what Og is doing?
1142  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I need an Investor & a Co-Founder For My Project on: January 17, 2021, 06:51:56 PM
You have less than 3 months until the launch of the company, and only now are you looking for a co-founder and extra money? To me, this is a bit frivolous from a business perspective, and it seems that you are in financial trouble and want to reduce the risk of investing your extra money.

About six weeks now.  Do I need to wait until March 9, or can I tag this scammer?  :/
1143  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: January 17, 2021, 06:38:16 PM
[I don't believe I've ever lied or left trust that is in any way dishonest.

Edit:  I was going to compile a list of his dishonest trust, but it would be for a shrinking list of people that still believe him.   He lies, period.

I'm not even in DT anymore

If only.... Sad
1144  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin flash mob? (My 20,000th post) on: January 17, 2021, 06:00:21 PM
Yes... I think it will over complicate the whole thing if you want to synchronize the whole thing on a global scale... rather create something on Youtube called Bitcoin flash mobs and then get people to post their Bitcoin address and their videos and then reward them for that. (Creating a website will work, but it will get less exposure)

We should crush comments like this in the early stages.   Crypto symbolizes complication.   Tongue

What I'm going to do is find local organizers and leave the details to them.  Being too organized (everyone wearing the same shirt for example) could backfire in this age of organized armed nutjobs.  Doing it all at the same approx time should be just enough to gather attention from the news outlets and promote bitcoin/other crypto.

This will also reduce the privacy attack footprint.  I only need to communicate with and send bitcoin to a few users, rather than everyone involved.

I found a modern update of the OP video.  Imagine your city and your bitcoin community in there!  If we do this before the Pandemic subsides, then the video of everyone wearing masks will also become historical, and outlast the scamming and the fraud during crypto's initial years.

My signature has pages of your definition of trustworthy
1146  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: January 17, 2021, 04:05:48 PM
And yet I've never been happier.  Grin
You still did the shit you did, it doesn't change anything, sorry dude... Cheesy

Agreed.  Og is quick to bring up how Theymos continues to trust him and distrust me, despite Og's admitted ponzi, and Theymos been paying him the entire time he's been scamming and telling people I was a pedophile.

Who wouldn't be happy if they had stolen enough to be set for life?  (Og's words)

($250 million in stolen FIAT and he is not sad.   At least he knows society expects his immoral actions need to be punished)
1147  Other / Meta / Re: Does anyone have data on wakeups they can turn into a graph? on: January 16, 2021, 10:51:11 PM
Time series plot

You could overlay the average price of bitcoin on that chart.  I bet you the price wave would precede the wake up wave by a few days to a week.  Smiley
1148  Other / Off-topic / Re: Friend of mine told me spmething interesting on: January 16, 2021, 09:18:31 PM
So, is the topic of this thread "interesting things friends have told us" or "Al Capone"?

Please read and edit your original post.  Smiley

1149  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Live Video platform alternative to Youtube on: January 16, 2021, 08:58:46 PM
First of all, can anyone tell me what does decentralized video platform means? And why should I use that instead of Youtube? What will be the pros and cons of "decentralized youtube"?

Did the the OP use the buzzterm "decentralized" without knowing what it meant?    Shocked   Shocked

There is no reason to decentralize data like videos.  I can watch it, I can encrypt it, I can give it to my friend.  It has no unique attributes (or the value inherited from that) and the subject is probably not interesting to the hosts.  Finally, only one person has to post child porn and everyone using your blockchain is guilty of a crime.

This could be an example of a private blockchain.  Upload hard to find or instructional videos for certain subjects - much like a wiki.   Members vote on the data inclusion, so everyone stores only data that interests them.   But blockchains are also good for recording change; once videos are uploaded they don't change, there is no value in "owning" one and they are cannot be divided.

You'd be better off keeping a file server or torrent of the data you wanted to share.
1150  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project help on: January 16, 2021, 08:10:46 PM
If you need money, use crowdfunding platform such as https://www.kickstarter.com/.

Scammers will not use that platform, as it requires a lot of planning and work.   Undecided

Much easier to type up a few lines when you are drunk, and then defend your proposal if/as any interest is raised.
1151  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin flash mob? (My 20,000th post) on: January 16, 2021, 08:08:28 PM
They thanked me for my donation with a flash mob that was authorized and arranged in one of our local malls.

Do you happen to have the video?  That will be an important part - organizing the recordings.  We don't want a lot of planning for just a few minutes of recognition.

You and Stalker22 have valid points about the time.  It could be as simple as holding three events over a 24 hour period.
I'll build a planning portal for this event, but I'll want to plan it so that any bitcoin donations can be split towards the actors.

