I will show them the new xcn thread, so they know they can talk to me as a coin dev.

I've been exchanging emails with btc38 for a while, then they stopped answering. Nevertheless, I'll continue bothering them :-)

sorry for asking this nob question since i left this coin for years:
- Is there any working pool? Seem only suprnova but it says will close soon.
- Can mine with AMD now? i saw claymore but it's read me said only support "1gh.com" and "nonce-pool.com", but both currently dies.

Thanks.

- currently only suprnova, it says "closing" for months now.
- the amd miner is old but claymore is a very active developer, he might consider updating it. Maybe you can solo mine, anyways. See his thread.

All ur efforts to somehow recover this dead body from hibernation were to no avail, mr. fallas. Nothing has been done to facilitate improving of the new emerging tech coz u traded ur credibility for short term exit scam and blew everyone up with ur recent failure when u posted ur selfies on reddit.

I never used reddit, and anyway you clearly don't know what you are talking about.

some link aren't working like the one for the djm34 miner...

are you referring to the cuda miner on this page?

Btw, the download link for the windows cuda miner (dropbox) is broken (Check here for pre-compiled cuda miner binaries for Win64:).
Dropbox won't allow downloads any more.

I'd be happy to host some files on selektion21, if I got my hands on them.

Unfortunately I don't have a copy of that file, someone please share.
Or, even better, can someone please compile my version for windows?

If you are on a fork you don't necessarily need to reload the blockchain.
It may reorganise itself, provided you are on the latest client.

Era customer service jingle: Hello, XCN wallet is not synchronized, and not the speed problem oh! Because the synchronization is expected after the block will be completed on schedule to 100% can not be completed [we are] many times synchronous stop card in schedule 99%, if closed open, there will be error: Assertion failed! Program:C:Users File: trieview.cpp.line Expression: blockCache.ReadBlockFromDisk..... 305 (blkck, PIndex) if you can please give us feedback, thank you.    This is the answer BTC38 customer service.

they probably have a corrupted wallet.
they must import the private key in a new wallet and sync using a blockchain snapshot.
I provided them all of this.
now I'm wondering why, despite me being in constant email contact with them, they don't tell me their progress.
also they should use a headless wallet, not the qt one: it's lame for an exchange to use windows and graphical frontend.
I think maybe they are lying!  Embarrassed
I just successfully sent 10 XCN on wallet btc38.com.

Can you see that on btc38 xcn balance?

Old XCN can be stored in a new wallet?

The "new" wallet is just a recent compilation of the source. The new git fork has just some compilation fixes.
If you want to move a wallet dat file (or full data directory) created with the old binary to a newer wallet, you may face issues because of different library versions, so I suggest you to export and import the private keys.
This is valid for most coins, though.

Pool is closed !

Not yet, it's working fine.
Ocminer wanted to close it for months, but didn't do it yet.
I'm trying to convince him to keep it alive.
Hence please set your donation percent to 1 or higher, so we can at least show him some appreciation for his great service.

(And if he closes it, we will open a new one)
1959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ANN | Espers [ESP] | New Algo | New Features In Development | Reverse-ICO | on: February 23, 2017, 10:56:55 AM
So we passed a block# 638000 and the pool is still not working. And no new promised wallet, no new features, etc.
I'm starting to doubt about success of this project...

PoW restart has been pushed to block 642000 to avoid possible forks, please wait a bit more.

NEW XCN thread:

Would you consider putting the faucet up again?

Thanks