1152  Economy / Reputation / Re: ~OgNasty's self scratching on: January 16, 2021, 04:28:26 PM
Probably a good time to bump this... OgNasty is not in DT1 this month so his score is:

Loading...
(image created via loyce.club)

Look at this data that is being indexed by search engines right now.  stake.com is sponsoring his continued attacks. :/
In my defense, I am starting to trade more and publically/officially trust a lot more as well.

The entire reply is self centered bullshit, but his last line is the one I'd like to quote:
"Learn your bitcointalk history."

Everyone should learn how OgNasty lost thousands of coins that were returned to him, from the words of OgNasty himself.

Thats why I live with the saying "Its not your fault if you were born poor, but it is your fault if you die poor."

Great attitude if you're born in the right part of the world!
1155  Other / Politics & Society / Re: "Happy" Anniversary Covid-19 on: January 16, 2021, 01:36:16 AM
I think the  next century generations will poke their fingers into pictures taken from the streets of 2020   saying  "look at those doormats. They were breathing unrefined  air and  hold out  hands when meeting each other. But we’re smarter, to communicate we use our holographic avatars and , when outside,  wearing  themselves hermetic suites fed with  air purified by UV light and composed filters. Earth is back to our commands."

Never happen.  Smiley  We're not going to continue advancement in certain areas and not others.   We already have bionics everywhere in society.  Within five years our armed forces will be enhanced.  Economies of scale will make bionic hearts available even for people who don't need it but want it.   Society probably won't want to give up their endurance, speed, strength, etc (the same way we don't give up fridges, stoves and washers etc today.  Especially if the alternative is to wear a suit all the time.)

Besides, if the outside world was so terrible, you couldn't have biological fluid transfer anyway - gross!   Stay inside your protected bubble and use the internet.
1156  Economy / Reputation / Re: AdkinsBET's reputation. Is something wrong? on: January 16, 2021, 01:31:22 AM
What a nonsense! You have been actively involved with adkinsbet from the very first message and interfere with any matter relating to Adkinsbet. You are to blame for having negative flags in your account. You don't play the game according to the rules, you abuse your DT status and engage your friends who are also DT. By the way, wouldn't surprise me if those are your accounts. Just a matter of time before more tags are added to your account.
People who are abusing their DT status like you should not be in the DT level.

Can you provide a reference in your sent feedback please?   You are posting your conclusion and forcing us to take your word.
1157  Bitcoin / Project Development / Bitcoin flash mob? (My 20,000th post) on: January 16, 2021, 01:26:56 AM
Do you want to help promote this event with us? Join the unofficial Discord server!

I'm looking for a new part-time bitcoin project as I do the very boring work of blockchain development in my club.  I've been wanting to do a creative project since my days acting with Nathan Fillion.

Here is an idea I came up with.  Watch a bit (or all) before you read further:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wh3i3vWgPyk

It's a great song, politically neutral, and fits nicely with bitcoin's growth "all over the world!"

  • This would be a public bitcoin project, not just this forum
  • Everyone involved would need to wear a visible bitcoin symbol
  • As many "mobs" as possible simultaneously around the world
  • I'll add in charts, stats and records showing how crypto is here to stay
  • It should be widely viewed in the future since everyone will be wearing masks
  • This will need to be done carefully due to the current environment.   (Not doing it Jan 20, for example)
What do you think?   Anyone interested in helping me with this?   US?  EU?  Asia?

More reasons to add ~icopress to your trust list.   Wink

While waiting for the 3,000,000th user, I missed my 300th day on the forum.
(Ok, I guess I could not have spent 26 hours online since his post seven hours ago.  My bad.)

1159  Economy / Reputation / Re: 1xBit.com Coming back to Bitcointalk, Solving all the issues. on: January 16, 2021, 12:25:27 AM
Please reffer to the General Terms p.20:

"In the event of duplicate registration aiming to circumvent restrictions imposed by the company, the company can make any decision that it deems to be fair and reasonable:
- to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts)"

Which means creation of duplicate account accounts is punished only in case of creating them with order to circumvent restrictions.

Hello  Smiley

It looks like you enforcing the terms of the old owner on the current members.   That means you owe debts of the old owner to the current members.

Otherwise, dypper did not agree to those terms with you.

1160  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. Get him out of DT! on: January 15, 2021, 11:03:30 PM
I think people are afraid of getting attacked (and harassed) by VodOgNasty
FTFY. Lips sealed

PrimeNumber7 is a poor investigator.

I posted an image sent to me on my birthday last year, and then commented on it as it was from a message I got this year.

If he had been smarter and not so eager to justify his paid signature, he could have twisted my intentions a lot further.   The FBI don't raid houses for text messages containing no threats of violence, bozo.   He would get a phone call like his audit, or a knock on the door.  OgNasty has not made any public threats on my life that are traceable to him.
